My stay was very good. The hotel is located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I appreciated the daily hot breakfast with made-to-order omelets and the evening reception for guests. My only complaint is the limited cable selection; I hoped to have access to Netflix or Prime, but that was not doable.

Only one issue with the room - the toilet roll holder fell off the wall and maintenance was unable to fix it. Only one issue with the outside grounds - the rear trash receptacle was full and never emptied all weekend. We loved the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness, and the excellent complimentary breakfast.

Hotel looks nice from outside but I was not impressed with the staff or anything else. Went to check in and the lady was rude to begin with. I’d never stayed at an embassy suite before so I didn’t know there was a $50 incidental fee for each night. Was not prepared for that. Plus it was $12.50 a night to park at that hotel. If you stay for 3 nights it’s $37.50 plus $150. We only had 3 towels and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper to start. Found a human nail on the suitcase cart. Was not from us. All our nails are real. Pool water was cold. Little children in hot tub unsupervised. Tried to ask for a manager and the lady I spoke with said she was one when indeed she was not. Then the front desk manager upon check out was rude also. Just because my license says I live in NC doesn’t mean I’m from there.

It was so so. Paying for parking was a first. Room was banged up. Workers were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. Room service once bar gets busy was disappointing. Pool was cloudy, shower did not work and was poorly lit.

Hilton hotels have always been our family’s go to choice but this was an unpleasant experience. There was a lack of management keeping things in order. Guests were asked to wear wrist bands to enter pool area and show cards for manager reception and breakfast but only the alcoholic beverages were monitored. The pool was over crowded with people without wrist bands & children with diapers in the hot tub. Our room wasn’t throughly cleaned when we requested house keeping services (trash left in room). The hotel at night was noisy because it was used for hotel parties with many people using the hotel amenities, overflow in the parking lot, and bringing in large ice coolers to the rooms & leaving alcohol boxes and trash outside the doors making the hotel look tacky.

Long weekend vacation with wife and two older teen daughters. Hotel and room on 9th floor was VERY quiet and comfortable despite a large number of families and young children in hotel that weekend. Breakfast was above average. Distance from downtown Chicago and morning evening traffic was an issue. If you are staying in this hotel hoping for quick access to and from Downtown Chicago, I would not recommend.

Very great experience here only the customer service reps when you check in lack of knowledge and even when I checked out, they had different prices like a couple hundred more dollars than what I got here on Expedia. However, the manager, when I realized they had overcharged me, placed everything back and charge me only what Expedia had charge me. So overall, fun times there very clean and nice breakfast tin stars will be back

My stay was very pleasant, the room was clean. The floor i was on was very quiet. The atmosphere of the bar was nice as well. The pool water looked a little murky. But all in all i enjoyed my stay. Will book again!

Pungent odor noted throughout hotel when you are not in your room. Carpeting needs to be replaced throughout hotel, old and soiled. Room needs to be deep cleaned. Dirty baseboards, soiled carpeting, furniture had fingerprints and old drip marks on it. Bedding is old and worn along with flat old pillows. Have not stayed at Embassy Suites in Lombard in over 10 years and will never stay again.

I have stayed in many hotels and this one was the worse breakfast experience ever! Paying for parking is absurd! We are already paying for hotel. I would not stay there again.

Very noisy! 10 ppl knocked on my door thinking it was someone elses room. Other hotel guests vert disruptive and messy. Should have spent the extra money to stay somewhere else. The atrium is nice.
