We have had the chance to stay in quite a few different vacation homes and this was the best by far! Not only is the home beautiful it had everything we need plus more. The host, and their family, are just the kindest people and communication and their constant kindness was just above and beyond! My entire family of 7 commented on just how great everything was. ♥️

It almost feels like you're living in a tree house when you wake up with the view of the top of the trees with the sunrise! Everything about the stay was absolutely wonderful even in the harsher winter weather. It was comfortable and stunning.

We traveled to Post Falls for Christmas and what a wonderful stay we had! When we walked into the home the owners had put up a Christmas tree, stockings, and other holiday decor, which our children loved. The home was so cozy and welcoming. There was a closet full of games and toys for the kids to use while we were there. The family room/kitchen was the perfect place to spend time together and everything we needed they had. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!! Colleen

This is our second time staying at Riverview Ranch! My husband and I brought our three teenage children to visit our son and his family in the area. We adore this home! We will always stay here when we come. It feels like a home away from home! It is so comfortable and clean and the property is absolutely stunning! We were visiting family in the area. Riverview Ranch is tucked away in a gorgeous setting with beautiful views. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and we felt at home! I cannot say enough good things about our Host! She was easy to work and gracious when we had to make changes. This home has everything you need and then some. The entire stay was easy and comfortable. We have already booked another stay.

If you’re wondering what the difference is between staying in a professionally managed property and a family owned property, stay here! Paris was the most attentive, caring host we have ever had and her family was as well from her sister who kept us apprised of a local forest fire (everything was fine!) to her father who delivered fresh eggs from the chickens (yum!). The home was lovely and well kept, quiet and beautiful. Close to everything but you felt miles and miles away. We’re so thankful we found this place!

We had team members from our company stay at the property and use living room for meetings. All of the guests said the property was amazing: quiet, easy to navigate and clean. This is so close to downtown Post Falls but once you arrive, you feel like you're in the woods! This home was SO cute! They had all the right amenities... it was so comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous and waking up the views was breathtaking! We will 100% be back to stay here. Communication was great also! 10/10 hands down!!

Our stay at the Kootenai County property in Post Falls was wonderful. The house was clean, quiet, comfortable, scenic and a short drive from downtown Post Falls. Paris was the best as she went out of her way to answer questions and made us feel at home! We would highly recommend staying here!

Great location in Post Falls; just across the river from a great brewery and restaurant. Close to I-90 and bike trails. Newly renovated and in excellent condition; the hosts contacted us immediately on arrival to ensure everything was in order. We would highly recommend this location. And the chickens with their fresh eggs were a great bonus!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home minutes away from town. The owners were quick to communicate and provided clear guidance. They went above and beyond as hosts including providing drinks and home upon our arrival during high temperatures. The home is beautifully furnished and put together, yet welcoming to relax and enjoy. The table shuffleboard and Jenga set were really fun. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The owners connected us with a boat guide who gave us a tour of the area from the water while our kids went tubing. It was so much fun. We definitely hope to be back. It was the perfect retreat.

It was our first time ever visiting Idaho so when we saw this rental we were so excited to book! We landed early and the owner was so kind enough to let us drop off our luggage while they were still cleaning. They recommend this great burger spot down the road to kill time then headed to Q’emlin park to soak in the beach. The house had everything we need and was so cozy! Everything is so available and easy to get to. The host had so many great recommendations from food to activities including a boat ride in coeur d’alene lake which was so beautiful!! All in all it was a great family trip and we can’t wait to book another stay in the further!

We enjoyed our vacation at this home so much! It’s beautiful, and we felt instant comfort the moment we walked in. We had been traveling in an motorhome before we arrived. There was plenty of room for our truck and motorhome. The beds were nice and comfortable and the black out shades made sleeping in so nice. Can’t wait to stay there again.

This home was the perfect place to stay with our adult children. The location is convenient for any activities in Spokane, Post Falls, and Coeur d' Alene, while at the same time being a private, picturesque, wooded retreat. We loved this place - from the moment we turned up the wooded driveway, to spending relaxing hours in this beautifully updated home...a cup of coffee first thing in the morning, enjoying the beautiful view, time spent reading and playing games with the kids...just wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful property located very conveniently to Post Falls, Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. Excellent communication with owner and they are extremely friendly in their communication ! Beautiful, new property with up to date kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. 2 nice size TV ... one in master with connections to Netflix and Prime. Generous amenities... wine , beer,water . Well stocked spices in kitchen . Good gas grill outside . One of the best properties I have rented. Lastly can not say enough about how friendly property owners were in their communication and how fast they get back to you . Place is worth every penny !!!

I highly recommend a staying at Riverview Ranch. The Josie is fully stocked with everything you could need, comfortable beds abs it’s an overall cozy atmosphere. I stayed here with a group of friends and Paris gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants, nightlife and activities in the Coeur d’Alene area and even hooked us up with a boat guy. Our experience was great and we might want to make this an annual trip going forward

Wow, I just can’t say enough about this beautifully renovated property. It’s not only calming and peaceful but it truly felt like our home away from home! It’s tucked away, surrounded by trees. Our kids visited the chicken coop multiple times during our stay. It’s super close to downtown Post Falls and the river. Paris the host was a GEM!! She was so on it, always answering messages or questions I had regarding our stay. Her sister LeShea was amazing too. She welcomed us beforehand, as we caught her by surprise. None the less she was great. They both gave wonderful recommendations on food and things to do. All in all we’re sad to leave. My 3 kids want to come back and stay for Christmas.

This property is close to town and the river, but very private and quiet. The house has clearly been remodeled recently with new appliances and amenities. Communication with the owners was clear and straightforward. We had a great weekend in N. Idaho and enjoyed this rental as our base camp. Would definitely recommend this area and this rental.

THE most perfect place!

We can’t rave enough about this place. The surroundings were amazing and the newly remodeled home so beautiful we couldn’t decide where we wanted to spend more time - enjoying the stunning surroundings from patio chairs or in the home playing games and watching movies on the huge TV with all the streaming services you would ever need. It was secluded enough to give you the perfect amount of privacy yet minutes away from parks and downtown activities. The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable. It had everything we needed to make us feel right at home and we only wish it was closer to our home so we could go there more often. We highly recommend this place.

Nice place but needs window coverings!! Felt like we were in a fish bowl at night and birds kept bashing into the windows in the mornings. Also didn't have covering in bathroom! Property is very pretty and the fireplaces are really nice! Paris was super easy to deal with and worked with us on a few special requests
