We loved our time in the loft. The location was exactly what we needed. Parking is convenient to the building entrance. We were within walking distance to the old city and several restaurants.
The unit was clean and exactly as described. The unit was furnished with everything needed from soft and comfortable linens on the bed to all the necessary items to use the kitchen.
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Our host was very helpful and a great communicator. We love staying in downtown Knoxville and can’t wait to stay here again.

We loved this apartment. Perfect for our stay as the space was well-appointed and the location was great. We could walk to all of the fun/cool spots in town and driving to hiking locations was convenient as well. We would definitely come back.

We had a quick overnight stay in Knoxville for a baby shower. Host is a great communicator. Place was clean and well-appointed. Host even went above and beyond when my niece left her stuffed animal behind to get it back to us. We didn’t spend much time in the area as we were there less than 12 hours, but it was a nice condo.

Short overnight trip for our niece’s law school graduation. Property exceeded expectations very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area. Owner was quick to respond when there was an issue.

We were in Knoxville for a concert and stayed here. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Great location and parking and accessing the apartment was a breeze. Perfect place to stay while in Knoxville!

Everything about this place was awesome. The apartment itself, balcony overlooking the mill and mine venue, and the 2 minute walk into the old city. Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this modern apartment with beautiful wood floors and gorgeous painted woodwork and the doors dividing the living room from the master bedroom. The apartment was close to many restaurants, shopping and The Tennessee Theatre where we had the opportunity to see Nickel Creek perform. We ate dinner at the Humble Hog and the food was delicious. The owner responded quickly and politely to our questions.

Jeremy was the perfect host. Communication was proactive and timely. He was very flexible as we had a couple unplanned things that came up that he was more than accommodating with. His home is clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. We walked to Gay st and we felt safe. We have already planned on coming back to Knox for a Vols game and will be looking up Jeremy again. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute place! Full kitchen amenities. Walking distance to everything. We heard the trains, but earplugs worked just fine. Second bedroom needs a place for clothes. The closet was locked and there’s no dresser. The master bedroom needed more hangers. There were only five. Great host, Check in/out was easy.

The loft is just as the pictures show. It was a comfortable place to stay. The location was great. We walked almost everywhere we went which is what I wanted. Parking is provided next to the building. We were able to park across the street for most of the stay.

The host was extremely helpful and we loved this gorgeous condo that was conveniently located to everything!

The property is very clean and nice and communication was very good. However, the train was VERY loud (even with good noise canceling headphones and rain noise playing) and was every 2.5 to 3 hours at night. The windows also don't close completely, leaving small cracks that allow the cold and noise to come in. Maybe if new double paned windows were installed, it would help with these issues?

The property is very clean, up to date with regard to decor but in no way should be described as a “luxury “ accommodation. A couple of hours into our travel time, the host sent a text mentioning things he/she is providing (ie ear plugs and sound machines) for the train that uses a crossing VERY close to the property. If you are not accustomed to a train blowing its horn for 10-15 seconds every time it crosses the intersection alongside the property, do not rent this property! The train crossed this intersection at least five times in an eight hour period. The noise machine and earplugs did nothing to silence the train that seemed to run right through the property. The bedding for a “luxury” property should be comfortable/upgraded. We tried to get comfortable on both the king and queen mattresses and both mattresses were VERY stiff. The mattresses caused both of us to have arms and legs “go to “sleep.” We ended up going to an hotel for the third night we had booked in an attempt to get some sleep.

We loved Knoxville! The weather was perfect and everything was walkable. There are unique restaurants and locations all around Knoxville that were fun to visit. The highlight was exploring the campus of the University of Tennesse! The accommodations were beyond what was expected. This property is located near train tracks, and the train travels throughout the day. I thought this added to the charm and history of Knoxville. The owners were so attentive to my questions and provided just the right information to make this a great stay. The binder that is featured in the condo was so clear and easy to use! We are looking forward to coming back to Knoxville and staying here again.

A five day stay in this nicely appointed condo was just what we needed. I used earplugs so the train noise was np. The location was convenient to quaint old towne Knox and not too far to UTK. As is true for mostly all urban areas, you will see there are persons who are living on the street. In this economy it is unavoidable. The building is very secure. I would not hesitate to re-book at this property! Very satisfied.

Apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and in Old City neighborhood. It is well appointed with everything you need. As other's stated, trains can be loud but running a fan at night drowns them out. Parking is convenient and owner provides a pass. Walking distance to old city, gay st and Market sqr. There are also restaurants and bars just a block away, coffe right around corner. It was nice having two bathrooms and two rooms, much better than staying on a hotel.

The apartment itself was easy to find, clean and beautifully decorated. We definitely appreciated being close to local attractions. The beds were soft, & one of the pillows might even be better than mine at home! A few notes about the property I felt would have been helpful to know going in: there is a rail line directly across the street, trains run several times per night and they are LOUD. A couple of reviews mention this but state it wasn’t a problem for them, however it definitely was for us. The property owners have made every attempt they possibly can to mitigate the noise, including white noise machines and ear plugs available in both bedrooms, but I’m a light sleeper and was disturbed multiple times a night. We could also hear the occupants of the adjacent unit walking around and talking when they came home late at night, so maybe we can attribute the noise level to the thickness of the walls. Also of note: there is a large homeless camp about four blocks from the building and there was some noticeable activity in terms of bags of trash being scattered in front of the entrance and individuals arguing loudly with invisible demons on the sidewalk. Our first night out exploring the neighborhood either wouldn’t have been on foot or wouldn’t have included alcohol had we known how close we were to that particular neighborhood struggle. Again, not anything against the property or the owners, just be situationally aware when walking around after dark.

My son and I arrived at the property after a full day of visiting family and having a late lunch in downtown Knoxville! My son and I had big plans of taking a short rest after unpacking and checking out the rooftop bars downtown that evening. Plans changed quickly, after checking out the condo we didn’t even want to venture out, we wanted to enjoy our peaceful, beautifully decorated and comfortable space. We ended up chatting, watching movies and getting wine delivery! Such a perfect getaway!!!

We came for our son’s college graduation and this property so we could have more room than a hotel. The location was five minutes from campus and we walked to dinner one night. It had everything we needed plus more! Very comfortable and my parents were able to sit and visit after grad ceremonies before dinner. Totally recommend and would stay here again!

First off, shout out to the property manager Jeremy! Amazing check in process, quick responses, clean property in a great location! Couldn't be happier! And the train passing by was zero issue...he provided ear plugs and a box fan but honestly didn't need to use them in because the place was so comfortable we crashed hard! Would come back for sure!
