Your family will be in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic. You will be minutes away from Knoxville, University of Tennessee and Neyland Stadium. Your are also close to Great Smokey Mountains National Park and all the fun local attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Newly remodeled lower level of split foyer. Open kitchen, living room/family room. After a day in traffic and crowds, enjoy time at a residential location to relax in, with 70" TV. 58" TV in master bedroom.

The place was a nice fit, even for a family of 7 (thank you for working with us). The host had a thoughtful plate of cookies laid out on the table waiting when we arrived. Everything was comfortable and updated from kitchen, televisions, and beds. Even had hot water for all 7 that showered after a long day at Dollywood. One very minor critique was that it was slightly hard to close the bedroom doors, as they are sort of out of alignment and very tight. Overall a great place to stay and on our list. Thank you for letting us rent these 3 nights.

This was a very nice and very clean place to stay.We were close to the mtn bike trails and on the outskirts of Knoxville.Upon our arrival there were fresh cookies made 😀 Would recommend the Eagles Nest

This was our second time staying, and it was just as awesome as the first! This place is clean, quiet, and convenient. The decor is lovely, and it is an awesome place to just relax after a busy day in Knoxville with our son who attends UT. We will always stay here when in Knoxville! Can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend!!

Great location for visiting my kids and grandkids. The Eagle’s nest was clean and comfortable and the owners were quick to respond to my questions. I’ll certainly stay here again with future visits.

We had a great stay here! Will come back again. Updated so cozy throughout, very clean and bigger than expected...the open kitchen and family room area are great and plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked coffee bar! Super accommodating and easy location to get to. We visited Pigeon Forge and UTK while there. We were within 20 min drive of both. Worked out great!

Everything was clean, accessible, I’m working condition and perfect for me and my mom and 3 kids. I liked that it was a basement apartment of a split level because my kids can be loud and I didn’t have to worry about that. The location was great and made it easy for us to get to everything for entertainment and get back before my kids eyes closed after all their fun. Highly recommend.

Exactly as described, beautifully decorated, absolutely clean, spacious enough for 2 adults and 4 children under 12. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay. Absolutely loved the cookies, a wonderful welcoming touch!!!

This was our second stay. The downstairs apartment suited our needs perfectly. Very well furnished, even with paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, washing machine needs, tea, coffee, and even creamers. We had a surprise treat when we arrived. Hosts live upstairs but never knew it - it was not an issue. Ice- maker wasnt working but getting a bag of ice isnt a deal breaker... would make things more convenient. We are very thankful for their sharing of their apartment. Very clean, supplied linens and all towels needed. It was super to have a washer and dryer on site!

Lovely quiet neighborhood with room for the kids to play in the back yard. Beautiful patio area with shade and at home feels with small details in decor. Will definitely be coming here again on our next get a way.

This place is very nice place to stay only 30 min from Pigeon Forge TN , super clean, quiet and a where you can relax, has plenty of room for the whole family, there was 5 of us and had plenty of space. Glad we found this place would Love you rent it again in the future.

Was the perfect space for our girls weekend trip. Easy location to downtown, with plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. Steven and Anita were the perfect hosts..easily available but not hovering. The cookies they left for us were delicious.

Relocating for work and needed a place for the work week. Beautifully done apartment. Very clean and comfortable! If I would have changed anything it would have been to add more ambient lighting options. Location is very convenient to all attractions without the tourist crowds! Highly recommend!

This property was top-notch. It is the basement of a residence and we were able to meet the owners who were very kind. The place was outstandingly clean, warm and inviting, and decorated very nicely. It was also very well stocked, everything we needed was right on hand. I would highly recommend this property, and I am certain we will try to stay there again as it is very convenient to Knoxville in the University of Tennessee where our son is in school.

I was on a weekend trip with a friend. We were blown away with how the property was. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Including a little coffee bar for all us caffeine lovers. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
