ゆっくり•のんびり出来て、いいパフォーマンスの演奏が出来ました。

成田山新勝寺に近いこと。そして、綺麗で高級感があり、とても落ち着いていて静かである。ネスプレッソ•カプセル式コーヒーメーカーを初めて使い、味が違う４種類を楽しめた。冷蔵庫の飲み物がサービスなので、有り難い。お世話になりました。

Beautiful newish hotel in the heart of the old part of Narita.

The Japanese style room was incredibly comfortable and perfectly situated in the heart of Narita. This property added to the authentic experience of Narita. I would stay here again.

Bedroom window has a Japanese style covering that opens and closes but it doesn’t keep out the morning light.

Location is suburb - onsen is brilliant - rooms are lovely - loads of great restaurants nearby though

Food non existent- breakfast pre booked lunch and dinner not available- no room service - no restaurant

Le calme près du temple

Beaucoup d'espace partout, devant l'hôtel, dans le lobby, dans les couloirs et surtout dans la chambre. Chambre très calme et tout équipée, vue sur le Narita-san, petit mot écrit sur du très beau papier. la réception ainsi que tout le personnel a qui j'ai eu le plaisir de parler était très gentil, et aux petits soins avec moi je recommande et reviendrai a mon prochain passage a Narita

お料理が美味しい、綺麗スタッフさんが気が利いてて感激館内が暖かく心地良かった

部屋の椅子が座り難い、簡素部屋の洗面所が物があり過ぎて狭い料理の品数がちょっと多い

Best ever hotel

We had two wonderful nights in Waqoo Naritasanmonzen. Everything is perfect. Nice and clean room, warm service, substantial Japanese’s style breakfast. We enjoy the public bath very much, which make us relaxing after a long journey from Los Angeles. We also love the decoration and atmosphere created in the space. Most importantly, all the staff of the hotel are welcoming, and they take care of every details even after check out. I found I lost my glasses in the hotel after we checked out and back to Shanghai. They helped me to find it in the public bath and shipped it to me via international express without any delay. I want to thank all the team of Waqoo Naritasanmonzen. You are the best! I will choose to stay in Waqoo Naritasanmonzen next time definitely.

A good place for lay over near Narita Airport

Room is Japanese style, very nice. It's ~20-minutes from airport, and next to a temple. It's a good one-night lay over if you don't have time to go to downtown. Taxi from/to airport takes ~4500 yen.

Shops/restaurant nearby close at 5:00 at night and won't open until 10:00 in the morning So it's better to book breakfast and/or dinner at hotel in advance (meals have to be reserved 3 days in advance. Can not be added after u arrive). We arrived at 6PM. Luckily, only one restaurant is still open.

Authentic hotel despite being a few years old. Completely unique service that we cannot fault. The breakfast alone is a strong reason to visit the hotel. We would have stayed longer, had we known the quality of the hotel.

Staff very friendly. Very helpful at reception. Quality of room and also complimentary items were of a extremely high standard. Lovely Yukatas were great.

Need to book restaurant 3 days in advance. Would like a little more translation with the literature provided.

Luxurious stay before flying back home.

Exceptional service and friendly service. Stayed one night with 8 month baby and couldn’t be more comfortable stay. Friendly staff and the breakfast was impressive. Love the bath on the first floor. Very luxurious facility and amenities including Dyson hairdryer.

The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel really pays attention to all the small details, dyson hair dryer, super comfy bed, adjustable lights, 4K TV, tea pots and etc. The staff Megumi helped us to contact different places to find the lost items in very quick respond. Special thanks to her again.

This hotel is highly recommended. Friendly, polite helpful staff. Beautiful room and breakfast.

The location was excellent to walk the beautiful and quiet streets of Narita. It is just a few minutes walk to the shrine and park. The room was beautiful stylish Japanese calm. Quiet and clean. All amenities provided. The breakfast was the best I had in our Japanese stays. It cost us 4,000 yen taxi to the airport in busy traffic, which I would recommend rather than the full train to Narita from Narita International and the 15 minute walk from the station.

I liked everything about this hotel. I have no complaints.
