Nice and convenient location near the train/bus stop, excellent city view, nice hotel staff, clean room everyday, hardworking housekeeping staff.

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. We did ask for a few items and they weren’t delivered and needed to ask a second time. Instead of bringing us green tea they gave us two kettles. Unfortunately without the tea they were useless.
It was minor though and overall we enjoyed the hotel and our room. Easy to walk to various areas as well.
1.5
Overall a good experience, but a few things prevented me from giving a better rating.
First and foremost the destination fee - i know that it's a (sad) standard today, but i feel that the way it is set up here is particularly bad. You pay the fee per day of stay, but most of the benefits are a one-off (15 Dollar credit for the shop, water). So, for a month-long stay you pay several hundred dollars "to make your stay enjoyable" and get a measly 15 Dollar credit once. Other hotels give you a daily credit at least - still a cash grab, but easier to stomach.
Second, housekeeping is only on demand (nobody told me when checking in). Daily is probably overkill, but why not every other day?
Rest of the stay: I liked the room (high up, good view), modern bathroom and the gym is quite decent (but could use a few more weights for the squat rack).

The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, the fridge was cold, and the room was quiet. Overall a restful stay

The hotel was centrally located in the city. It was easy to get to the train station from the hotel and there were a lot of places around the hotel. Inside our room was so quiet we never heard any noise out in the hallway. We felt very safe and secure during our stay. very nice hotel for a good price. Would highly recommend staying here.

Modern rooms with a wonderful view from the 34th floor. Good breakfast but shame alcoholic beverages were chargeable in the club even during the happy hour.
Perhaps it is because we’re from Europe but the customer service, helpfulness and friendliness of some (not all) staff on reception and in the foyer leaves a lot to be desired. Not what we’ve experienced in Hyatt hotels in Athens and Amsterdam where the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

I stayed here for one night and I got back late and took a shower to find it backed up. It was too late to call for service so I had to shower in a puddle of water

Great location. Close to Union Square, the Financial District and Chinatown. Lots and lots of dining options.

My stay at the Hyatt was amazing! I booked the premier suite with the city view and it was stunning. The views were definitely worth the price spent. I was able to check in early (about 30 minutes) - I actually forgot I was there early and they were very nice about it and luckily there was one available. Super friendly front desk! I was attending an event at the Moscone Center and I walked there and back each day with no issues. I cut through the Yerba Buena Gardens and stopped by for food at Lemonade and Bonchon since it was on the way. Super convenient location and I didn’t run into any safety issues while I was there. Just for reference, I was walking there and back by myself during the day. I had been deciding between a couple of hotels closer to Moscone but ended up going with the Hyatt because of the suite and the walk was much quicker than I anticipated. For parking - I decided to valet since I was not going to be using my car for the 3 days and didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car in an outside garage. I paid $77/night but I saw a garage across the street that had good reviews for $35/night. There is a market in the lobby that delivers to the room as well for when you don’t feel like leaving the room. Overall, I had an fantastic stay and would recommend! It was a treat coming back and relaxing on the couch and watching the sunset.

The end of our holiday spent 3 nights at the hotel. Position is good as close to all forms of transport, dining and staff were helpful. The $15 voucher to spend in the ‘market’ cafe was good. Room was good size, bed comfortable and shower great.

This hotel is newly renovated, with great design and luxurious amenities. It’s located in the city center, with convenient transportation, and right next to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. We booked a city view room, and the view was fantastic. Overall, it’s a hotel with good value for money. However, the soundproofing is terrible! When I was in the room with my two kids, we could hear inappropriate noises from the neighboring room, which shocked me, so I quickly turned on YouTube to play some music. Additionally, the parking fee is quite expensive, at $87 per night.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Both of my adult children commented on how they would come back. Room was clean and the surrounding area of the hotel is walkable. Lots of close by shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very nice updated hotel.

The hotel was not full yet we were put right next to the elevator shafts. Also, the person at check was friendly, almost annoyingly, and assumed we knew things that are only relevant to locals, like the name of the cafe/shop next door as if I would know what it was.
