The staff is amazing! Really friendly and efficient.
They will do everything to make you feel comfortable and happy!
Everything is clean and the decoration is super cool.
Their restaurant has good breakfast and good dinner as well - Also with an impeccable customer service
They are also dog friendly - which made the whole stay perfect
You can’t park in the hotel. They do have a partnership with a parking place two blocks away.

Location, clean, staff is very good.
Drug addicts in the alley.

We had a view of the market and water from our room. The design of the room was dreamy, and the snacks available for purchase in the room saved me after a 2am arrival.
It was a little outside of our budget, but worth the splurge.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was phenomenal. Nice and clean.
Noisy but expected since we were downtown. Upgraded windows would probably help.

Great location. That was the best part. Check in was great, and the front desk was friendly. The room was clean, and the overall look of the room was good. The mattress was comfortable and there was plenty of room for my luggage in the room. The bathroom was nice, and the robe was a nice touch. Loved the wall light by the bed. I enjoyed the French Toast in the restaurant.
I booked day before so ended up with a bunkbed. For the price, I would have expected a complimentary water in the room. I did not like the low water pressure in the shower and ended up staying in much longer just to rinse off, Did not like the light for the sink--way too low. Also, would have preferred a nightstand instead of the table in the corner that had no room to put anything on. Biggest disappointment was when I went to breakfast and could not order half decaf/half caf coffee without ordering a specialty coffee. The absolute first place I have ever been that cannot accommodate that. I nearly walked out to eat at the same restaurant from the day before, which had excellent food and the coffee I wanted. Also, I was not happy with the attitude of the wait staff.

Everything is aesthetically pleasing. Aside from this, I like that it is near the Public Market, few tourist spots and a lot of shops and restaurants.
The toiletries were divine.
The water is not free. I understand that it is a special but for a $13 water, we did not even open it because we think that it was quite out of our budget for just water.

Amazing location and super cute decor. Ear plugs provided in the room.
2 bed room - one of the beds didn't have a sheet or duvet (but the staff were quick to bring it up when we called). Waited almost 20minutes at the front trying to check in - eventually walked over to the restaurant in the hotel to ask them about it and they said they didn't know where the person was but they can't help with check in, and to keep waiting. Room was very loud with the sounds of people and vehicles on the street

Extremely helpful. Artful restoration and decor.
Trivially, but maybe better over mirror lighting in bathroom?

The location, right around the corner from Pike Place Market, couldn’t be more convenient. The adjacent restaurant is excellent for breakfast and lunch, and there’s a fantastic café across the street (and tons of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
The internet wasn’t working during our 3 day stay. The staff were apologetic and understanding, and even gave us a discount for the inconvenience, but it detracted from our trip.

I loved the decor and vintage. Made the stay extra special!
We were playing games with the lights for some reason. They either wouldn’t cut off (lamps) or we would leave a light on (bathroom light) and it would cut off. At one point we were blinded by the light on the desk. I learned the hard way it was motion activated at 3am when I got up to pee and had a spotlight in my eyes.

Location. Aesthetic design.
Unfortunately, wifi not working. No complimentary water so you either buy outside or get their $13 bottle water.

Beautifully decorated hotel and rooms, great cocktails at downstairs bar/restaurant. Amazing location, 2mins walk from Pike Place Market, would highly recommend.
Only issue for me, and I'm very picky about bathrooms, is that our sink was outside the bathroom and the shower pressure was too low, took ages to wash hair.

Great, funky boutique hotel right beside Pike Street Market. The decor and atmosphere of the hotel is top notch and the bathrooms products and mini fridge are stocked with great brands. Also a great little bar/restaurant in the hotel.
We had booked three rooms under the same reservation (2 King Rooms and 1 Queen room) and the size varied drastically from room to room. We actually asked for my parents room to be changed because one of the King rooms was the same size or smaller than the queen room. Also was quite loud at night.
4.5
Stylish, comfortable and with a very warm welcome. Beautiful room and amazingly comfortable bed. Excellent location and great value for money. We will be back!
Expensive to buy things (e.g. $13 for a bottle of water) but otherwise all great

I really like everything about our stay. The location is just perfect every place i'd like to see and want to eat at is just a walk away. The location in itself is worth it! Pike's Place Market is just 2 minutes by foot literally!
The room is actually bigger than expected. i've read reviews before booking but its actually comfortable size I guess people really are just unreasonable? As for the area there are a lot of homeless people, but so is other area of Seattle (and every huge city in general) it is not the hotel's fault, its a City and a society problem.
Our room gets cleaned everyday, we stayed for 3 nights. I slept really well the bed is comfortable. Overall, i'd stay here again when I visit Seattle in the future
None really! You can hear some noise during the evening from outside (but its not the entire night) the area is pretty quiet after 10pm.
3.0
It is close to pike place market.
Because it is so close to the market there was too much outside street noise for us. The parking lot is a few blocks away and expensive. The staff was less than friendly or helpful.
3.5
comfortable beds, clean and nice bathroom, good location (close to pike market and other facilities)
Very noisy (homeless people around the building screaming at night)

This is a wonderful hotel very close to Pike Place Market. The staff were phenomenal, extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, with a great retro vibe, well maintained for the 6 daya I was there. They provided daily coffees and teas, and the restaurant downstairs was good. And comfortable bed!!

Decor. Location. The cute little hangout area is great!
Rooms facing the alley is really, really loud in the middle of the night, vehicles etc. The front desk put us in a room with someone already in it. Honest mistake, maybe, system error. We also heard from another guest that day that they also had the same thing happen to them. - we made sure to secure the door from the inside whenever we are in to prevent being walked in on. Also, One of the front desk staff was passed out standing up, bent over with her face planted on the front desk table. ;S
4.5
Location!! Pike market just a few blocks away. Near metro and bus station. The front desk kindly helped us to check in before the regular time!
How our room was “cleaned” housekeeping just did the bed and changes towels. You could see that bathroom was not washed or room floor was not vacuumed
3.5
Great location, nice amenities-fridge, kettle, awesome shampoo/hair conditioner.
The building is very old and thus the sound isolation is absent, you can gear anything from the adjacent rooms. In addition the elevator takes forever to reach the floor.
The rooms are a bit too small to comfortably open and close suitcases.

Top-Lage! Sehr stylische Einrichtung (maskulin)
Ringhörig; nach 7:30am ist man wach…

It was centrally located and super cool and nice.
Nothing really.

Location was great. Easily walked to harbor and markets.
No fitness center

From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was ready on arrival and exactly as pictured. The bed was really comfortable and you can't beat the location. We will definitely stay here again.
Only complaint would be no parking included but the lot the hotel partners with is a block away and really easy to walk to, for additional cost.

staff was attentive, room was well equipped, restaurants and stores within walking distance. staff gave great recommendations
one room didn't have ac so part of our party was moved to another floor. Staff provided compensation for it though so that was nice.
2.5
Location, design
I get the ethos isn’t Hilton/Sheraton but the staff presentation was “why the hell are you talking to me?”. Heads in phones. Dismissive. This might be “cute” for $150 per night, but not double. The water in the room cost $13 which is unconscionable.
3.5
Great location. Pike place market is literally at your door step.
I get it’s a boutique hotel however the room is very small and it’s expensive. We had a twin share which can only fit single beds. We were stepping on each other to do anything. There is also very limited wardrobe space which has 6 coat hangers on a rack suspended over the bar fridge. The housekeeping was ok. Room was never vacuumed and basic items were never replaced. e.g. tea bags. I had to personally go down to the front desk and request some and was given a tea bag. Had to ask for additional ones and was reluctantly given 2 more. No breakfast included but can get 10% off in the hotel restaurant.
4.5
Very stylish hotel one block away from the famous Pike Market. Parking available nearby.
the reception staff were professional but not friendly. They seem reluctant to answer questions.
Noisy at night
4.5
The whole concept! Very chic, comfortable and great location
3.5
Decor was cool and retro. Rooms had good mini bar and snack selections. Lobby lounge was a nice place to sit.
Staff were not hugely welcoming. Terrible service at Hare & Hunter, I waited 20 minutes standing for a table to not be acknowledged once by 3 members of staff. Lift isn’t secure access with room key card and anyone can walk into the hotel from the street with no doorman. No turndown service provided or slippers.

It was 83 outside and the a/c didn’t seem to cool the room down and the rooms are small would have booked again after cruse was over but went elsewhere

We love the interior’s of Pali-Seattle (as of all Palis) and the Team was really friendly and helpful!
Cleaning Crew didn't show up after we requested a later time.

Loved Otto at the front desk!!! He was amazing!
Little strange, but the desk light kept going on in the middle of the night and also the bathroom light. Ghost?😳
