Very very convenient location !! Walk anywhere dow tow. Seattle.

Beautifully appointed rooms in a great location for enjoying an evening out in Seattle. Guest services upgraded us to a room on the floor with a city view for my husbands birthday and left a hand written card with Seattle Chocolate!

Last minute one night stay - this was perfect. Close to the convention center. Recommend.

Very pleasant stay staff & room. Beware of the thieves in parking! We had our cars’ trunk opened on our first night & all of our stuff were stolen.
4.1
The hotel was in a busy area and the lay out was somewhat confusing to us out of towners. The room was lovely but the parking is a nightmare. Had our car broken into in the parking garage that the hotel has connected to it. This was rather upsetting but not the hotels fault.

Lots of noise due to the nearby highway. Free but mediocre breakfast with powdered eggs. Excellent location.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to find. You need to get the (slow) elevator to the Lobby level. My main complaint is the lack of any security (e.g., room key) to access the floors where the rooms are. Room is fine, but the storage for shirts/jackets is limited and not tall enough to hold things without folding. I had an accessible room, which was nice. The lobby floor was next to the restaurant and every time the elevator stopped on the lobby floor, the smell from the restaurant was very strong.

Very nice staff in the hotel and restaurant.. The property is a little run down with raggedy window blinds and peeling paint on the shower ceiling. The lav faucets made loud vibrations. The windows leaked air and noise. In spite of turning the heat up a cold draft was felt from the windows. Good location and secure. Coast must have bought what Hilton didn't want to fix.

Hotel was in a good location where you could walk and take in the scenery, food and bars the city has to offer. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We upgraded for access to the lounge and it was worth i, the buffet breakfast was delicious, they had a big selection of fresh fruits and yogurt which a nice change from eggs and sausage patties.

The location was great. It’s only three blocks from the Symphony stop on the light rail. The light rail is convenient for getting to/from the airport. The bus lines stop nearby also on third avenue. It’s also an easy walk to harbor and any place downtown. I liked the room, the restaurant, and the fitness room. The only thing that I didn’t like was waiting for the elevator but there was three of them which I think were all working and I don’t think I had to wait longer than a few minutes.

Convenient location - a bit odd to get to the lobby which is on the 12-13 floor. Room Service, appears to be a recent add, is a non-starter. I called at 7 pm and they were 'busy' so leave a message with room, name, time and we will call you back. At 7:30, I went down to the 'restaurant' which is more like a bar but really brightly lit to eat. That food was OK - but my salad was horribly overdressed. I had a room at the end of the hallway which has an odd bathroom layout. There was also a problem (I suspect) with the HVAC unit because the floor between that the the bed was soaking wet. It didn't impact my stay so I just reported it to the desk and left a towel and a note for the next day. I would stay hear again.

The elevator situation is rough. You have to enter on street and ride elevator to lobby and then to floor. And they’re slow. Took forever.

Excellent location for seeing the Seattle sights. Staff was professional and friendly. Our room was a nice size and very comfortable.

This was a short stay as I moved to the conference hotel the next day. Staff was great, answered my questions kindly despite being there late at night. I emailed of my late arrival due to my flight and rideshare, with prompt confirmation.

Hotel and staff was friendly and very fast, downtown Seattle not as friendly, but this was a nice haven from the hustle and bustle, happy to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a decent stay with some pros and cons.
Pros: The location was great! It was a short walk to Pikes Place and other main attractions. The bed was comfortable, and it was a good-sized room. The staff were also friendly.
Cons: The walls are so thin and we could hear the people next to us talking and watching TV. Also, the bathroom wasn't cleaned up very well as there were hair trimmings and dust on the floor. We arrived late and tired, so we just put up with it.
Overall, it was a decent stay, nothing special. The location was one of the best things about this hotel.
4.1
The tv kept turning off all evening. The Wi-Fi never would connect to our devices.
4.1
Check in was easy. Hotel is close to shopping area and Pike Place Market. Close to where we want to go.
Bed is comfortable and room clean and nice and spacious.
Wifi not so good . We stayed at same hotel a week before, wifi was great but not so this time.
Staff were very nice and pleasant . Helpful.
We recommend this hotel.

The location is close to pikes marekt , paided parking . There used coffee in the coffee maker. House keeping never came we had to get our own stuff and yellow stuff on the celin . For $250 a night expect better

Nice staff. Clean hotel. Great location.

My room was good but we stayed 2 nights we did not get new soap, we didn't get more towels either. We ate at the hotel restaurant and they were out of several foods also that we wanted, also there was only 1 elevator working instead of all 3 it took forever to get on elevator.
Breakfast was great even though they ran out of oatmeal, they need more tables to eat on.
Customer service was great and very friendly 👍

The location, customer service, and room are excellent walk able to Pike Place Market and waterfront. Don’t walk after 5-6pm bc the homeless problem is awful and feels unsafe. The hotel had 2/3 broken elevators during our entire stay which was terribly inconvenient but hopefully that is resolved now. The room was very comfortable and I would stay again!

Our stay was good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.10 min walk to Pike Place Market with a few food places and stores along the way which is nice. Monorail is also close walking distance as well.

Loved our room, loved the location. Unfortunately only one elevator was working instead of 3 so had incredibly long waits to come and go anywhere which was really frustrating for our weekend.

Great location, friendly staff.

Loved my 18 hours in the beautiful coast hotel. Very friendly and heartwarming staff. Also the ambience of the restaurant and lounge is second to none.

The fire alarm had a light that was flashing all night long. I barely slept because of it. I had to move the tray from the bar to try and block the flashes.. slept 3 hours (maybe)

Excellent stay! Great hotel! This had to be one of the best stays we’ve had. Very nice hotel, clean, great service, AWESOME view of downtown! If we ever get back to Seattle we are definitely coming back!

For $$$ a night and that's not including the $$ deposit and $$ for parking the room extremely small and I'm 6'1 200 pds no way fat at all I couldn't hardly fit in the restroom. Found blonde hair in the tub and I have black dreads. Got complimentary beer and wine but shut down by 10. Got complimentary breakfast but only had scrambled eggs which I found long brown hair in mine herbs potatoes and sausage. Dry cereal oatmeal that was definitely dried out. If you want a breakfast made to order it was 20 bucks. Had two alcoholic drinks from the bar and bill was 35 bucks without tip.

I think it’s important to note to other travelers that this isn’t really a 4 star property. I’d classify it as a 3.5 star property. The check in area is reminiscent of a Days Inn with not very friendly staff. The elevators are old and difficult to operate. The rooms are dated with no personality and lots of issues like tile chips, pieces of the pipes not attached to the wall, popcorn ceilings, carpet rips, and severely stained windows. As someone who focuses on staying in 4 star and above for the amenities and property standards, I wanted to make sure other travelers knew what they were getting into. Additionally, the parking leaves something to be desired. You can access the adjacent garage using the same elevator, but that is not included in the welcome message. Again, there are opportunities where this property leaves something to be desired.

They didn’t refund the incidentals. the sum was actually charged and never cancelled or refunded. This is the 1st time that I had to call the hotel for such an issue. The lady took my phone around 11pm Aug. 24 was very rude, just said it was pre-authorization, then put me on hold for 20+ minutes w/o further explanation.

Our first room had sheets that had not been changed, wrinkled and hairs on both beds. Second room had hair in the shower. A/c was so loud and walls paper thin. Front staff were snippy at best. Good location, walkable to great restaurants and downtown locations, but would NOT recommend.

The hotel was nice. It was clean and comfortable and a good location for us, We only stayed one night and had little contact with employees. There was no greeting or welcome or information when we checked in. They appeared to be training someone. We would stay here again but it is always nice to be greeted with a friendly face.

Close to the water front.

Great location. A 10 minute walk to Pikes Market. Parking, although spendy ($50), is next to Hotel with an elevator, which takes you right into their lobby. Room service is available & they have a bar and resturant in house!

The A/C unit is disruptive, clicking on and off loudly all night

The staff were super nice. This hotel was very walkable. I liked the dining options.
4.1
It was great overall but the staff at the registration did not make it clear about where we were supposed to have breakfast so we first sat at the rest at area but I felt that was not the place quickly but I saw other people being confused, too. I suggest where the breakfast was supposed to be serviced much more clearly.
