Our stay at this hotel was fine. The location worked well for us. We also used the luggage storage after checking out since we had time on hand before our train departed.

Clean for an older hotel. Food was good. Very tiny window in the room looked down a brick corridor, was sort of odd!

Location was great. Room was well appointed. Very small. If you're a plus sized person, you may not fit.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely small, almost uncomfortably small. There was hardly enough room for two adults and luggage.

You can always count on a good stay at the Holiday Inn. Good location, friendly staff and a clean room.

Do not book here if you don’t want to be double charged. I would give service zero stars if i could. I booked this hotel 5 months in advance and was told when we got there they couldn’t find our reservation. We got there at midnight and they finally found us two separate rooms (we were originally booked for one so we could all be together) at around 2am. The first man trying to find our reservation was at least nice about it and I could tell he was trying to do what he could which is appreciated. The second guy who checked us out was not nice or helpful at ALL. In fact, he was quite condescending. He told my fiancé that we had to pay an extra person fee for our rooms because our original reservation had more than 2 people in a room. I had already paid this charge and have it on my original receipt which we showed him. After an exhausting experience trying to get him to take the charge off he finally complied but said he told my fiancé he “needed to check with the first guy to make sure we only had 4 people” and if we had more he was going to put the charge back on. I then went up to make sure there was no way this charge was going to get put back on because we already paid this once and the whole time he just kept condescendingly saying “if you didn’t have more than 4 people then why are you worrying”, as if i was lying to him. He was all around rude and we ended up having to call around to make sure we weren’t going to be charged again because this guy was of no help.

Yohannes was the star of our stay. He worked in Thirty restaurant and was so friendly and so nice.

Great location and excellent views. Ash checked us in and took fantastic care of us!

Staff were great. Very friendly. Only negative was the noise from the street and the sports teams and young guests around our room. Loud music.

Airport runs 24 hours a day.
Smallest room I have ever stayed in.
Close to the Metro was excellent for getting around.

What an amazing hotel!! Room was perfect and loved that the corridor lights would brighten when you stepped out of your room. Only suggestion is to have recycling bins in the facility.
**There is a lovely lady in your housekeeping staff named Paulette. She was so kind and helpful - she even checked on me since I was there alone. Wonderful lady!!!!**

4 night stay as part of a 6 week holiday across Canada and the US. Hotel within easy walk of shops and public transport.

Hotel was clean, convenient, staff were professional. My only disappointment was the checkin process. Checkin time was 4:00 pm, which is fine, but there were only 2 staff, and a lineup of ten people resulting in a long wait.

Great location, easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and attractions.

Not worth the price, outdated and very small room. Hotel elevator slow and not efficient. Bathroom had hair in shower that was not mine, clearly was not cleaned very well.

Hotel is easy to find and you could reach anywhere using the metro.

The rooms were very small with windows to an alley. Due to insufficient lightning, the rooms were very dark. Reception was not very attentive. Swimming pool and gym were a joke.

My experience was great and Alex allowed me to check in early due to my early arrival. At first, I had to wait until at least 2pm but he came over to me shortly after and notified me I could. All was clean and enjoyed my stay. The only flaw I saw in the hotel was Rafael clearing tables and at the same time cleaning and refilling sugars etc when breakfast was Ed big with the same blue gloves on with not changing at all. I found it quite disgusting as he was cleaning with a rag at the same time restocking.

It was a great place to stay. My only complaint was the smoking outside the main door - sitting in front steps. Also a man was sitting there smoking a huge joint - marijuana. It was awful.

It was perfect! This was our first visit to Toronto! It is exceptionally close to the best restaurant! Especially for Japanese ramen!! Omg so good. The room cleaning is amazing! It felt great to return after a long day of walking to a clean room! Transit station is right in front of the hotel! It's so easy to get to the CNE, or restaurants on Yonge/Dundas! I would stay here again! 10/10

My sister and I loved our stay. The room was on the tiny side but it wasn’t horrible and we were just there to sleep anyways. Staff was great and friendly, location was awesome.

convinient but the carpet is dirty and the room does not have enough lightning.

Most of the staff are unfriendly except Alex who was helpful. The room and washroom were small but the location was perfect because it was in the heart of downtown.

Rooms are very small. University dorms. Bathroom door did not close. Hotel construction noisey. Gym very, very hot and dirty. Disappointed for the high price I paid. And usually IHG hotels are great to stay at.
