I booked this location the day prior due to being unhappy with a previous hotel. This resort was amazing. The staff were so accommodating and attentive especially if you go with kids. No complaints !

Everything was excellent the options with food and restaurants were great the pool was very clean and the staff were very friendly and delivered great service with the people who clean the rooms a everybody else. The only problem that I noticed that the escalator that went down was broken and also they don’t have the ramps for disabled guest but everything else was great planning our next vacations with fiesta americana Condesa

Fernanda, Chelito, Eladio, Roberto, Manuel M, Jesus J, Magdalena, Nayeli, Limber, Adrian, David, Jairo, Claudio, Henry, Tomas, Francisco, and Ivan.We recently stayed at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is a tropical paradise, with beautifully designed rooms and breathtaking ocean views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities creates a truly luxurious atmosphere. The food at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun was nothing short of extraordinary. The variety and quality of the dining options were impressive, from the delectable seafood at the beachfront restaurant to the mouthwatering Mexican dishes at the on-site eatery. Each meal was a delightful experience, with fresh ingredients and expertly crafted flavors. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel right at home. Food is awesome, and ppl are very well trained. What I did not like is that the rooms got a little hot and moved rooms also was in the pool playing games and i cut my foot on a broken part of the pool floor. Didn't know how that happened, and finally working on properly like painting and fixing floors and other projects.

Beautiful property. A little difficult to navigate at first, but you get used to it. The Fiesta Americana chain is a great choice across Central America and Mexico. Have stayed in a few, and you can’t go wrong. My heart is with the RIU chain, but the RIU Kukulcan Palace in Cancún didn’t have a room the last night of my stay. Decided to experiment, so FA Condesa Cancún it was. Loved the key bracelets as you never had to worry about getting locked out of your room. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable. It’s the low season, so not tons of guests, but also not many servers on the beach or pool area. However, the folks working in those areas were working hard and did a great job. No complaints,and would recommend. Would stay at any FA hotel anywhere, but on a price versus value comparison, in my opinion, the RIU offers equal beauty, maintenance and cleanliness (both excellent), better rooms and better food choices. Beach quality at each chain varies from location to location. Whether you spend time at a Fiesta Americana resort or a RIU resort at any playa in Mexico, you will have a great time. The FA Condesa is a great place to stay

Superb service! Employees greet you with "Buenos Dias" and place their hand across their hearts. Any issues raised are immediately addressed. If you use the same waiter, he/she tends to remember your preferences. We have been coming here going on 20 years and feel like the staff is family. I believe it's one of the only resorts that has a heated pool (upper pool) so don't be afraid to come in the middle of winter. The resort overlooks the ocean, so you feel like you are in the nature's womb (pelicans, iguanas, limitless ocean vista, low overhanging clouds, colorful sunrises and sunsets, etc., etc.). The resort has a very authentic Mexican feel.

Our first time in Cancun, and Fiesta American Condesa made it unforgettable! Great buffet, great ceviche , pool, beach and friendly staff! What else could you ask for? Our room had such a great view and it was clean. They had live music in the bar every night which was also fun.

Overall this resort was excellent. The staff was helpful and very friendly. It was a little difficult getting reservations but the staff was accommodating even when I did not have a reservation. The air conditioning could have been a little better, it was a bit noisy and could have gotten the room a little cooler, it did the job though. I think the resort should keep better control over the towels. People seemed to put a towel on a beach chair and then disappear not even really being there to use the chair. If they had some system where you have to return the towels I think that would make the beach chairs more accessible for everyone. More beach chairs with shades would be nice as well. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded which was a big plus! The food and drinks were excellent as well. A lot of variety and being a vegetarian I had no problems finding food at the restaurants. Aside from the many children and crying babies I would definitely recommend this resort, especially for families with children. For me I prefer a little more quiet time and would prefer an adults only resort.

Loved everything other than way too many little kids. There is 4 four pools one of being for children with water slides...not used, all the kids wew at the pool with swim up bar which was mostly consumed with children. I love this place and will be back when school is back in, which screaming babies doest apply....ugghh oh and we went the steakhouse and paid fir tge expensive menu. The table next to us had a child blaring cartoons on his iphone....not ok!! We spent alot of money for this trip. My only recommendation is no children at the adult pool bar, there are 3 others for the children

The staff was very friendly throughout our entire stay. The food was really good, not a lot of wait times for the buffet. The pool was very big and spacious. The size of the pool made it very enjoyable. The activities they had each night in the main lobby was great, always something new and for guests to sit, relax, enjoy a drink and listen to great music. This was a great hotel to stay in.

Tropical Feel. Amazing food choices. Got there super early, and check in is not until 3pm. They were kind enough to check us in early once they had an available room and it was an upgrade with an ocean view.
