A really enjoyable stay in a nice apartment.

I liked the feel of the the apartment - it felt very homely and welcoming. The lounge was spacious and kitchen suited our needs. It was good to be a ten minute walk to the Tenzan onsen Also, it was nice to use the futons on the tatami mats.

We found it very difficult to lock the lock box at the end of out stay.

Not recommend . The whole apartment smells like strong dirty carpet smell . The Air cond super loud sound & auto on

The owner very responsive.

When we enter the apartment, we can smell the strong carpet smell. Once you ons the air cond it was centralised , the sound & noice was too loud and it’s turn on & off automatically after few mins . We didn’t sleep well especially the master bedroom very warm as the air con turn on & off for the whole night . The furniture was old and very dated . Toilet smell very bad too .

Onsen was wonderful.

Advertised as a 2 bed room. I interpreted as a 2 bedroom...but eas actually a 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Lovely apartment. Please consider pinning location on google maps as even with locals assistance, this property was difficult to find. But well worth it once we arrived. 😁

Blew my expectations away!

At first, I thought the place was decent. When I arrived, I didn't expect it to have so many facilities available for such a price! It has hot spring water, a kotatsu and a spacious place to stay! Definitely a great place to be!

The unit was very confortable, well furnished for a family and had an interesting interior, specially the kotatsu. Also very well located.

Overall I got what I paid for just wish sleep had been a lot better.

I liked the spaciousness of the place. Having onsen water was nice as well.

The toilet was broken and took a while to find the handle. The beds and pillows were a bit too hard for me and I woke with stiff neck and back. There was a lot of glass so not very family friendly. It was hard to keep my kids out of things.

Good service.

The staff was quite to respond and help when we couldn't get into the property as we could not operate the lock box. She came down to open the door for us and that is well appreciated.

Can get a bit cold in the winter and we moved 1 portable heater to the bedroom as it was cold even with the inbuilt air-conditioning. Area is quite secluded and seems building is a little aged with few guests / occupants.
