Perfect location but for a 4-stars it can use some improvements

Perfect location, just a few steps from the seaside and 10 min walking distance to the old city The staff is very nice and helpful. The room and the whole structure is quite clean

The bathroom is very small (the sink was baby size). The breakfast was so-so for a 4-stars, small selection of sweets and no fresh season fruit.

Kind staff, thank you Vassilis the receptionist and Vassilis the Batman! Easy car park. Reasonably priced and well equipped bar.

Shower door didn’t close well. The bed was small. The breakfast was not fresh. Noise isolation was not good.

Great for a short getaway

Modern, stylish hotel with the nicest, most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. From the reception to the resaturant to housekeeping everyone was super kind and attentive. The hotel is in a good location, reasonably close to the old town and several beaches. The food was okay, there was at least one really tasty dish at the dinner buffet every day, and breakfast was also good. Common areas were reasonably clean.

The breakfast buffet had the exact same selection every day, which gets a bit boring by the 3rd-4th day, but the quality was good. The area most lacking in my experience was the overall cleanliness of the room upon arrival: dust (and an occasional stain) on the surfaces, dirty bedspread, and ants all over the desk. With ill-fitting sheets, very worn towels, and the king size bed made up of two parts that separated easily, comfort could also be improved.

Acceptable 3-star hotel, not a 4-star.

Staff were super nice and attentive! Great location for both Rhodes town and Rhodes old town

The booking stated the room would come with tea, coffee, slippers and bath robe but none of these were in the room. There was a sign in the room to state an extra charge was required for tea and coffee. One of the days we returned to the room after it was ‘cleaned’ to find around 30 ants beside the bed (pictured) Due to level of cleanliness and lack of room amenities this hotel should be 3-star.

The bed wasn't a double bed it was two single beds together the room and the bathroom is very small I wouldn't stay there again.

We ordered for 3 single beds and got just 1 single bed and a kingside bed. Deposit for beach towels is terrible Breakfast was not special At night so much noise

the welcome from the Night staff on the desk was amazing! we were only there for 1 night as we were going to Symi, and the gentleman that checked us in was from there and his passion for the island made us know we had picked a great holiday destination,he was very very helpful indeed. The staff in the breakfast room were great also, very helpful.

the room on our arrival was extremely dirty, we were given a different room that was also dirty. cats living in the lobby.

At the end stay was ok, but as a 3* hotel

We liked the location, close to beach and 10 min to walk to old town. The hotel is nice, reception and bar look awsome. There is live band which sings 2-3 nights per week. We liked that housekeeping cleaned the room every day and they changed towels and bed sheets also. That we appreciate. Breakfast is same every day, but there are pleanty of choices, they have everything. We especially liked croisants with butter and gem, small pancakes with honey and york egg , feta, olives, bacon and fresh vegetables.

It is dust in the rooms, on the lamp. We could see the mold on the Air conditioning. Bathroom is very small, even for me as a women was not possible to wash my face without spilled water on the floor. From breakfast we did not liked the juices as were not fresh. As a 4* hotel we expected better quality on this.

Hotel is good enough for the price paid and I would recommend staying here.

Best thing - good location, central, but not in a noisy street, so you can reach everything easily and have a good night sleep too! Staff is amazing - really nice and helpful. Breakfast is also quite good.

I kinda would expect to have different shower and hair products, not "one fits all". Also, a bit more healthier choices for breakfast, more different veggies & proteins would be great!
