Room was good. Old and need updates. Pool was closed.
Dirty, pool closed, coffee empty and hot water for tea didn’t work.

Always love staying here for our trips. Love the firepit out back.
That the ice machine was out of order. Luckily we had brought a car up along with our motorcycle to be able to go down the road to get ice.

Not much . There is a trolley stop there.
Well, to start off, there is NO BREAKFAST. The ice machine was broken. No maid service.. it’s old and smelled funny.. the bed was so broken down it was awful. Wouldn’t stay here again.

They had a nice fire pit area, and the balcony was nice to have coffee on in the morning
Out dated, charged to much for what we paid for, balcony definitely needs work nails were hanging out and it cut my wife's foot , mattress had stains all over it, the tub never drained when we took a shower, and the pictures online didn't match what we got

Clean room. Nice pricing for the location.
I had no issue with the room or staff.

Quiet and close to attractions
Nothing
4.0 / 5.0
The value was good and the owner was helpful in relocating us when our key didn't work in the original room. Overall the location was good being close to attractions.
The office works on hours and has a note for you to call if you need something. That causes a major problem when it comes to the "complimentary" breakfast. We were getting to set to leave at 7 on a Sunday morning and the office didn't open until 8. So no breakfast, we had to stop on route.

Our room was HUGE! Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space to relax and have room for our belongings. It was clean throughout.
The wind was pretty fierce the next morning and it was blowing the little patio furniture around on or deck/balcony. It kept slamming into the wall outside and was extremely loud.

The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was big enough for too. It was right beside a funspot with billiards, arcades, miniature golf, and go carts. The room was also nice and big with lots of space.
That there were actual hand prints on the mirror around the jacuzzi and we had to clean the jacuzzi twice to get all the dead skin out before using it. I didn't add these in to our overall score of the hotel because good cleaning help is hard to find these days and that isn't really the ones that run its fault but I will say that they do need to be checking their employees work to make sure they are cleaning like they should.

The location!
First at check, she accused us of being scammers b/c we didn't pay enough for the room booked, downgraded us to a lower floor with the weekly rentals, almost refused to take our debit card b/c the room was booked in my name, and the name on the card was my husband's. Made us sign paperwork promising we weren't scammers, great get to the room, go to the bathroom the trash can has a used tampon in it and the toilet wouldn't flush. Husband fixes the toilet. Next, we filled the tub and took a bath. When we drained it, it flooded the room next to us. Not exactly our problems but the people had to move rooms. There is no cleaning service on sight that I saw in my stay. So good luck getting anything like trash bags and toilet paper. Why would we stay, b/c of their policy, so if I checked out and left, I still had to pay for half of the stay.
