Check in was awkward. The room did not appear to be especially clean. My late arrival did not allow for me to make any adjustments. The bed looked like it was freshly made. There were stains on the sheets.

When walking into room it had a very strong smell as if a bottle of fabreze was dumped all over. If was horrible and never went away, made it very uncomfortable. The window was cracked and did not have any lock on it. A little scary anyone could come through it . They were pet friendly a plus but my dog seemed uneasy all night. Hot tub was broken.

Place is run down …, room felt dirty… carpet had rips in it.. tile in bathroom was free moving… beet and cream cheese was in the refrigerator and the water out of the faucet was cloudy 1 plus was that the bed was comfy

The room was okay and quiet two things though the desk chair back was broken and ripped and the shower curtain bar was about ready to fall out of the wall.

Room size was ok. It smelled kinda moldy, the air conditioner only kinda helped keep the room cool when we had it set on 65, the carpet kinda felt damp in places, had to use a chip clip on the curtains so the sun wouldn't wake us up, the toilet kept running so we kept the door to it shut so we wouldn't have to listen to it all night, beds were hard and so tall that we struggled to even get on them, didn't use the shower. The breakfast was ok, got to it almost at the end so stuff was hard/kinda cold...

Booked because it seemed reasonably priced and not bad reviews but upon arrival there is no sign on the building, parking lot was dirty (my 3 yr old picked up a cigarette cartridge when we weren't looking!) The whole building had an off smell to it. Our socks were black after walking on the carpet!

The cost was really high for the amenities and the condition of the property, it wasnt clean, feet stuck to the floor whenever you were on non carpet area, staff was real nice, i will not stay here again, paid way too much for the is stay.

At check in, lady at the front desk was hard to understand, spoke quickly and a different language, but had a bit difficulty finding my reservation but did find it. Room was very nice, clean sheets and a working A/C (thank god). Shower area could use an update but water pressure did work. Continental breakfast was decent, not much of a selection. Did love the price of the room per night and conveniently next to the highway.

Faucet in tub dripped perpetually, and I found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The managers seemed unconcerned when I reported these problems.

Just ok. Breakfast was 6-9AM, which, when you're on vacation with teens means they have to get up early to eat. Not great when you're on vacation. All the breakfast options were obviouly cost-cutting as well, from tiny muffins to tiny juice cups. Just seems off for a mid-priced room that includes breakfast. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and grounds were ok. Outdated decor but fairly clean.

My son got sick and accidentally got vomit on the bedding and floor. I cleaned it up and went to the desk to inform them and asked for a bag to put the soiled bedding in so they didn’t have to remove the bedding. After I checked out, I was charged a fee with no communication. I had the same thing happen at a Marriott hotel Iowa just a few days earlier and the staff at the Marriott were kind and didn’t charge me for the extra towels and bedding we needed during our stay. Wyndham needs to think about what hotels they attach their name to and hold a high standard for them because this hotel was a dive. I do not recommend you stay in this hotel.

Hot tub and pool real cloudy and not very clean. The rest was mediocre. Staff was hard for me to understand, but i am hard of hearing and don't pick up on the indian dialect.

It was a pet friendly room which we requested, I didn’t expect the room to smell like a home with 5 dogs lived there without shampooing the carpet. Also requested a handicap accessible room I couldn’t get my chair into the bath room very narrow door. Also the entrance has a manual door to get to the automatic door. People inside ignored me when trying to get in. I pad twice as much for this room then I did the weekend before but the stay was nice use Laquinta inns. Will never stay here again.

Upon checking in we went to our room to find there was no water. While investigating the handle to the tub fell off and had to be screwed back in with my multi tool. The maintenance crew got the water on about 15 minutes later. Food options at the Continental breakfast was fine except there was a cockroach on the counter top, and overflowing trash cans.

No Kleenex in room , very limited single roll TP , no hot water in vanity sink , pool area messy maybe doing some construction, but room was clean and bed very comfortable.
