We stayed at this resort for two weeks. We loved everything about it, but especially the staff and the service. Everyone from the reception, beach bar, restaurant... Konstantina made a real difference for us. She and Oggy were very kind and attentive. We hope to come back next year.

Mâncarea super gustoasă, o varietate largă și calitativă.
Camera era puțin incomodă

Service exceptional, from the fresh fruit and water served poolside, to the selection and quality of food available. The beach is one of the nicest around. Plenty of beds and umbrellas both poolside and on the beach.
5.0
Top service and delicious food at a great location.
3.5
Staff very helpful (but perhaps a little bit awkward)
Room very pleasant, although the 1 Nespresso pod/day strict quota was tight & childish
VERY helpful with helping organise a dentist appointment. Unbelievable.
33° and they close the pool at 6pm. Ridiculous. “That’s the rules”. Umm. Change the rules. (And what a silly response)
Buffet dinner only, which wasn’t inspirational
Service in the cabanas by the beach was slow/erratic. No way of getting attention.
All a bit formulaic to minimise waste and shepherd guests to where they could be managed on the hotel’s terms. Unsophisticated.
4.5
stylish hotel with top facilities
the location wasn’t very satisfying
4.5
Very nice resort; nice tasteful rooms; secluded premises; caring staff; even gym had a trainer; visited off-season when tourist business around the property were still closed; good base for excursions in a rented car.

Breakfast was excellent, the facilities are up to date and clean, the room was spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to town (6km) and cabs are abundant so there is easy access to everything in Rethymno.
The water left on a daily basis was very insufficient and we had to constantly ask for it. At some point it was just easier to purchase from the stores nearby. Cocktails at the bars could be better too.

Everything!! great boutique hotel, beautiful, clean, great breakfast and all the staff verry friendly. For family’s with kids perfect because they have a nice kids club, the pool is warm and the water is verry clean.
the beach was not the best but still could enjoy it
4.5
Wonderful resort with big pool, well kept grounds and access to beach. We stayed in a “villa” style room which was near the beach and pool.
4.0
The staff were all absolutely fantastic. Helpful, quick to deal with enquiries. Had a WhatsApp number for queries/requests which was great.
The pool was 10/10 and the rooms were spacious.
The food, overall, was unfortunately disappointing. Poor value for money. The dinner buffet food was basic. An alright selection but not incredibly tasty. Breakfast was much better however. Also €8.50 for a small bowl on the a la carte of fries is criminal.

Excellent customer service, super polite and friendly staff, the food was wonderful the rooms were very clean, our best holiday in years .. thank you to all
Could do with a taxi shuttle into town as taxis are difficult to find
4.5
A great family boutique resort, but what really stands our is the staff: ever genuinely and extremely friendly and helpful. Just to name one, Oggy, the service manager, is a jewel.
The only thing was the daily (loud) music of the adjacent hotel. Please know there is no shade over the pool.

The service was above and beyond- we stayed here when we got married in agreco farms and they were so kind to upgrade us and took excellent care Wie us. Special thanks to Oggy.
Nothing - it was above and beyond

restaurant a la carte could be improved

Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast and lovely room. The decor was bright and the hotel full of light. Covid restrictions were managed very well. Did not feel the least bit like an impersonal resort more like a family run hotel where everyone wanted you to have a good time.
No complaints. Everything was excellent.

We were here from 08.10 - 17.10.2021. It is a very nice hotel complex with a great pool and beautiful beach. Our sons, 6 and 10 years old, really enjoyed it. Child care by absolute professionals! All the staff are very friendly and the food is great. The rooms are very nice and are cleaned twice a day. There was nothing to complain about and meets all 5 stars. We can definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return one day!
Thank you for a great stay

I wish I could give this property 6 stars, the staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible service! They covered all their bases and the little shop across the street had great souvenirs for a great price.
