About this apartment rental
Conveniently located right in Telluride town, alongside the beautiful San Miguel River, just 200 yards from lift #7, ⛷ (so it's a quick walk to load onto the chairlift and then you can actually ski right down to your place!)
This spacious recently remodeled light and bright corner unit is a rare find in Telluride. The unit features new hardwood floors, updated furniture, art and decor, and a cozy fireplace in the living room.
One king bedroom, one shower bath (w/separate toilet room for privacy)
Plus a queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room. Sliding doors between bedroom and living room can be pull closed to create two separate sleeping or hanging spaces.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, breakfast bar, sitting area with sofa & coffee table, flat-screen TVs in bedroom and in living room, and the sweet little fireplace adds to the cozy, romantic ambiance summer and winter.
Blackout shades. Abundant closet and drawer space. Common BBQ and picnic area just outside by the river and two brand new outdoor hot tubs with new landscaping, and they're just a minute's walk down the hallway from your place. *****PARKING!********Ample free parking. You may choose to park in the inn courtyard parking lot or at the CarHenge free parking lot, both lots have parking spaces that are right outside of the unit. (Personally, I prefer the carhenge lot. Its generally less crowded. Feel free to plug "carhenge free parking lot" into your navigation. Once there, turn left into the parking lot, drive to the last row, turn right and halfway up that row is the best place to park. You will see the little walking path into the Inn and your unit is right in front of you. Great, if you have groceries and luggage and stuff.) both parking. Lots are available to our guests.
This lovely unit is just 2 blocks from the grocery store, and a short walk to the one-of-a-kind free gondola or to the center of historic Telluride town.
The river trail is just outside your door and offers a delightful walking path along the river that meanders all alongside town and beyond, or you can walk 1/2 block to catch the free Galloping Goose shuttle all ocer town if you prefer to ride.

Loved the place! Great location, a short walk to everything. Traffic outside the unit is a bit annoying as it's on the main floor adjacent to two parking lots BUT the unit itself was perfect and we would consider staying there again. Great communication with the owner, everything went as planned!

Lovely 5-nite stay in this cute condo in Telluride. Walking distance to everything. Unit met all of our needs comfortably. Owner lives nearby and was very helpful, always responding quickly.
Condo is an updated first floor corner unit in an older building. View is to parking lot, but there is a charming sitting area by the river with two new hot tubs at the other end of the building. We had no security issues but recommended that owner add a small safe for peace of mind as it is necessary to keep screened windows open in warm summer weather.
We will definitely book again and recommend to friends. Excellent value; it’s a find in pricey Telluride!

We spent more time in the condo than we had anticipated because there were big rain storms. That being said, it was a very comfortable unit.

We had a nice stay with plenty of space for two of us and all our gear. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and dishes, the bed was comfortable, and plenty of room in the closet and bathroom along with plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The sun can warm up the space but opening a window and turning on the fan cool things down nicely also using the blackoutshades. The location was great, from the parking lot a few steps away to the path, hiking trails, and a few walkable blocks to the grocery, shops, gondola, and restaurants. Once we parked we didn't need to drive anywhere else. Check-in was a little delayed as we received a keycode that didn't work, which had never happened before, Jennifer was quick to assist and we could enter without issue. And beyond the condo are the most memorable views and scenery!

Everything was so great! The place was incredibly clean and so nice. It was in a great location and easy to walk to everything. We had everything we needed to have a great visit. Our host was easy to contact. I forgot to let her know about a down allergy I had the night before check in and she had everything removed before we checked in the next day. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Telluride!

We had the best weekend getaway at Jen’s condo. Steps away from lift 7! Best location and like all the other reviews said about the comfortable bed! It was delightful! We will definitely be staying here again!

This place was very nice. Perfect for wife and myself. Great location! Walking distance to town and restaurants. Lift #7 was a 2 min walk, and you can pretty much ski in to the place. Would definitely recommend, and will rent in the future.

Our stay here was wonderful. The unit was very spacious and comfortable for two people. It is conveniently located between the gondola and Lift 7 — just a few hundred yards from Lift 7, brief walk to the gondola. Also a close walk to Main Street and the grocery store.
Our host was super responsive and the check-in/out process was a breeze.

Can’t fault the property. We arrived late, but the details sent were easy to follow. Property was well presented. Had everything we needed. Plenty of hot water. The fire was nice. Great location close to lift 7, & the market. Easy walk to the gondola & the restaurants. Used the laundry Enjoyed the hot tub Would definitely stay again.

It is a freshly remodeled sanctuary, with an allure so palpably delightful that it engages the senses. The living quarters, adorned with a lustrous patina of dark hardwood floors, possess an almost hypnotic effect, deeply immersing the observer in their rich, soothing aura.
The gas fireplace stands as an inviting sentinel in this domicile of serenity. As the evening chill descends, carried by the crisp mountain air, it cracks and hums alive - a warm vibrato against the night's melody. The dancing flames behind the glass pane cast an urbane, flickering glow, twinkling against the lustrous hardwood canvas – an enchanting ballet of light and shadow, warmth and comfort.
Only a short saunter from this homely abode, and you find yourself captivated by the ceaseless charm of the local river. Cheekily winking through the colorful dress of the Golden Aspens, it guides our journey towards the town's steadfast gondola. The river walk, especially beneath the sacred spells of October, whispers narratives hitherto unheard by the ears, but deeply felt within the abode of the soul. One might say it's not just a walk, but a pilgrimage back to nature.

The unit worked out well for us. The building it is in is older and like many buildings in ski towns it’s showing its age. While being billed as being on the river there is no view of the river just the parking lot. It was unseasonably hot while we were visiting and the unit has no A/C.

We had a great time. Check in was a little difficult. The door to the building was locked and we couldn't get in. Luckily we got a code from another person staying at the hotel. The office had closed early. Would be a good idea to give the door code to the arriving party in advance to avoid this in the future. We recommend this room to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

We really enjoyed this stay. The condo was spotless and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The location was perfect, especially if you park in the Carhenge Parking Lot as it is right next to the condo as well as gives your great access to Lift 7. Your car becomes your own personal ski valet!
The host is very responsive and does her best to ensure a great stay. We had one minor issue in check-in as the exterior door was locked and we then had to go to office to get code. No big deal and had we mentioned to host that we were running later than expected, I’m sure she would have provided that code!

Our stay in Telluride was absolutely perfect. The room was right outside chair 7 and walking distance to the gondola and downtown. The host was incredibly proactive and responsive. We would stay here again!

My husband and I enjoy long weekends in Telluride every year and prefer staying in town vs. Mountain Village. We park our car and only move it if we are hiking outside of town. This unit is very walkable to all that you could want and need with restaurants, a grocery store, the Gondola etc. close by. The unit itself is a corner unit on the ground floor. It provides lots of natural lighting and the black out blinds work great. It overlooks the parking lot and path between two parking lots, so if you are looking for views or privacy this should be considered. We did not have to open the windows as it was cold enough outside. There is noise from the parking lot and upstairs unit. Neither were an issue during sleeping hours. Most importantly, the property manager is very communicative, friendly and helpful.

Great little condo that is nicely decorated with a cozy feel. We had everything we needed and loved the whole layout with ample storage and plenty of space to comfortably move around together. The king size bed was very comfortable and a rare find. Most have queens. Jennifer was extremely helpful and replied back very quickly with any questions. The location is great and we walked to everything in town. It is a corner unit which has its pros and cons. Lots of windows and light and the unit is very easy to access but the windows are facing a parking lot with heavy activity so that could be a problem for some. Surprisingly it was still pretty quiet. There are great privacy shades on the windows so it wasn’t a problem for us and we would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful condo with lovely appointments. It is on the first floor and I was afraid it might be noisy so close to parking, but it was not. The manager was very attentive, texting to see if we needed anything and when the parking pass had not been left in the condo, she had someone quickly bring one to us. My husband loved the fireplace, it was so relaxing. And I fell in love with one of the decorative pillows, which I wished I could have brought home with me. Sigh. It was close to the River Walk and about a 5 minute walk to town where we found plenty of restaurants, shops, and a great coffee house. It was also a short walk to the free gondola, which we took to the ski village at Telluride. There we found more restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The scenery is beautiful. Can only say good things. Loved our stay.

This is a well decorated, beautiful condo, perfectly located near the river and walking trails. Every morning I would wake up and take the 60 second stroll to the trail along the river to go get coffee and a bagel. Incredibly relaxing! The place has everything I need, including a great coffee maker. Just prefer the short walk along the river. Exceptionally clean, it has obviously been newly remodeled. New linens for the beds and nice furniture and appointments. Great value. Jennifer is amazing to work with. She was very nice and accommodative. Will definitely rent from her again!

Really enjoyed my stay, I've vacationed in Telluride many times and I would definitely go back and stay in this room rental again. Jennifer, the Property Manager was very helpful and made everything easy and the room was in great shape for my arrival. Everything was very comfortable and I had everything I needed.
