PERSONAL AMABLE Y HOTEL TRANQUILO

El personal es muy amable y la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. La piscina es muy agradable con vistas a la laguna. La habitación es muy amplia y estaba limpia.

El hotel es hermoso, es cómodo y tiene cosas chéveres

Que no tienen desayuno sino hasta el fin de semana, y el de la recepción me vendió unas bebidas y mecobró mucho más, cuando llegue a la habitación había hecho el cambio a mi moneda y me tenía que devolver mucho más de lo que me devolvió, ósea cuidado con lo que compran ya que no sabíamos cómo era la moneda mexicana

Emplacement très pratique avec parking, il a y un restaurant et une petite supérette. La piscine très grande et l’eau très chaude (pas super propre par contre)

Excellent séjour

L'emplacement parfait au début de la zone hotelliere sans que ce soit bruyant (et la proximité avec la playa langosta et la tour panoramique, à faire !), la vue sur le lagon depuis la chambre, la chambre très grande et propre, et la piscine avec une vue incroyable à la fois sur Cancun moderne et sur les mangroves sauvages. Cet hôtel est superbe ! Et le personnel très arrangeant.

Le seul petit problème était que la porte de la salle de bain/toilette ne fermait pas complètement, mais bon on s'en accommode.

Habitaciones muy grandes!

La pileta, la vista, el tamaño de la habitación, el hielo libre.

El Internet no anda o anda muy poco. Algunas perdonas del personal muy poco amables o hasta brindando un mal servicio. Ejemplo no me dejaron entrar al hotel con una cerveza comprada afuera cuando en realidad si se puede.

Stay was okay at best, location wasn’t ideal not much life around that was walkable and the room itself was fine bed was

The cafe section is nice overlooking the sea and the pool was nice to have.

The bed was tiny and I mean proper tiny. The chair in our room was also ripped and the balcony door wouldn’t lock. Also the air con even though it was off would make incredibly loud noises and when it’s on it was very annoying almost impossible to sleep.

Ubicacion buena, atencion amable, buen hotel a un buen costo, vistas a la laguna muy bonitas.

La vista de la alberca a la laguna siempre es muy bonita; no había desayunado en el hotel y la comida muy rica; la habitacion cómoda y amplia.

Al llegar la habitación que me dieron no me gusto y me cambiaron pero con costo extra; no tienen regaderas por si quieres quedarte posterior a tu checkout por lo que tuve que pagar por horas de late check out; el tipo de cambio más alto.

Pior estadia do México!!!

A única coisa que gostei foi a localização!

Vou começar pela recepção, o atendende que fez nosso check-in é grosseiro e mau humorado, péssimo, nunca deveria recepcionar pessoas!!! A acomodação é bem ruim, as camas são desconfortáveis, a roupa de cama tem cheiro forte (ruim), o banheiro falta toalha todos os dias (toalha de corpo, rosto e tapete), não tem frigobar, tomamos água quente (temperatura ambiente), a cortina back out do quarto não fecha totalmente entrando claridade no quarto a noite, tem degraus para chegar no quarto (péssimo para carregar as malas), o café da manhã é ruim e caro USD 22/pessoa (como comparativo, no IHOP gastamos em média USD 16/pessoa e comemos muito bem), não recomendo e não volto jamais!

buena ubicacion y lindo hotel....., pero habitaciones olor a humedad

la piscina esta muy bien ubicada y te da una excelente vista. El comedor es muy lindo y la atencion de la gente es buenisima

la habitacion estaba super humeda. Las camas igual de humedas (olian a humedad). la ducha tiraba muy poca agua y fria.

Just for sleeping and leaving for the whole day

Excellent location

Badly maintained room, stained furniture, broken appliances, bad air circulation, loud A/C, low water pressure, the restaurant has a very limited oldschool menu.

Ok stay but I would not recommend it

The pool

The fact that parts of the ceiling were falling off, there were recurrent issues with water from the showers that were running low or not at all, on the last day there was no electricity in the whole building. The food at the restaurant was very average, I would not recommend eating there.

Nice and comfortable hotel, walking distance from the beach and it has a restaurant and Starbucks shop inside.

We checked-in and they gave us the wrong room key (which was occupied), so we it was very unfortunate and uncomfortable to enter to a room with people inside. When we went to reception to report the incident, the receptionist didn't even said sorry and she just gave us another key for a new room like nothing happened. This was our very first night and we were tired so we left it there. The girl receptionist in general was pretty rude and hostile so just because of that we are giving them 7 out 10 score.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! no fridge in the room; the nearest beach is terrible. I left my sunglasses in the room, and when I realized I called them. I tried a lot of times to call them and when someone finally answered she didn't speak English so she hung up the phone on me, then I called again and tried to speak in Spanish and the lady said that my sunglasses weren't there. In other words, they stole my glasses.

Very beautiful but it did not meet its potential

The view was amazing and it offered a wide variety of services. It has both a pool and a gym as well as a bar and a restaurant.

The room had humidity issues to the point that the floor was slightly flooded for the entirety of our stay after only one shower (mind im not taking about the bathroom floor but the room floor which did not connect to the bathroom so there must be a leakage problem). This also attracted a cockroach in the bathroom. The toilet needed to be flushed a few times otherwise it wouldn’t work.

I had a horrible experience

We were discriminated against by the manager and the girl at the desk. The price we booked for and the price we were told once at the site was different and upon probing the manager and the girl up front which I don’t have their names were rude and not comprehensive. The customer service was poor, the girl working there threaten to call the police. We had a terrible experience. The place was very beautiful but because of the way we were welcomed, I will never come back there again. The manager is not a good leader and I believe because of the color of our skin he was discriminating us and refused to give us privacy once in our room.Again we had a horrible experience.

It is a pity that the money was not returned. It’s also a shame that Booking can’t influence this in any way.

Good value for money

Expensive breakfast. We checked out earlier and a senior employee named Marco Antonio Ortiz Silva promised to return the money for the remaining days of about $1200. No one returned the money, and it is impossible to get through to this employee and he also does not answer the mail.

my room was in the second floor right next to the avenue. you could hear the cars drive by very loud. then the taxi drivers would blast music out of their cars early in the morning and they were parked right outside. the room locations are too close to the avenue
