Super kind host made sure she could do everything for me before i checked in to the hotel. answered my querys super quick and to a good detail and super helpful on check in as i couldnt give a fixed time she was super accommodating

Jackie, the host, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I’d been walking the Wolds and arrived soggy and exhausted and after a wonderful sleep I woke up to my boots dried by Jackie and socks washed and dried. After and excellent cooked breakfast I was all set for my next day of walking. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

Friendly owner

Friendly owner, offering early breakfasts. Clean and tidy room with ensuite. Handy for those walking the Viking Way.

Excellent accommodation.

Jackie and her husband were so accommodating. Property is situated within 10mins of Cadwell Park, so it is perfect if you are attending the track. 15mins drive into Louth. Lovely house, brilliant breakfast. Definitely be staying here again. Parking in site.

Great location, nice room with a very comfortable bed, wonderful host who went out of her way to provide me with vegan breakfast options and daytrip ideas.

The house is creaky and noisy - if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs!

Handy location with friendly hosts.

The location was minutes away from the venue I was attending. A really good breakfast was provided despite the early start and there was secure parking for a motorcycle.

Very hospitable hostess. Quiet location. Spacious room with comfy beds. Tasty breakfast in a comfortable dining room.

Water pressure in shower a bit low and soundproofing between rooms not optimal.
