We travel together once a year. My brother and his wife (UK) and my husband and I from Canada. Our trip this year was the blues trail with the first stop in Nashville. The apartment was situated on the river and we were about to watch the boats party and working boats go by. The groundhogs kept us entertained. We were able to walk into town easily although we are all seniors. Would recommend this property.

Overall the property was nice and the hosts were friendly and responsive. There are a ton of spiderwebs on the back porch. We cooked one night and there were enough basic kitchen items and dishes. The apartment is clean on the surface but could use a good deep cleaning. The bathroom vents were very dirty. It is close enough to walk to Broadway and there is lots of parking.

Very comfortable and great location for downtown and nearby neighborhoods. We had plenty of room and enjoyed hanging out at condo as well as doing all the Nashville touristy fun.

The Condo was clean and access, directions was easy, it isn't within a normal walking distance to downtown, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We were (not) told about the heavy large construction right next door, but they did shut down at night, don't plan on sleeping in with dozers and excavators beeping all day. There was a terrible sewer smell from the front closet, we used a towel to block the door, I'm sure this will get fixed right away. These things happen, but on the cool side, the Riverview and Tugboat traffic was fun to watch. We even saw a small Viking cruise ship go down the river.

Very nice place. The distance from broadway was a little farther than stated in the description, but still walkable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, quiet, clean, no issues. Close to broadway, you could walk it if you wanted.

Property extremely clean and properly stocked with supplies. Property amenities provided relaxing in the sun poolside AND a fire pit for the evening by the river!

Nicely decorated and very comfortable 2 bd-2ba. On River with Deck for river viewing plus a woodchuck came for a visit looking for food. Was able to walk to restaurant and a bonus, the Nashville Sound Minor League was playing that night. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Host was very informative.

The place was great, but the location was even better. Our group was able to walk everywhere we wanted to during our stay, such as walking to Germantown for breakfast and lunch, Top Golf for a fun evening, and downtown for drinks and live music.

Very nice well kept unit. Laundry room with plenty of machines you just need your own detergent. Away from all the noise and chaos of Broadway if you need a little break. Ubers always available and quickly to get you to the main spots. Hostess was accommodating and a text message away.

15mn walk to the action of downtown Nashville & accommodation was quiet for sleeping! My husband & I definitely enjoyed our stay! Great ( and quick response to questions) communication! Highly recommend!!! Having our coffee outlet side over looking the river was the cherry on top!

Enjoyed the location very much! The river is quite active with tugs/barges and pleasure craft. An easy walk to downtown and Broadway attractions.

We found the property nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked and in a good location. It was so peaceful being on the water, seeing the wildlife and the boats and barges coming and going. The host was easily available with all the information we needed. Seamless! Would stay again.

Very clean. Very cool decor. LOVED the guitars, a very nice touch! Walk to everything. Would definitely stay there again. Watching the river flow is so relaxing.... It was myself, my wife, and our teenage son. Never got bored. Thank you!

Property was up-to-date and very clean. Beds, bedding, and furniture were in very good condition. Parking was extremely convenient and location was generally good. We enjoyed playing the guitars. Only drawbacks were hearing the upstairs neighbors footsteps at night and the floors had some high and low spots.

This was our first visit to Nashville and we really didn’t know where to stay or what to expect. Stumbled on these condos by chance and couldn’t have been luckier.
The place itself was spotless and well stocked with everything you need to start your visit. Manager got ahold of us to let us know we could even check in early. What we didn’t realize was how ideal the location was. Just outside the main downtown area it provided a little quieter environment along with plentiful FREE covered parking in a city that must make millions on parking fees alone. Broadway is only 1 mile/15-20 min walk, baseball stadium and Nashville Farmers Market right around the corner, abundant restaurants in walking distance and even a Top Golf 5 min away. If the Titans were in town that would also be within walking distance!
We will absolutely stay again!

We had a fabulous stay. The condo was exactly how we expected from the listing. The host was quick to respond. The views from the balcony of the Cumberland River were beautiful. We were so surprised and pleased as to how very close we were to the river. We were able to walk to Bicentennial Park to view the New Year's celebration, to Broadway for the strip, and to restaurants nearby. The kitchen was amply supplied as was the bathrooms and showers. Great stay! Great Memories!

This was the perfect place for our short visit to Nashville with friends. The place was as listed and more! Very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The walk to Broadway was very manageable for us. I so appreciate how responsive Amy was to all my questions before our stay and that she checked in shortly after we arrived to make sure all was well. Would definitely recommend!

Exactly as advertised, super location walking distance to most attractions. Plenty of room for two couples, covered parking was a huge bonus in the summer heat and the summer downpour on the day we left. Will be back!!

This 1st floor condo on the river was super nice. We loved the balcony the most. We watched the towboats move barges, groundhogs, birds, and raccoons while we ate/drank. We even heard the Beyoncé concert which was across the river Saturday night. We could walk to Music Row. The music themed decor was awesome! Thank you.

My Wife and two daughters went to Nashville for a show at the Ryman. We had a great time staying at this condo. Great decor, clean comfortable and easy access to the city.
Would highly recommend.

The property is well situated near local attractions but the deck overlooking the river gives the feel that you are far away from it all. This is a great place to stay.
