I did like the room - there was everything in here (except TV maybe, don't remember), very nice sea view. The infinite pool was fascinating, it has a bar table in here and very beautiful night lightning. Also there is a very nice place for meditation or yoga
The beach close to the hotel doesn't seem to be good for swimming, but all the beaches in Amed are rocky as I got

Location, view, spacious cliffside garden, helpful staff
wifi reception to our more remote downstairs room not good. Good elsewhere on property

the location is lovely, good for a family trip or with a group of people
the place is pretty decrepit, lots of broken and abandoned parts all over the property, things were old and not fixed up, never replaced since 2004 when it opened I think.. the owner doesn’t care about the property at all

Absolutely wonderful place! Very peaceful, amazing sea view from the cliff directly from the bed, from the terrace of the bungalow, from the infinity pool, from the restaurant - from each place of the resort.
Very rich and colorful house reef just in front of the resort, 2 very nice small sandy beaches just nearby (Selang Beach and Ibus Beach) absolutely without any other people.
The infinity pool is great and we spend most of the day there drinking coctails and watching dolphins, sea turtles, hunting tunas and hundreds traditional sail boats jukungs returning morning from fishing - all that just from above.
Bungalows have nice private space - small garden and terrace under the roof. Comfy bed, strong Wifi signal, cool AC, hot shower, big woking desk, small fridge, kettle, plugs by the bed, enought lights etc... Everything clean and working well.
Staf were very helpful, friendly and polite - always smiling.
Food and drinks in the restaurant were very tasty and big portions - and again with that great sea view.
They have also dive center - we did few dives just around resort and it was just incedible - the amount of fishes, absolutely no other divers, healthy coral reefs, safe conditions and professional divemaster.
We are sure we will come back. We can strongly recommend this place. Thank you for everything!
Nothing, everything was perfect.

The view.
Looks like a ghost homestay. Staff was not smiling and not happy, they want me to pay a bali coffee in the moment at 6.30am. Room wasn't clean, full of mosquitos and spiders. Pool was dirty. very overpriced. Stayed one night, didn't sleep at all and moved to a very nice homestay with amazing staff for half of the price in the next day.

The view is superb!
Less maintenance here n there

Location was good, great views, very nice pool looking over the ocean.
Staff very helpful, but disappeared from 11am until 5pm. No drinks or food outside of those times. Lounging by the pool and you can't get a drink or anything without going off property. 1st room had no wifi at all, a leaky bathroom roof, bugs and ants, doors that won't shut, no hot water, and leaky bathroom plumbing that flooded the bathroom if you didn't empty the trash can the staff put in there to collect the leaking water. They moved us but to a better location for better wifi but still wifi did not work at all, bathroom roof leaked even more than the 1st room. More bugs and ants as well. This place needs a major maintenance overhaul . It has a lot of potential but needs a massive amount of TLC

Roman and his staff were amazing , anything we needed they were very helpful . The setting and views from everywhere on the property were spectacular . The restaurant had a large menu and everything we ordered was great .
