Great new clean rooms with everything we needed for our stay

The noise level from rooms above and outside the door. Seems like the soundproofing was lacking in the building if this property

Great hotel with awesome staff.

It’s a very clean and well located hotel. But I have to say I will stay again because of Karl. The young gentleman was very friendly and accommodating and answered all my questions with a smile. I had arrived very late and was very tired from a long day. Karl asked how I was when I arrived and when I told him about my long day and he was emphatic and assured me he would get me checked in as quick as possible so I could get some rest. He did just that and wished me a goodnight and to be sure to let him know if I needed anything.

Honestly I really can’t think of anything. Very nice hotel

Very pleased. Above average within the chain of Comfort Inns (or similar). Would recommend.

Location was perfect for our simple overnight stay. Staff DID outline the breakfast routine but we did not take advantage of it this time.

Price to book direct with hotel was ridiculously high compared to Booking.com on-line. At almost half, we obviously booked online. Had we simply selected a hotel based on individual hotel web site pages, we likely would have skipped staying here and opted for another spot nearby.

It was an excellent stay, everybody happy!

The Building is new so the rooms still smells fresh. The room we had was very spacious not unlike the old Hotels or Motels. Everything is brand new -heated mirror in the washroom so it won’t be foggy. Hotel is creeky it feels like it’s just a house. The breakfast part was our favourite it gave us the vibe like we were in Carribean holiday. Many varieties to choose from-3 kinds of muffin, loafs with toaster-w/ jams, peanut butter, butter,make your own waffles-chocolate & plain flavour, different flavours of yogurt, boiled egg, sausage & scrambled eggs, juice dispenser-3 kinds, the best one you can make your own coffee-cappuccino, mochaccino, espresso, latte, French vanilla, mocha and more, fresh fruit, cereals. Hotel is beside Dominos pizza, actually there lots of different restaurants around them, close to shoppers and close to Winners.We loved our stay.

It could have been better if there is an early check in, like as soon as a room is available, so people can leave their things in the hotel and go out and have some fun or atleast after a days fun they can rest and then get ready for night out again.

It was decent, it did the job.

Breakfast was very basic but they have a coffee machine available 24 hours.

My room was too cold, I could not turn on the heating unit and phone in the room wasn't working either. If someone has an emergency in their room will be challenging to communicate with front desk

Had a good and comfy stay before we headed to Niagara Falls

Location is good where it’s near to eatery places. Room is specious and hotel offers good ranges of varieties on breakfast.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Room was large and well appointed. Late checkout was great.

Unfortunately, we missed breakfast since we are not early morning risers, but this was remedied through the wonderful recommendations of a great breakfast restaurant.

New hotel, friendly staff, good location

Beds are dirty, hair from previous occupants on bed, no closet in room, smell of paint everywhere as it seems to be new hotel, and gym is inconvenient, not really suitable if you are taller than 5 ft ( equipment design is real bad)

All good. Comfy bed. Very clean.

Checkout @ 12noon but electronic keys stopped working at 11am. Mentioned it to front desk. Reply was she did not do it rather the "system" no apology or indication she would report it so others in the future would not be inconvenienced.
