**The HOA has announced that the pool will be closed from September 25 2024 to January 10 (at the latest) to work on the ocean facing facad of the building.
Additionally, the HOA will be working on windows, painting and waterproofing from 5/1/25 - 8/18/25, so the views may be obstructed from the windows and the balconies may have minimal access.

1 free, secure private parking space is available for guests in the garage. There are additional parking spaces availble outside the lobby, but they are first come first serve. Parking passes must hang in the review of vehicles parked in the complex.
