For the price, a very good deal.

Comfortable and mainly clean. I was a bit uncomfortable about walking barefoot on the floor as there seemed to be some particles that I could feel on my soles. Not a big deal but a small rug would have been good.

No cup in the bathroom and no bar of soap, just some anti-bacterial liquid soap. More importantly, when I arrived, a man, who I presume lives there, was working on his car in the driveway. He was not at all nice or helpful. Besides him, I didn't see anyone at all in the house.

Everything is great at this place,friendly and costs are very reasonable and quiet neighborhood and very respectable people all around you ,the owners are wonder

The location was awesome it was near grocery stores it was near the bus it was near whatever you needed quiet neighborhood I recommend to everyone

Lost power for around 1 hour. Not the fault of the property. Looks like the whole area lost power

The room had a private bathroom and the amenities listed.

When arriving at the property the owner was not there, the room is not very private as it is right next to the kitchen where other guests use it. It is a house with different rooms where guests can rent then out, the area is a nice and calm residential area, but 18 mins away from downtown by car.

Excellent place to stay.

Quiet family neighborhood. Very clean. Fully equipped, with access to a kitchen and living room; could be considered for an extended stay. Owner Dorothy is welcoming and quick to respond to requests.

Mattress a bit on the softy side. The Main Suite happens to be adjacent to the kitchen. So, if you happen to have fellow guests who like to cook and talk loudly in the evening, that would be a bother.

Nice place at a great price

Very nice room with good amenities. It's inside a house, so there were others present. Comfortable bed and spacious.

It was not as centrally located as I thought which would not have worked without a car. Lingering curry smell which needed an air freshener to clear up.

it was very nice and spacious the TV was connected with various subscriptions such as Netflix and Amazon prime bed was very comfortable

transportation is a bit inconvenient, bus comes every 30 mins, and sometimes comes early or very late

at the beginning felt weird to walk into someone’s home to get to my room. but I got used to it quickly.

The room was very comfortable, and clean. Cozy to relax and enjoy our down time together.

It was more like a Bording house, not like other Airbnb's. Two other parties lived in the house on a regular base. Our room locked and we were left alone though.

It’s a great place to stay if you’re planning a getaway. Great location as it’s not far from Downtown Kingston.

The property was nicely furnished and presentable when we arrived at the property.

The kitchen was a bit messy. There was a random milk bag in the sink and no one took cared of it. The host’s son lived in the basement of the property. You need to treat the place like carefully and make sure the they clean after themselves for the guests to enjoy. The host should communicate few hours prior to our check-in time. They should give clear instructions before we begin our stay. Also to communicate in a friendly manner. No need to bring up reasons that we would understand. Just simply say that it’s 90+tax and not mention that you have to pay municipal tax and advise the accountant. We don’t care, we followed what was mentioned in our confirmation email.

It was a quiet nice home with a nice, clean suite. The bed was so comfy that I didn’t want to get out of. Perfect for an overnight stay for introverts.
