It has an excellent location where all the major shopping stores are in close proximity. We went shopping, and dropped them back to the hotel, then we went out for more shopping. The foods around the area are great with 2 convenient stores next to the hotel.
I will definitely come back next time when we visit Japan again.
Thank you for your hospitality and exceptional service.

Amazing views over the city.
Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean room, super views.
We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and the experience is consistently good. The staffs are very helpful and service was great. The only thing I might not be used to is the eco-friendly house keeping was a bit too simple. If the staff can also make the bed on top of changing towels and empty trash can, that will be even better.

The room is a little small but the main problem was wi-fi connectivity which was very patchy. Not great when you are on a work trip.

Incredible hotel with amazing views! I was lucky with my room :=)

Excellent hotel! Love the design of the roooms and the staffs were helpful and professional. Everything was very clean except for little bit of mold on shower room’s tile. Other than that everything was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful views of Tokyo and an excellent breakfast buffet.

This hotel is great, close to shops, convenience stores and the major Don Quijote store. The only downfall is how small the rooms are. If you can navigate that you'll be fine. You barely have enough room to fit your luggages into. Beds are comfortable but for future I would book a bigger room if they have them available.

Overall happy

Location of the hotel is great, it’s convenience to go to the main shopping district. The view from our room is nice. Tokyo tower and the river are right in front of us. We also like foods serving in the restaurant.

Very close to train stations and to main shopping streets

Beautiful hotel with generous sized rooms. I would stay here again.

Quite far away from shopping area

I booked the Tokyo tower view room, the toilet is stinky as hell, it’s so gross!!!

Rooms way too small

This is my second visit. Last visit was in Feb. Not as good as last time. The place has this stale cigarette smoke smell in the lobby, lift and rooms. Once again the cigarette smokers have ruined another hotel.

For this price, i would expect a hotel gym. Otherwise, all as expected for a hotel in downtown area in Japan.

Overall it is a nice hotel. The only reason I give it four stars because there are few long hairs on the bathroom wall.

I like the breakfast..very nice and plenty food..

The hotel has nice view and is clean. I took a two twin bed room on the 20th floor and it was tiny! I was traveling with my son and there was no space to even open our bags. The staff was unfriendly and rude. They are more geared for Chinese shoppers than American tourists. By the way, I paid $325 per night - so I am sure there are better hotels at that price.

The place is run down. Smelly

Good hotel and location but rooms as very small and there is no fitness center. Breakfast area too crowded and limited selection of food.

Terrific property! Will stay there again next visit

Easy walk to Shimbashi station and centrally located to many Tokyo wards - Harajuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, Akihabara. Excellent shopping district, great dining options, much to walk and look at. Quieter than many other areas at night, which was nice to come back to (looking at you, Shibuya). Staff were so helpful, and the room very comfortable. Absolutely amazing views! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet area. Staffs were friendly.

Check-in was slow which took almost 30mins. Although we have booked 3 rooms, the staff should ask for help early if he can't handle the bookings in a timely manner. Such lack of efficiency is hardly expected in Japan!

Good sized room and bathroom. Very clean and easy check in. Did not try breakfast. Good location

Modern and very clean. Rooms, as they are in Tokyo are small - but that’s advertised upfront.
Great location to explore Ginza on foot and easy distance to metro and Tokyo central train station.

My 14 year old son and I stayed at this property in Ginza. A wonderful place. Staff was attentive and friendly. The room was small- but it’s Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again. Pretty close to subway stops and taxis right out front.

Just wonderful. Transportation was never a problem. Train stations and taxi were near by. Two convenience stores 7/11 and Lawson. Walk away from shopping centers. Very quiet area perfect stay for 10 nights.

The reviews were misleading. The hotel is outdated and run down. The first thing you notice is the filthy carpeting in the hallways and bathrooms need more attention. The staff is friendly but not very helpful. The hotel restaurant was always booked and no reservations for hotel guests. Overall it was a disappointing choice and I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is good. Close by both Metro and JR train station. Have Lawson on the first floor and Family Mart right across the street. Also very close by Donki. The room is on the standard Japanese size. This Mitsui has no public bath. The lobby and some rooms have good view as it can see Tokyo Tower from the window. Check in was fast and everyone friendly and helpful plus most of the staffs are fluent in English. They're able to help me make reservations for so many places including restaurants and salons.

Good location. Clean and friendly staff. Our room was big enough for two people with limited luggage (we only had hand luggage). Nice view from the room. Restaurant had very limited vegan or vegetarian options (but plenty of restaurants in walking distance). Would book again.

The staff is outstanding, the rooms are small but such is that in Tokyo . The lobby has spectacular views. We upgraded to the Tokyo Tower View Room but you cannot see it from the sleeping area , basically you have to stand in the shower and look out the bathroom window. Not worth the extra charge. All else is great.

Clean, quiet hotel within easy walking distance of Tsukiji market and Ginza sites.

Very good hotel in excellent location. Strange eco cleaning policy though. In my view, to be green, you can clean up my room, but leave the sheets and towels I hang up.
For this hotel, if you hang the Eco tag on the door, they will just change your towels and not tidy the room or make the bed. So, their room cleaning options are, DND don't come into my room at all, ECO just refresh my towels but don't clean the room, or standard which is clean and change everything. No option to clean the room and leave the towels and sheets.
