This special downtown location features three bedrooms and a private hot tub! There is also an amazing garage turned “game room” with a pool table, dartboard, and plenty of board games. All this and you can walk downtown in the blink of an eye. The welcoming home has a fully-equipped kitchen and an abundance of activities for hanging out and entertaining. A private backyard with a hot tub and cornhole game makes this home the perfect relaxing getaway for your group. Enjoy this space that is close to the downtown square, while being surrounded by renowned wineries.

This downtown home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a living room and a separate dining room with a farmhouse table that seats up to eight. Appliances include a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The game room is a highlight with an awesome pool table and dartboard for hanging out and having a great time. There are multiple seating areas throughout the front and back yards. Take advantage of the gas grill for your favorite BBQ as you dine alfresco on the back patio, rev up your competitive spirit with a game of cornhole, or top off the perfect wine country days with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are absolutely no parties or events allowed at this home. There is a 10 pm City of Paso Robles quiet time ordinance that can result in fines for both guests and owners.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

We came to town to throw my parents a 50th wedding anniversary party, and this house was ideal! Lovely furnishings, updated interior with antique touches, well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen. A/C units in each room of the house really made a difference for our family. Overall a great experience! Will be staying here again!

We thought the house was cute and loved that there were lots of great amenities. We really appreciated all of the clothes hangers in the closets! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and most importantly, wine glasses! It was very clean and easy to get checked in and out. We thought it was going to be a little closer to the town square but it was about 3/4 mile away. Still not a bad walk and we walked to dinner a couple of times. The bathrooms were very nice but one of them was on the opposite side of the house from the bedrooms. If you have a family staying there, probably.not that big of a deal, but 2 unrelated couples sharing the house makes it more of an issue. If you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night it's a trek through the family room, kitchen, unlocking the kitchen door, stepping down into the corridor between the garage/game room and the outside patio door to get to the bathroom! The other issue was the doors to the king bedroom are glass. We felt very exposed in that room. But the bed was quite comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Nice home. You may want to pack earplugs… The road surface is rough which accentuates traffic noise. And a neighbor to the rear has (not to be mean) a hacking cough/throat clearing thing going on. This made wanting to use the hot tub unappealing. Otherwise a great place to temporarily call home!

The house is well stocked with everything you need. The kids loved the game room and it was a lifesaver on rainy days! The house is older and shows some wear and tear but we found it to be clean and comfortable. It is on a busy street but that didn’t bother us much at all.

Location is good, although Vine street has lots of traffic and front bedroom is noisy. Back bedroom gets the neighbors, who are VERY close. Not very private.

Great house in a perfect location. Yes it’s a bit older but nicely appointed for a comfortable stay. It was quite clean which is the most important thing. I stayed along with my pups, and it was perfect for them with a yard to roam in and take care of business, and a game room/garage that I put them in while we stepped out. Paso is pretty small so the home is close to everything whether its wineries or downtown, it all just minutes away. I would definitely stay again.

This home was so cute, nicely decorated, and very clean. The garage was a perfect game room, the living room was comfortable to lounge in and just watch TV, the jacuzzi was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was an easy walk to downtown, and felt very safe. I highly recommend staying here.

Due to changes in our travel plans, we had to find a quick getaway within a 1/2 day driving distance. Paso Robles was it, and we wanted to stay local. This place was it. Only minutes away from downtown, there are great restaurants and winetasting. Thirty minutes away tops from all outdoor activities. The house is well maintained, fully equipped, fully remodeled, and clean, and has A/C and a hot tub. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay every minute. Highly recommended!

My husband and I rented this place to visit family along with our adult siblings. It was a great house for a group of couples to share. They had a game room with a Ms. Pac Man machine, pool table, darts, and a shelf full of games. The hot tub was awesome and it fit 6 adults comfortably. Plenty of towels at the unit, each room has it's own HVAC unit, so you're able to control the temp per room instead of one universal temp. House was stocked with all the essentials. The home came with little start supply of shampoos and conditioners you would find at a hotel. Amazing stay!
