Spacious and nicely located

Very spacious, comfortable beds, nice view, good Internet and laundry facilities and great water pressure in the shower. Good value for money, would stay again!

Furniture in the living room really needs an update, the sofa is very old and uncomfortable so there was not really a nice place in the evening to relax apart from the bed. Also missed some comfortable outdoor furniture. Everywhere there's carpet, not that hygienic

We enjoyed staying at this apartment, we got 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen, make it like a home.

We love the view of the apartment overlooking that mountain and lake, the quietness of this location and the convenience of the location.

Good, enjoyed our time just chilling in the living area and watching the sunrise and sunset.

Mountain Views are good. Facilities were good, Wi-Fi, TV, heating in all rooms, electric cook stove, laundry, rice cooker and car park. Clean and tidy. Good storage for clothes. Heater in the bathroom. Good for neighborhood and perfect for families. Big living area, dining table and bedrooms are good sized with comfortable beds. Nice and comfortable bean bags.

No lake views. Pantry had very limited items. May need to bring in your own basic items such as spices, green tea etc. The location is a bit far from the prime center, shops and the lake.

Tidy, close to everything.

Shower floor was slippery and shower head had a mind of its own. Water pressure so high the shower head would flick up and water went everywhere. Be good to check previous guests had in fact cleaned cups and glasses...we cleaned before we used them as they were dirty.

Very comfortable stay in an awe inspiring location. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

While the kitchen was well appointed and there was complimentary tea and coffee, there was no salt or pepper in the shakers and no oil in the kitchen for cooking so we had to buy these and leave them for following guests. While an inconvenience this didn’t spoil our stay but could be added to the checklist for replenishment after guests leave.

Was warm and cozy, nice views, and a good price.

There was no bath mat to mop up the shower. Cutlery wasn't nice, not very hygienic. Couch has lost its base a nice comfortable lounge suite would be lovely.

Modern house with great facilities, comfortable stay, brilliant view of Lake Tekapo

Modern apartment with great facilities (heating / shower / kitchen / laundry), centrally located with a brilliant view of the surroundings. Located centrally in a good part of town. The instructions from the owners were very clear.

Nothing at all, I would come back here again for sure.

Lovely stay

Quiet location, large very clean 2 bedroom unit. Had everything we needed for our stay. Good nights sleep had by all. Lovely walk to the lakeside down the hill.

Told the office that they needed to look at plates and cups in unit, they said they where only to happy to pass this information on to the unit owners to check this out.

Rooms with a view

Stunning views, great location with easy walk to the lake and shops, very comfortable bed. Peaceful, good off street parking.

Very basic accommodation. Location is quiet and a glimpse of the lake.

Strict rules for check in and check out. The kitchen has only a portable cooker. Cutlery old and not matching. Utensils lacking. No pantry items and lack of choices on tea and coffee. Water flows out of shower. Rug under dining table is a safety hazard as it's not flat and folded up in the middle. Place needs more updating and care.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay with a beautiful lake view.

The house was very clean and spacious. All the heaters were working well - we had a very warm and comfortable stay despite the cold temperature outside. Beautiful view from the house. The area is very quiet which made our stay more peaceful.

Dining chairs are quite old, they immediately sink in when you sit on them.

The house was clean and comfortable. The facilities were great. The view was nice. The shower worked well. It was easy to find and customer service was very good and so was the price. It was warm and the bbq was very nice.

The alarm kept going off and the heat pump was not working well. the supermarket was expensive and an oven better than the hot plate. would have preferred a fire will look for one with an oven and fire next time if any.

Very nice apartment, good value.

Great location, quiet, away from town and main road. Had views of mountains and lake. Right next to walkway up to Cowans hill. Very nice apartment, good value. Excellent shower pressure and comfy beds.

Would have liked a bath mat provided as not fully enclosed shower, so had to use a towel. Very hard to find fault with this lovely apartment.

Short stay yet decent experience. Will re-book surely.

Booking staff were accommodating and kind. The view/location of the property is pretty cool. Good amenities at the property. Good for wee family/group of friends.

The property should have lockbox service for keys rather than check-in at the office (makes a little easy) as it wasnt conveyed in any communication either.
