We invite you to unwind at "Unwound", our newly renovated, stylishly furnished vacation rental home RIGHT ON LAKE HAMILTON! And the location couldn't be better - we're tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet less than 15 minutes from all the fun and excitement in historical downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Racing and Gaming. We're also just a quick drive to nearby shops and restaurants along 7-South including Starbucks, Walmart, Kroger and more. It's truly the best of both worlds.

It's all about the lake lifestyle here and there's so many ways to enjoy it! Our covered back deck is the perfect place to enjoy a family cookout. We also have a lakeside patio right by the water's edge - just the right spot for taking in those beautiful Lake Hamilton sunsets. We have plenty of parking for your vehicles and trailer - including a 2-car garage. Pontoon rentals are available at the marina. Or feel free to use our kayaks!

Comfort is key at Unwound and we have taken great care to provide all the amenities you'll need for a relaxing stay. The primary suite is spacious and features a brand new king bed with a 14" memory foam mattress, high-quality linens, a large sitting room to relax in, and a 55" smart TV. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed with a 14" memory foam mattress and 55" smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed plus a Murphy bed along with another 55" smart TV.

The vaulted family room is large, open and feels like home with super comfy leather furniture, a cozy gas fireplace and a 70" smart TV with Netflix. It's the ideal gathering space to spend time watching your favorite shows, playing board games or just spending time with the ones you love.

Our kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, appliances, utensils and a coffee maker - everything you'll need to prepare your meals during your stay.

Have pets you'd like to bring? We understand it's hard to leave those fur babies at home, so we try to accommodate when possible. A small well-mannered dog (one per rental, not per person) is welcome with prior owner approval, and we do have a fenced in area in the backyard. You must reach out to owner to request permission for each pet before booking.

House is nice, dock is nice. Little tight pulling a boat trailer (dead end road) but if you can back, you can turn around. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Bring foil, ziplock bags, cooking spray wnd spices you know youll need. Woukd dtay again.

Everything about this property was exactly as described in the listing. It was super clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect. We were basically in the middle of everything, but quietly tucked back along the lake. Our little man (dog) even loved sunbathing in the fenced in backyard. It was just so nice to be able to wake up and climb in the boat to spend the day out on the lake. The only complaint was our time there wasn’t long enough.

Had a great time this past week. We had the chance to experience the 4th of July fireworks from the boat deck as well. We brought our boat and launched it from the fish hatchery ramp across the lake. Also brought our kayaks for some early morning fishing around goat island. My adult-ish kids loved it and want to come back to this home. Our golden doodle dog was able to be outside in the fenced in yard. Thanks for helping our family create memories in this beautiful location. Would definitely recommend it to others looking

This was the perfect home for our two families of 3. Nestled on a little cove the boys were able to fish while we sat by the fire and watched the most beautiful sunsets. The house was well stocked with extra blankets and throws and the kitchen came equipped with everything we needed. May want to bring extra laundry pods (house supplies 3)but other than that you will have everything you need. Michelle is a great host and very responsive, we would definitely book again!

Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short, but this was a great house in a great location. It was clean, nicely furnished and had a great fenced in yard with a very nice covered patio. I definitely recommend this property.

Our group of 7 ladies comfortably enjoyed this home. It was beautifully decorated and had all kinds of snacks and a wonderful coffee bar with everything. The beds were very comfortable and the whole home was really clean. We enjoyed the deck and being by the water. We would definitely book it again!

Went there for Mom's 80th birthday. Everything was clean. Open communication with property manager. Location was good. Only little thing was it took me a long time to figure out how to make the shower head in the spare bath turn on. Not the normal shower but I managed. We had to leave early due to a family situation but would stay again if traveling to Hot Springs.

This house was just as described. It’s clean and nicely decorated. The beds and linens were super comfy and large tvs in all bedrooms and living room. Great back porch with views of the lake cove. My husband was able to bring his bass and dock it in the boat slip provided. Michelle was great to work with and communicated in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend staying here! You won’t be disappointed.

Our family celebrated Father’s Day at this amazing lake house. We loved everything about it! The house was beautifully decorated, super clean and had every amenity that we needed. The lake access was perfect. We rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed cruising around the lake, fishing and making s’mores around the fire pit. Cannot recommend this place ENOUGH! We loved it! Communication with Michelle was easy and prompt.

We had a plumbing issue soon after we arrived, but the owner was quick to get it resolved. The home has all the amenities we could want, and a quaint and beautiful spot on the lake. We enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

We decided to stay on the lake side for our horse racing experience this year. It was a quick, easy drive to the track was nice to be able to go downtown and walk around in the middle of everything but at the end of the day go back to her own quiet area. house was clean, owners were responsive, overall a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay the home was warm and inviting. The backyard was nice, but no water in dock, kids were bummed. We’re looking forward to fishing. Other than that we watched movies with the fireplace on. Family room accomadated us all. Relaxing sitting on the patio watching the sunset ever evening.

We loved our stay here. Beautifully decorated, quiet neighborhood, with water access to Hamilton lake and conveniently located close to downtown. Unfortunately the water was low for our stay but having the gas fireplace to enjoy in the evenings made up for it in spades. Can’t wait to go again during the summer time.

We stayed at UNWOUND for a wedding at Garvin Gardens and found the home to be perfect. Very quiet and serene location but still close to stores and downtown was only a few minutes away. The house was very clean with all the amenities one would expect. The outdoor deck was a perfect gathering spot for everyone. I would highly recommend UNWOUND to everyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Hot Springs.

We were traveling for my niece’s wedding, one couple, one mom with two kids and grandma plus a diabetic dog, this accommodated all of us perfectly. One of the cleanest vrbo’s that we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. My boys loved fishing off the dock and caught some good size fish. They kitchen was well stocked and allowed for cooking full meals. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Unwound and would definitely return. We've told all of our friends about the great location of the house for everything in Hot Springs- downtown and on the lake! Nice, clean furnishings, spacious bedrooms and kitchen, and it was so nice to be able to park in the garage while we were there! We especially loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the outside view.

This wonderful newly renovated house has everything you need for the perfect stay in Hot Springs! Each room is fresh and well decorated. Each bedroom has plenty of space and privacy. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for all guests and the kitchen is well equipped. If you prefer to dine out then you are in the perfect location. Lots of wonderful restaurants are within 5-10 minutes from the house with Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino about 10-15 minutes away, as well. The covered patio is perfect for morning coffee or a happy hour beverage. Covered boat slip is a big plus! We really enjoyed our stay here and are already planning our return!!
