Very good

Perfect centralized location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Price was very good.

First room had no hot water or working phone but was moved to a different room right away. Staff was very responsive and accommodating.

the lay out of the property was nice. The family running it were exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty basic but satisfied us until brunch/lunch! The rooms were clean, considering they’re remodeling still, and beds were comfortable.

Only thing I didn’t love was the area up to the pool, off the sidewalk wasn’t picked up from winter leaves and other items. It has amazing potential to be nice hangout area though. Definitely not something that will steer me away from another stay!

GREAT place to stay! Staff was awesome! We know where we will stay from now on!

The owners are great! Very friendly and helpful. They even told us some of the places not to miss during our visit to Eureka Springs!

There was a motorcycle fundraising event the same weekend as our stay which was awesome, but some of the people were pretty loud on our first night(after 10pm). This was in no way the owners fault, and they did make sure that things were quieter the next night.

The room was clean. Everything was being remodeled and looks like they were trying to update it. Owners were very nice and accommodating. No complaints.

The room smelled of smoke. The carpet had stains, multiple stains. The sheets on the bed had a black stain and grit on them. Disgusting. Very unsanitary.

Asked for and paid for jacuzzi suite. 930 pm. No hot water. No jacuzzi. Called frt desk. Oh. The plumbers haven't been here yet to fix the opposite water

Quiet. Lovely. Comfortable. Owners are delightful.

The breakfast was simple. But great to grab and go. The owners were lovely and so helpful! The beds were really comfortable. Our room was in the back building and it Was perfectly quiet. The place is tad old and run down. No fancy amenities. But everything in the city is 100+ years old! Our kids were happy too.
