The main bedroom is a spacious retreat with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a remote controlled fireplace. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a day bed with pull out trundle. A full-size air mattress is also available.

Living Space

Inside, you'll find three Smart TVs, antique and vintage style décor, a dining table with bench seating, shower/tub combos, a secretary desk, and a laptop friendly WFH workspace. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including an induction stove and oven, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, cookware, dishware, glassware, griddle, cooking utensils, and spices.

Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or stay productive during your stay, our cottage has everything you need.

Outdoor Space

When you're not relaxing inside, head outside to the open sideyard with a 5-burner grill, hammock, and plenty of seating. The front porch has a pair of rocking chairs where you can sip your coffee and watch for deer in the morning.

This home is a gem - located a short drive from downtown Hot Springs & the National Park areas. We loved the interior (and the smell of the cedar!), it was perfect for our family of 5. The owners were great with communicating information and helping us out with a minor, easily fixable issue. Thanks for a comfy, cozy place to stay!

Upon arrival we had an issue with the electronic lock (did not work) so had to use the "backup" key our entire stay. This was an issue if all four guests did ot come and go together the entire time. The outside stairs were littered with pine needles and small pine cones - not very clean. All four of us guests are over 70 yrs old and found it a bit difficult getting all luggage and groceries into the house. Would recommend installing a handrail and treads on stairs. A couple of houses nearby were in state of great disrepair. Speed limit on street was 25 mph yet locals went up and down around 45-50 mph. Inside of house was wonderful - fully equipped for any occasion. Plenty of room - great job renovating !!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely property located on a quiet street close to Bath House Row in Hot Springs. The owners have thought of everything and the property is well equipped and maintained. They were readily available to answer any questions. I can't think how the stay could have been any more pleasant.

Stayed here for about a half week in late March/early April. Most of the living space is upstairs with the kitchen, a bedroom, dining area small, living room on the lower level. Really didn’t even go upstairs for just the two of us staying there. Was comfortable found the bed downstairs extremely comfortable. Also cooked a few of our own meals and the kitchen pretty much had all we needed. What is nice is it’s about 1 mile from the main drag so it was a nice walk into town if one does not want to deal with parking. This neighborhood has older homes that are a pretty big mix of ones that are fixed up nicely and others that are pretty rundown, Kind of sends a message that the area might have issues. But honestly, we never felt unsafe. I feel like there’s a lot of potential for that area and it is smart for people to get these homes renovated and sold/rented. I would stay here again. Host was very responsive and friendly. Thank you for the great stay!

We stayed with three ladies for a girls weekend. It was a perfect set-up, comfortable beds, and cutely decorated. It was winter and rainy so we didn’t use outside amenities. The was ample parking and we all would happily stay there again.

Cute cottage very close to main downtown strip. Very nice inside with up to date amenities and appliances. Two full baths which was nice with 4 people in our group. Owners have a very nice welcome book that is a helpful resource on places to eat and activities in the area. Had a very nice visit exploring the Hot Springs National Park!

Very nice small house. Well appointed and decorated. Living room a little small with only a couch for watching TV talking. Outside area furniture was very dirty with broken glass on the ground. Neighbor hood is ok. Nice and close to downtown area.

Great little cabiny house. Super clean and tidy. Deer everywhere to watch. We had 3 motorcycles and parked out front in the gravel spot. No problems. Very close to Central downtown area. Kitchen is well equipped. Washer & dryer are new and handy. Upstairs game room is an added nice feature. Owners very nice and good communicators. Perfect little 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage.

Went here for a super relaxing bachelorette trip away and this place was totally perfect! The hosts were so wonderful and nice and upon a day of us accidentally setting off the alarm the host called me to make sure we were all right. Every room is filled with detail and love and the location is super close to the strip! Cannot recommend them enough!

This was a short trip but the stay was awesome! This place is exactly the way it was stated on Vrbo. The house is just close enough to town and to Magic Springs. It has super cute decorations, great upstairs for my guys and the beds were comfy too! Would def stay here again. Great pick! ☺️

Adorable property only a couple of minutes from downtown, but far enough to move away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. The neighborhood is not the greatest. Simplysafe security system and keyless entry is a plus. We had everything that we needed for our stay. Family of deer walk up and down Glade Street.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs and this house. It was cozy, inviting, nicely decorated and appointed. All of the beds were comfy. The owners were very responsive to any needs or questions. The sunset trail is a short walk from the house and we enjoyed walking the trail. Thanks for a great stay!

It's a fun little place decorated in farmhouse chic. Nicely done ! A 2 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to downtown. There are a couple of challenging hiking trails up at the top of the street worth checking out.

Super adorable place to stay! The girls loved the doll house and games! The kids got a kick out the front yard and hammock. Have your kids wear rain boots the yard and driveway get muddy during raining season. With 5 kids it was hard not to drag in mud. Other than that the house was perfect!

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with some friends. The location is very close to Bathhouse Row and some hiking trails. The house was decorated really cute and had more than enough space for the 3 of us.
