Good size room with en-suite & hot tub was divine! Had amazing stay!
One hot tub & sauna to share with 3 accommodations but private as put our one hour slot a day on blackboard (which is cute thought)

The Yurt was beautiful & in such a peaceful location.
Lovely comfortable bed with lovely bedding.
For me personally I struggled with the toilet & shower facilities but I don’t like camping!!

Absolutely beautiful scenery, the fire pit was amazing and the hosts provided us with extra wood when needed! The shepherds hut was so cozy and the bed was so so comfy! The doggies and cat really made the experience! Absolutely lovely hosts and the plunge pool, sauna and hot tub were an amazing addition! Absolutely worth the money for 2 nights! The stars were amazing at night from our private garden. Close to the town where they had lovely coffee and lunch spots and the pub is a lovely little walk down through the village! Absolutely beautiful
Nothing! It was absolutely perfect

YURT : WONDERFUL
WELCOMING, HELPFUL AND PEACEFUL MARCIA, BECKY AND MARTIN. ALL GLORY TO GOD. AMEN.
NICE BREAKFAST BASKET DELIVERED.
JACUZZI, SAUNA AND COLD BATH IN BARREL : GREAT FUN.
NICE WALKS AROUND.
THE ONLY THING WAS NOT TO HAVE A SINK IN THE YURT, WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE. MAY BE A TAP OUTSIDE.

The jacuzzi and sauna were amazing! Especially on a cold March night.
Hooks outside the shower room and shepherds hut.
Cold water tap. Hand drier/towels in shower room.

We liked the interior of the Mongolian Yurt, we thought it was really beautiful, spiritual and quaint. There's a fireplace with logs for the novelty with the safety equipment. There were board games for those who want to have a nice getaway and phones free environment. I believe it was David we spoke to, he was extremely kind and friendly and we could tell he had a lot of respect for the Yurt which was admirable. We appreciate you showing us around and making us feel welcome.
We didn't like that the beds were too springy and didn't have enough support for those with mobility issues. We didn't like that there were no pictures of the shared bathroom for the Yurt/Shepherd's Hut and we feel like people should be aware of the fact it is a 15/20 yard walk to this facility.
There wasn't a TV despite it being listed, however like I said, there are board games to keep you occupied if you want a phones free environment which is pretty cool.
It was a sofa bed and not a double bed but when we booked, it said ''double bed''.
It wasn't soundproof, you can hear almost everything as I'm sure others can hear you whilst you're in the tent.
We're sad that we didn't get a partial refund at least for the nights we didn't stay. Sorry for the error upon booking, my partner is dyslexic and misunderstood from the pictures/amenities. She thought it was a chalet with other facilities nearby like a spa etc!

I cannot fault my stay . It was so clean and tidy. the staff are just incredible. the yurt was so warm I felt like I was in my house. The beds were super comfy and bedding was immaculate. all amenities you need. Not to mention a massive Jacuzzi . sauna and cold pool dip. I can’t wait to go back. The fire was a lovely addition, everything was provided logs, kindle, protective gloves and off course dustpan and Brush to keep it clean. coal was provided to cook on the bbq outside. and off course the beautiful scenery and owl that made a appearance.
i couldn’t find a fault if I tried . I was blown away by the value for money we got.

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay.
The room is reasonably sized and well equipped for a few days.
The garden is absolutely perfect if you have a dog as it is secured.
The breakfast is very nice.
The TV is too far from the bed.
The bathroom door isn't locking properly.

Beautifully furnished yurt with everything you need for a relaxing stay. friendly hosts who are willing to help with anything you may need.
could do with a metal bucket for the ashes and a brush to clean up after ourselves

Unique, interesting and cosy
Nothing apart from a vey springy soft bed in the yurt, and it would have been nice to have milk for the coffee/tea

we stayed for 2 nights and the bed was very comfy and we had all the facilities we needed for the couple days.
The location is great and there’s lovely walks around the area.
there was washing up liquid but no utensils to wash up with

The hospitality of the host, including (but not limited to: sauna, breakfast, woodland walk, Wumbles, and the 🐈
I had the most wonderful and restful experience. The host-David, his wife and family made my stay very pleasant.
The accomodation was clean, warm and cosy. Nothing was too much trouble. The hosts were very accommodating from giving me a call before arrival and settling me in when I arrived. I felt really spoilt and looked after and had a sumptuous breakfast, with most items coming directly from the holding, including the lovely crab apple 🍎 jelly!
The town centre is close by, there is a lovely woodland walk, a steam room (which I made good use of) and plunge pool for the brave.
This place would suit families or single travellers alike.
I'm already already planning my return and couldn't recommend Buzzard Holt Hosting enough.
LOVED everything, wish my trip could of been longer.

I was made to feel very welcome in the facilities and also in the owners home, which was a welcome addition to my stay.

The location relative to where I worked was excellent! I work for the ambulance service, and being able to retire to a quiet cabin in a beautiful countryside location was the perfect remedy for a challenging day. The owners were absolutely amazing - genuinely great people who sincerely care about the people who come to stay. They very kindly cooked my meals every night, more than making up for the lack of a kitchen (obviously) in the shepherd hut. And, animals! A lovely, lovely dog and a strange little cat - again, perfect for me after a long day.
I would HIGHLY recommend Buzzard Holt to anyone, especially those travelling for work.
This isn’t a negative but worth pointing out: the toilet and shower is a separate building, only a few metres away but something to bear in mind for those with mobility issues!
The window of the shepherd hut didn’t quite close properly, and so on arriving back in the afternoon I had to fight off a few wasps and horseflies who had invaded. I would even suggest it was user error in how I was trying to close it!
This also led to it being a bit chilly in the morning, but the duvet is very warm and I’m sure blankets would have been provided had I found the temperature uncomfortable, but I prefer the cold anyway!
