About this house rental
This stunning home has room for all your family and friends and is the perfect location to explore Portland's top neighborhoods or venture further to wine country, the coast, and the Cascade Mountains.
A short walk to the best restaurants, bars, boutiques and picturesque streets in Boise (Williams/Mississippi Ave), Alberta Arts, and Irvington neighborhoods.
Top-rated king beds in 4 bedrooms with twin XL beds in the 5th. All have high thread-count 100% cotton sheets and fluffy pillows.
The expansive main floor includes a living area with huge 70" 4k TV; dining area that can seat up to 10 people; and a fully outfitted kitchen with everything you'd need (not your typical vacation rental mismatch of dishes, utensils, and cookware). The main floor also has a bedroom with king bed, half bath, and a back deck looking onto the small yard.
The second floor includes a primary suite with king bed and attached spa-like bathroom; another king bedroom with huge windows, balcony and walk in closet; a bedroom with 2 twin XL beds (long enough for adults); bathroom with 2 sinks; and the laundry room.
The stunning top floor is a huge open-concept room with king bed area, seating space with second big-screen TV, a sink/mirror, plus the large roof deck with an amazing view over the treetops of the neighborhood.
Need to catch up on work while you’re away? Fast fiber internet gives you the bandwidth to finish work quickly so you can get back to enjoying the trip.
No detail has been overlooked, key amenities include:
• Top-rated mattresses, soft 100% cotton high-thread count sheets, plus both foam and regular pillows. 4 bedrooms have king beds and 1 bedroom has 2 twin XLs (long enough for adults).
• Fully outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, dishes, wine glasses, pots, pans, bakeware, serving dishes, toaster, blender and even more small appliances — everything you need to make a snack or gourmet meal if you’re cooking in. Enough of everything for your full group, not the typical mismatched vacation rental items.
• Beverage station with coffee, black+herbal tea, sugar, and creamer, plus a drip coffee maker, milk frother, French press, and water boiler.
• Two Huge TVs. Both 4k and Smart TVs. One on the main level in the open-concept living room, and the second on the top floor lounge.
• Quiet, high-end washer and dryer with detergent provided
• Speedy fiber internet
• Free street parking is typically readily available.
Please note:
There is one flight of stairs to the main floor and then two floors above that. This home would be challenging for people with mobility issues.
This home shares a wall with the neighbor, in what is one of Portland's common housing styles — “attached single family home”. There is an Apartment in the basement, but it has its own private entrance and there are no shared spaces. Please be respectful of noise and running on stairs as the sound may transfer.
The professional host lives nearby in Portland so feel free to get in touch if you need recommendations for things to do or places to eat/drink or if you have questions or needs throughout your stay.
There is an exterior doorbell camera and street-facing camera at the front of the building. Noise/party monitoring hardware is installed but it is incapable or recording or listening.

this property is well maintained and well stocked. our party of 9 was very comfortable in this home. location was also very nice - walkable to many places and short car ride to most others. host was very proactive with communication and even let us check in slightly early to accommodate us, without us even having to ask.would recommend this host and this house for anyone who needs a place to stay in portland.

What a beautiful and comfortable place! We stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect for our 3 households- 10 of us total. The neighborhood has lots of great places to walk to for food, coffee, drinks, etc. The host Peter is responsive, helpful and kind. 10/10 would stay here again.

Our group was thoroughly impressed with our VRBO! A beautiful home in a eminently walkable area - close to great food choices, and easily accessible to other parts of the city and surroundings. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with a group of 10 for the Washougal Motorcross event. The house was amazing, beautifully kept, very comfortable, and plenty of room for the ten of us, the upstairs patio was a really nice touch! It was close to downtown and there is grocery stores, pubs and other amenities within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again, thanks!
