The cost of the room was affordable and it was comfortable.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

Nothing
The way the room was put together was awful
5.0
The pool was really great. And the jacuzzi tub was just what I needed after all the walking we did
The bed was too hard. And maybe in need of an exterminator because there were a few crickets that made their way in the room.

We usually try to stay here the rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable and the air works wonderfully!

Great place to stay for the money. Clean and well run.
New paint on walls and ceiling would do wonders for room.

Room is clean and staff is always friendly. The location is great for motorcycle trips as it's near everything we need. Pool was open and enjoyable.
Spa tub sprayed water all over the floor from the faucet. Rooms could use some TLC/repairs as there are stains and torn wallpaper. Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall. Mattress is HARD. We've stayed here many times and it seems the other room may have had a softer, more comfortable mattress than this one.

The room smelled like Indian curry

it was a simple check in, it’s quiet and check out is a breeze. located near everything.
it’s an old property so it comes with its flaws, the owners are working to fix them and so I have 0 complaints.

The manager was very helpful, came out in the freezing cold to help us park, as we were pulling a cargo trailer. He even moved his vehicle to allow for us to have extra room.
excellent all the way around.

The place doesn’t not look anything like the website shows. We stayed 35 mins and decided to leave, the manager told us since we stayed over 15 mins he would not allow us to cancel our room. The ceiling is falling in, the wallpaper is falling off the walls. Everything is stained yellow from cigarette smoke, in a non smoking room. The sheets were stained, the comforter appeared dirty with dried hard substance on the comforter

Jay, the owner, was super nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Room smelled like smoke

location
I could hear everything the neighbors said as well as everyone outside.
5.0
The room was clean a the bed ok except for it being of stamped metal frame that made a noise every time anyone moved
I don't like having my credit card charge three times for the same stay. I inadvertently booked the same room twice and couldn't cancel one of them.
6.0
closeness to most things
sheets made us breakout and itch had to take Benadryl in middle of night. beds and pillows were terrible. stood in lobby 15 minutes no one was there

When I sat down on one corner of the bed it sounded like I hit a 55 gallon drum with a hammer.
No clock in the room.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do.
We booked our reservations through booking.com two weeks before our trip. About two hours after the booking, we got a call from the hotel. The worker told us to cancel through booking.com and that he could give us a better deal, but he needed our card information. I told him I didn't feel comfortable doing that since I've had my card information stolen before. He told me that he would send me an email where I could get online and confirm the reservations. When I checked, I was still going to have to send him my card information through email. Still didn't feel comfortable with that. Yes, I realize that I'm putting my card information online through booking.com, but I've done it for 10 plus years and I've never had a problem.
We've been to hotels before that allowed you to check in early. If not, we at least had pleasant conversations with the workers. Not today. We told the worker we had reservations. He told us check in is at 3. Once we walked out, he locked the doors. We came back a couple hours later and we checked in. I've had hotels check my debit card and ID for the name, but never make copies of them. That was kind of weird to me. I've never seen a hotel do that before. Once we get to our room, we see that it's not the cleanest. There's spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. The shower felt like it was going to fall through the floor. We had to stand on the sides of the shower or at the very back of the shower because it was so weak in the middle. There were unidentified stains on the shower curtain and the ceiling of the shower. So gross! We also found hair in the shower and in the bed. The bed was terrible!! If felt like you were sleeping on springs; there was no box spring. The fan on the air conditioning didn't work, so it was either hot or cold in the room. It was super loud. It sounded like we had people standing outside our room both nights, so we didn't get much sleep.
