this is a fantastic hotel in an amazing location at a price that can't be beat!

you can tell this hotel isn't brand new, but do not let that fool you. it is sparkling clean and incredibly comfy (I have allergies and have a hard time relaxing in places that aren't clean) wonderful location. so many tasty restaurants near by, a market to buy essentials, and there's a little fridge in the room where you can store leftovers or cream for coffee. it is tucked away on a cute side street and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. i came for a one night errand and i hope to come back again soon!!

possibly the curtains need updating (they're not dirty, just kind of blah / dated) and the wall in room 603 could maybe use 1 more muted painting. overall though really can't complain!!

Overall a fantastic location. Would stay again!

The location is perfect and our room was level with the rooftop deck which was beautiful! Great for people with limited mobility to access the marketplace and local theatres .

Called ahead to ask about early check in and the gentleman that answered the phone was slightly abrupt in providing information. The hotel also did not respond to any of my booking.com messages. in person customer service was much better.

Wonderful. The hotel is fantastic and played a part in having a lovely, memorable honeymoon.

The room was spacious and well furnished. In addition, the room had a stunning view over the sound/market and the hotel was perfectly located.

One of the best...

What a super hotel. Very serene, in the midst of an area that is very crowded. Great location. Very efficient and friendly staff.

I was only sad that we had such a brief stay that we didn't have time to enjoy all of the facilities the hotel offers.

Brief - comfortable - disappointed with staff and no service out to the 5th floor

Location - bed

Staff was very unwhelming - I have been coming for years and your service has really declined. I think it is time for another session of training. Maybe to tell them that the Inn is a treasure and they should treat those who stay there that way as well.

The location of the hotel offers a wide variety of adventures to explore in downtown Seattle.

Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, its location gives insight to Seattle's homeless and those in need of help.

The Staff was really friendly, they made us feel like home as soon as we arrived.

we love the property so much! we will definitely be staying their on our next trip. It was a perfect location for my wife and I. Walking distance to everything!

Superb

Staff was very helpful. 12pm checkout. Held car and luggage until we got back from lunch after checkout.

No covered area on 5th floor roof view area. Fires and seating were great but rains occasionally in Seattle. Attendant directed to roof view area and fired off fireplaces. Very helpful.

My stay was absolutely fabulous. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to any and everyone!

I like the fact that this hotel is in the middle of downtown close to Pike Place Market and all of the major tourist attractions.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this hotel. I loved everything about it!

There was a lot to like but......

The room size, view and décor was very nice with a great seating area to enjoy the daytime water view. The hotel itself was very comfortable and felt a bit luxurious with a lovely roof top lounge area that was a cool place to hang out at and enjoy the scenery. The location couldn't have been better as it was close to most of the things we wanted to see.

There were big bulb street lights at window height that flooded the room from two sides made it extremely difficult to sleep without closing the blinds. Although the hotel's location was good during the day, it didn't take much to run into a lot of the city's homeless population after dark.
