Convenient location
The bathroom floor was dirty, also underground parking which was $30 per night
3.4
Very cozy rooms, pretty view and close to everything.
Toilet ran all night in our room.

Location was excellent. Parking was convenient.
Room was tired….needs updating….bathroom was worn down. We had an adjoining room, and on the first night, there was a woman in labour next door. She was in great discomfort, and groaned every hour or so throughout the night (we didn’t know her condition). Knowing there was a pregnant woman next door in labour, we should not have been put in the adjoining room…I could see the light under the door, and the sounds kept us awake all night. We spoke to the front desk the next morning and she said that we could move rooms if they didn’t check out. She explained that the woman was pregnant and waiting to go to the hospital. Knowing that, we should have been offered another room. They did check out that day, so we kept the room for the second night.

Central location was great for walking, we are craft beer lovers so it was perfect as we were beside a craft brewery. Parking was central and easy to access and the room was very spacious though a bit noisy as we were right beside the stairwell and the doors are thin.
The room was large and spacious though a bit outdated. You could tell the bathroom, though big, was well enjoyed by many others, though I know they are at the beginning of their transformation after being acquired by another hotel company so the updates will be well warranted.

Location. Only. Oh and secure parking
I know graduation is high season for hotels but $500 for that shabby room and a run down hotel is highway robbery

Our room was very clean.
LOCATION AND VIEW!
The bed was very uncomfortable and springy ,and there wasn’t even a mattress pad to disguise it better. although, I will say that the blankets , pillows and duvet were very nice.
There were 3 ice machines (3 different floors)and only one of them worked (that can not be blamed on renovations)
There were lots of things that were in need of upgrades, replacement….I do realize that the hotel is supposed to be “under renovation” but it felt a little more like we were staying at a motel instead of a four points.
3.4
The location was close to everything downtown and the waterfront.
the property is currently under renovation which we where not informed about. There was a significant amount of drilling going on, we where told it could as late as 8pm. After complaining to the front desk they where understanding and moved us to a room farther from the construction area.

I asked for a king room and they gave me a room with queen bed claiming it was an upgrade.
My parents and I are above average size, which led us to a terrible night of sleep.

Location
Room quality, cost of parking not being advertised, given the wrong room, lack of a pool/hot tub.
3.4
It was a fine place to stay. Close to all activities and the downtown area. It was a comfortable place to stay. We would stay there again in Kingston.

Price, paying $30 extra for a parking spot

location
when we booked it we wanted a pool and hot tub like it showed in the pics. Nobody told us that both gone not working.
my wife needed quarters to get ladies product from the woman's room. The front desk and the resturant couldn't help us. No change in the place.
Very loud kids yelling running around

I didn't like it, too expensive for its price, a normal hotel with quite high prices for what it offers.

I paid sufficient funds for room for 1 night…30$ extra for parking? Unbelievable
3.4
Hotel parking very expensive, not much support to guide tourist towards alternative (City) parking.

Great friendly staff. Great parking. Great location.
Nothing, everything was great.

location and bed
the hotel rooms are out-dated. The hotel needs a renovation. The price was high for this type of room/hotel.

The hotel location was great. It was close to the event I was attending.
parking was difficult and I was told at desk that parking was$30 but I was charged $50. I room I was in seemed like a economy hotel with dismal decor. The front desk was nice, but when I came to say key did not work, other desk clerk questioned my intelligence?

Great location, quiet room , Useful microwave & coffee machine .
Bathtub did not have working plug in order to fill it & take bath !

location, comfort
dated… I’m thinking this place has a paragraph in the bible somewhere. the restaurant has so much potential but again lacks the draw, food quality, or ambiance.

Location
It was a 1 night stay over so no big deal. I guess we just expected more out of a Sheraton hotel. We're big Sheraton fans, but this one just didn't meet the standards. Staff was less then friendly when we arrived not sure what I did to upset her but she didn't seem super thrilled lol again not expecting the red carpet but hi welcome how are you would've been nice lol.
Anyways, all in all for 1 night it worked just fine. Rooms need to be upgraded but location was great! We walked everywhere!
3.4
The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is getting a bit old, but it’s clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was simple but good and the service was great.
The shower wasn’t great… the jet of water didn’t ever seem right, but that’s a small point.
3.4
nothing
restaurant and bar not good
