The neighborhood was very quiet. Close to restaurants and an ALDIs. A few places to eat and hangout on Penn St. The area is welcoming to all and going through transformation for the better. Enjoy the neighborhood bunny if you see it.

Good price and location. Close enough to quick driving distance to downtown Pittsburgh and surrounding areas but not walkable (if you’re looking for that) house was the perfect size & cleanliness for what my bf and I were looking for. Only downside was the check in- the property manager was super response and helpful, but took about a half hour to get in. The lock box code wouldn’t work and after multiple attempts and at one point getting locked out it was very frustrating. Adam, the host, was super nice and responsive so I wouldn’t let this part hinder your decision because we were overall happy with our stay! Thank you!

The not so tiny house was great! Very great location for walking to local attractions.

We came to Pittsburg to visit Carnegie Mellon, and really enjoyed our stay at this not so tiny house. Beautiful design, very comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Pittsburg.

Pros: Stand alone house, dog-friendly, modern amenities inside with a comfy bed, walkable to some nice restaurants
Cons: This neighborhood is a bit rundown and not well lit, so I didn't feel completely safe walking at night and worried about parking my car on the street overnight. There is an alarm system installed...but the fact that an alarm system is needed put me on edge. The blinds in the house don't do a good job of blocking out light. No microwave.
This was the last leg on a cross-country road trip and our least favorite spot. I would seek an alternative the next time I am in the area.

Very nice small “apartment “, perfect for our two night stay while my husband had surgery at Allegheny General.

The property was just as advertised and we were comfortable staying there. Adam was responsive and communicated well with us. Would stay here again when in town.

We were delighted with the Tiny House! It feels even bigger than it looks and is super light and bright thanks to windows on three sides. The house was very clean, the mattress super comfy and there’s loads of storage. Newer pots, pans and dishes also a plus. The area is amazing – very young, hip, artsy and fun. Just the best coffee shops, bars and restaurants, vintage thrift stores and more. We were there two weeks, so the Aldi and Whole Foods being close was great. Adam, our host, was very accommodating when we hit some challenges with our dates. Overall, a fabulous stay!

Perfect accommodation

Nice house, the interior was missing some of the furniture shown in the picture. We were traveling with two little dogs, there is no yard available even though the picture looks like there is a small patch of grass. The up and coming neighborhood still has a way to go, however we felt relatively safe having to go out and find a place to walk the dogs at night. The front porch light was also out, so getting in at night with a key required the bright moon. The refrigerator freezer was so frozen over, you could not use it, the fridge was fine but tiny. We didn’t cook, only used the coffee pot. A small microwave would have been helpful to warm up the takeout food. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we only stayed two nights out of the six we had planned on. It was okay, it was clean, but I probably wouldn’t go back.

Great place to stay, nice area. Place was as described!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable and had plenty of space for us and our dog. The bed was very comfortable. The yard/green space was a bit small but it worked for our dog. We were happy to find a nice pet friendly accommodation! The neighborhood is up and coming but overall we felt safe and comfortable. There were cute shops/restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

We loved our 3-day stay in this unique, cute, and highly functional "not so tiny house". Located in a quiet neighborhood next to Pittsburgh's popular Lawrenceville area, we had everything we needed for a great stay -- comfortable bed, extra pillows, well equipped kitchen, TV streaming channels, toiletries and thick towels. Adam, our host, was very responsive and, when asked, suggested some good cafes nearby like Square Cafe which we enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Was a nice place to stay not far from the arena. Easy to get to and from with an Uber or if you wanted to drive in and park at the parking garage

The house is small but so welcoming and cozy. They have everything you could need from all toiletries in the bathroom to a clothes washer in the kitchen and a dishwasher. We were impressed with how they fit everything you could need into the tiny house as they call it. We enjoyed our stay, the check in process was simple and sent to me the morning of check in and the check out process was sent over and easy to understand also. Adam was quick to respond if I had a question. I would definitely recommend the house and would go back if I ever go back to Pittsburgh again.

Our stay was wonderful in this tiny home, which is a nice as it looks in the photos and features an easy to use kitchen with all of the basics, as well as a comfortable bed and furniture. We didn't get to use the porch swing due to the weather but it was a great stay and the owners were easy to contact! Would stay again.

I came here with my dog and my partner for a show. The neighborhood was great, easy access to coffee shops and grocery stores. The kitchen was bigger than expected! Great for long term stays, I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to explore Pittsburg. I would definitely book here again.

Very clean and comfortable space close to excellent dining and sightseeing. I stayed here a couple nights after a wedding and enjoyed the quiet and central location. Lots of great things to do nearby, as well as grocery stores within walking distance, and the neighborhood felt very safe to walk around alone. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed in this tiny house for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it! Walked down to Aldi and got groceries so we could make meals, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the decor is very chic. It was close to the zoo to the north and Phipps to the south- just a few minutes drive. We will definitely be back!!

Firstly, the entire experience was a breeze. From check-in to booking, even communication was spot on!! The home was so cute and next to it is an empty lot that has so many beautiful wildflowers. One weird thing is the neighbors park half on the sidewalk, which I later found out is a Pittsburgh thing! You’re so close to so many restaurants and things to do, but one place for sure that is a must is Primanti Brothers, and getting one of their sandwiches is the Pittsburg way. I would definitely stay here again, and it’s clear the neighborhood is very up and coming. We felt safe the entire time. One other thing to do is street art, you’re close to many of the street art. I would recommend downloading the app Street Art which will take you to all the different murals throughout Pittsburgh. Also don’t forget to stop by the Heinz museum, and for a perfect treat, Twisters has great ice cream for the win!
