My husband booked this condo for us and I will say, it was an absolutely beautiful location. The views of the ocean were gorgeous. Beach access was quick and easy and the location didn't have the big waves that were seen closer to the pier. We had a wonderful time on the beach.
The building had a nice pool, pickleball, and a game room which my family thought was fun.
The condo was clean and the management was extremely helpful and friendly. We noticed there were no kitchen towels or pot holders and they dropped some off that day. They also came out and fixed a light fixture and reset the door code for us.
The beds were comfortable, furniture was nice, and there's a beautiful view out of both the living room and bedroom.
There were a couple of things that we thought could be improved upon. For instance, outside of the kitchen and master bath, the condo could really use updating and there was a strong musty smell that was present the entire time we were there. The second bedroom smelled the worst. There were about five or six air fresheners throughout the condo and these bags in the closets to collect moisture.
The living room TV was so old that you couldn't connect as a smart TV and there were only a few channels to watch. It was also extremely complicated to get it working. At night, we like to relax and watch a movie but all had to pile in the master bedroom to watch it. And, the second bedroom TV was very small - not the one pictured in the listing.
Again, beautiful location, great management, and nothing in the condo was terrible or unfixable. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean as you enter the condo and into the living room and main bedroom, really stunning. They also had a great full size swimming pool, Tennis court and Gym. We are already planning on returning soon.

This property is perfectly located directly on the ocean with an oceanfront view (which is what we wanted). Don’t worry about bringing (or buying) any beach necessities because they are quite stocked with those! Overall this property is in a nice, quiet section of the beach and it’s less crowded than in DAB, but still just a short drive to the heart of Daytona if you wanted to go. Plus there’s a fabulous restaurant one minute away under the Dunlawton bridge we visited several times!

We had a fantastic time! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely stay again! Our only problem was that the pool was under construction and we did not know. But we were fine with the beach!

The view was exceptional. But overall the condo is in need of updating. A good dehumidifier and some deep cleaning. I enjoyed the location and balcony but the room and floors are very damp. I understand it’s beachfront and humidity is a problem. It just needs a good dehumidifier to stop the musty smell and dampness.

The first thing that hits you is the BAD smell of some kind of cleaning solution. The toilets, sinks, and floors were clean; however, I could not get past the smell. The overall appearance of this unit was just very outdated. This building must be quite old compared to others on the beach.

Despite the building being without a pool temporarily due to the hurricane, we got more than we expected. Unit was beautifully maintained with glass windows that extending all the way to the ceilings, allowing for panoramic views of the ocean. The highlight of the trip was seeing 6-8 dolphins from our balcony, a first for us!

We really enjoyed our vacation. The view from the condo is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows. The condo is spacious and very nice. We had plenty of beach chairs and toys to use. The only thing that I would change is the living room furniture. It was fine for my family but as a grandmother, it was difficult for me to get up. It sits a little low for me. We will definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Floor to ceiling windows provided gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean from all living areas. The unit was tastefully updated with comfortable furniture and modern appliances. The location is ideal; easy access to the beach and within walking distance to local stores. The condo also features great amenities such as access to the property’s game room, gym and pool. The many special “touches” added to this vacation property made our stay special. I would highly recommend this beachfront condo to those who want to get away in relaxed elegance!

We stayed at Paradise Cove on a vacation with family who were visiting from out of the country. It truly felt like a home away from home - an adorable place, conveniently located right on the ocean and with a big balcony that we spent many of our evenings at, enjoying the beautiful breeze and the breathtaking sunrises & sunsets. Fortunately, it was also close enough to places like Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy and restaurants for short walks to get food and creature comforts. I am looking forward to coming back to Paradise Cove!

I am so refreshed after spending a week in this condo with some friends, highlighted by floor to ceiling windows in the living room AND master bedroom. Just steps from the ocean or outdoor pool if that’s more you’re thing! I loved my view from the large balcony, and the best part, this place has all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. Very beautifully decorated and very clean. Would highly recommend Paradise Cove!
