The room was very clean but the plugs in the sink and tub weren't working the best.

Rooms and furnishings show a fair amount of use, maintenance needs to be done. Needs to feel smart and clean at the price they charge.

Although the staff was polite. I would not recommend this hotel, or ever stay there again. We were promised a 2 queen bed roo. With a pull out couch. There was no couch. The bathroom light didnt even work. There was mold and mildew build up in the bathroom on the wall. One of our folded towels had poop on it. The lock to our room door was coming off. We couldnt even stay our two nights. We left early without any reimbursement. It was so bad. The only good thing was. The front desk guy who come to our room to help with our bathroom light.because he had no idea hpw to get ahold of the maintenance man. He told us of it goes out again to just hit the wall and itll start working. He was sweet and funny.

Thr place shows its age. Overall the cleanliness was average. The cleaning staff had bot fully vacuumed but the bathroom and bedding were clean

When we entered our room, a dresser drawer was open (uneven floors, we think?) and there was toilet paper in the toilet. There was a hair on the shelf of the shower. In general the hotel was just a bit run down. Outlets were loose and multiple things were plugged into the multi-plug outlets they added. The air conditioner didn't blow cold air and it was too warm overnight. I asked that they take a look at it before our night #2 and the front desk attendant wrote it down and assured me they would. If they did, it wasn't any better the next night so we figured out how to open the window a bit. It was an expensive stay for the quality of the room.

The room was discusting, when I emailed the property about the several issues, they told me they cant reimburse me because it was booked through Expedia. Even the shampoo bottle which was ripped off the wall, was covered in soap on the pump, the tub was unclean, and no drain stopper for a bath, the desk was elevevated with wooden shimmys, there was some slimey looking goo smudged on the refrigerater, microwave and bathroom door. The hotel was very outdated and the room was filty. I offered to submit photos to the hotel but they didnt even ask for them.

Property is NOT at the level of other Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. Hallways and stairs were worn and musty. Room was refurbished, but didn't appear new. AC unit was old noisy wall window unit. Pool was under long term renovation. Staff was overworked and unfriendly. Staff said that they recently became a Field Marriott hotel, about last Nov 2022. We just completed 7 nights at 4 different Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and the other 3 were top quality for this chain, Marriott group, and price point. In previous years we stayed at 2 of the Field Marriott hotels and their quality was good.
This one was a huge disappointment. Definitely we now do not trust Marriott and the Fairfield chain of hotels. A written apology, relabeling of this hotel and a refund are in order.

I didn’t like that the elevator was slow and kind of scary. The hotel seemed very run down.

Building is poorly maintained. (Pool was closed due to lack of maintenance, according to thr sign on the door.) Key cards did not always works and required significant "fiddling". Water did not get as hot as I would have liked (but thats a personal preference.) Housekeeping staff definitely does not get in corners or wipe walls and doors, ever. (If you're a germophobe DO NOT stay here.) We had to run to the front desk to restock our own room with toiletries prior to showereing. The room was relatively cheap ($117/night for a double queen) but having stayed I'm not sure it was worth that.

We booked at this property because it was 2 adults and 3 children, and it showed our room was a double queen room with a pullout sofa sleeper. When we checked into room there was no sofa sleeper. I went to front desk and informed them I had the wrong room. They informed me that they do not have double queens with a pull out sofa, only kings (on the entire property, like it’s not even an option). They did give us a roll away. But getting a refund and booking elsewhere was not an option given to us, even though the property was misrepresented online. And the pool is “out of service for renovations” though it was not stated online either. It’s just shut down.

The bathroom had hair on the floor, the shampoo bottle had broken off the wall and left in tub, furniture had shim sticking way out and appeared to have water damage. The only redeeming quality was the friendly attendant. Very disappointing for a Fairfield….

This hotel is in bad need of refurbishment, the single pane windows were covered in mold, the bathtub plug was completely broken off, so no way to take a bath. They were charging over $200 a night, the pool/hot tub area was closed and the rooms are extremely basic, zero frills so I definitely felt like there was no value for that price

The staff was nice and the common area was clean. The room was very tired. The cabinet the tv was on was tilted so the drawers would not stay closed. The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom vanity was not very clean. The linens were good and clean.

When we walked into our room, it was literally almost 100 degrees. It took us 4 hours to get the heat down as it would kick on blowing straight heat automatically within minutes. I am almost positive we were the only residents of the inn that night. We just needed a place to sleep after shopping all day and not wanting to drive home so late but didn’t expect to have that experience.

The people were so friendly and nice. Bed was VERY uncomfortable! My back is now killing me! I wish I would have known the pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast was okay.

We checked in on a Friday night at 9pm. First we we wanted to put our food in the fridge and there was someone else’s food in there. Getting ready for bed, there was urine over the back of the toilet. Two of us tried to get into bed and pulling the sheets back there were Kleenex and body fluids on the sheets. We called the front desk and James, who was very friendly and also apologetic, brought up clean sheets. He said the manager will be on duty soon and will talk to them. We really thought they would not charge us for that first disgusting night, but no mention of it. Hotels in the area were booked because of graduation, which was the reason of our trip, and James mentioned that only half of their hotel was being used because of labor shortages. The next day, James had someone clean our room very well, but still no mention of a credit. We were told that because we booked through a “third party” and not through the hotel directly they could not give us a refund and to contact Hotels.com.
After returning home, I called Hotels.com and explained the situation and they said that they would call the hotel and see what their side was. I was on hold. The lady came back on and said she spoke to James, he apologized again and would talk to the manager and call me on Tuesday. The lady from Hotels.com said she would also call me to make sure it was handled. Today it is a week later and no credit or calls from either.

Bathroom was dirty with someone’s razor being left behind with hair bits all over. The air unit sounded like a jet taking off. For the outrageous price, one would at least expect a clean room.
