Hotel did not follow security procedures. Doors to the side entrance to the Hotel said they were locked 24 hours a day. But there was no locking system.
In the morning a homeless person left the premises before 'security ' did their rounds.
If staying above the 1st floor, I'm sure the hotel was great

Was put on 3rd floor, elevator not working. Brother in wheelchair. They put me on 1st floor with no handicap bathroom. Said they did not have one. I asked for a transfer to another LaQuinta. I have never been so disappointed. I was told that my problems would be addressed to manager and would get back with me. Never got a contact from Management and compensated for anthing.

Great staff..one of best buffet breakfasts experienced! All workers kept everything warm and available. Front desk ladies very knowledgeable.
Met the big guy Manager, very kindly offered a discount.

My fiance and i stayed here about 4 years ago and had a great experience booking the king suite with a jacuzzi tub. So much so, that for our anniversary, all my Fiance wanted to do was to go back to the same room/hotel and go to the same local mexican restaraunt. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay. We had just arrived after driving 8 hours from Iowa. There were some sketch individuals siting on the floor outside the front doors as you enter the hotel. The front desk gentleman was friendly and nice and informative. That was about the only nice thing. Our room did not feel very clean or taken care of. The bathroom light kept flickering like a strobe light. There was writing on the wall near the ceiling with arrows, very visible from the bed. Burn holes in the curtains. There was an open butter single under the desk. I stepped on glass getting out of the jacuzzi tub (which tells me they didn't vaccuum). The elevator we had to use (due to the other one being not in service) was also dirty with handprints all over the walls. Some point in the night I could hear a man outside SCREAMING and YELLING at someone.... Not a very nice stay. We will not be back.

We had been staying at this hotel for a couple weeks while we were looking for a new apartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the outside doors not looked and anyone could walk into the hotel.
3.4
The elevator qas broken on our side of the hotel. I was bit by something and the bed was extremely wore out. The shower was horrible, the flaucet to the tub was falling out of the wall, the towels where child size.
3.4
The lobby was beautiful. The photos deceiving for the room. It wouldn’t hurt to have maintenance paint things that need painted (hole patches would be nice). And maybe fix things that need fixed. Beds fine- pillows (a bit useless). Served its purpose for my stay.

The guy at front desk was rude. We had booked online, did online checknin verifying identification for easy check in. Upon arrival my second room adult had digital ID.
Front desk guy said we cant accept that. We had a baby n 2 kids and had to return home. I couldnt use my Id for both rooms and or just get 1 room because the front desk guy was just heartless and rude. Beware not an understanding or reasonable place.

Enjoyed the stay and close to Fiddlers Green fir concert i went to

Good budget hotel close to the south side of denver where I needed to be, beds were comfy and clean, hotel condition isn't top quality you can see a ton of wear in certain areas but for the price you pay and all the things close by it's a good value. Great pre-check-in and check out via text was really nice.

very nice suitr..comfy beds and pillows..breakfast was good eggs n sausage cereal waffles..all good

This is a pretty good property that needs better attention to detail in terms of maintenance, service, and cleaning.

The room they tried to put us in was “pet friendly”, more like a full on kennel. The furniture and corners of walls had all been chewed on (through the fabric and paint not just scratches). There were urine stains in every piece of furniture including the table lamp shades! The room smelled like a dog park, the carpet was sticky, I had to clean off the wheels on my luggage before putting it back in my car. We were exhausted from a 13 hour drive and looking forward to some sleep but after experiencing this room for 10 seconds all 5 of us decided to get right back in the car and keep on driving.

Stayed here after a concert at Fiddler’s Amphitheater and it’s very close and good choices of food. Safe parking feel like a pretty safe hotel.

From the outside, and previous experience at other La Quinta motels, we were expecting a great experience. The lobby and grounds are very nice, with the lobby being a standout. Ample parking and very efficient and friendly staff!
Where this breaks down is the quality of the rooms. I appreciated being on the ground floor but our first room smelled like dog pee, and like it had been there a long time. The furniture was very greasy looking and no spring left I. The mattresses or the couch.
The horrible smell never went away so we asked for another room. We got one several doors down and while I’m sure the room was clean, it smelled of cat pee. These doors may be from the cleaning products used on the carpet but it is more than off-putting. How can the lobby be so great and inviting and the rooms be broken down and not inviting.
There were two of us in the room and there were only two of each towel. Only one TV remote although there were two TVs and the furniture was really broken down. For the cost of the room and of course no service during our two day stay I would like to think the room would not smell and the furnishings didn’t feel like a dirty frat house.

Checked into our room and the sheets were stained. There was blavk mould on the bathroom and dust and dirt in all the corners so we asked for a cancellation and went to a clean hotel. It was unsanitary.
3.4
Room was very dirty and furniture was stained very bad and looked cheap and the room was dirty!!

Have stayed here before. Will stay here again. It’s in the lower end of the price range for this area and you get what you pay for.
Needs updates, renovations are in progress. Then the prices will go up…
Beds were clean and comfy. All staff encountered were friendly. You’re really here for the location (walking distance to Fiddler’s).

It was a terrible experience from the beginning. Staff was rude. We ended up having to find another hotel. Would not recommend at all and would never go back. do not waste your money
3.4
Everything was fine, we had to ask for more blankets for sofa bed and towels.
3.4
The room was amazing! The front entrance has some construction, but thankfully had an open sign and an arrow so that I could find the lobby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and tasty, which was nice since we were there for 6 days. My only complaint is that there is no one to check in on the pool area in the evening. Kids were unattended and playing in the hot tub. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.
3.4
The worst part of our experience is that the room reeked of cat urine. Other than that our stay was just fine.

Excellent

Had to switch rooms twice because of issues. Pool was ice cold. Staff was great though

Stayed a week and only received housekeeping once despite a requested service. Hottub and pool area were in rough shape and always seemed to be out of towels. The security locks on exterior doors weren’t functioning. Curtains had burns and so did the duvet.
3.4
Very nice location and it’s a huge property. Free breakfast options are very limited and needs improvement.

I loved the separate bedroom

I've stayed at this hotel well over 30 times in the past 6 months. Always booking the "top" tier room with spa tub. Estimated total spent at this hotel is about 5k.
I booked the hotel and after 12 hours of flying and 97 degree weather and smoke filled sky, the hotel has a ridiculous strict policy of a 3 pm check in and pound on door right at 11 am to make sure you are out.
I sat in lobby then outside trying to kill 4 hours. The manager comes out and is rude saying i cant be on property unless im checked in. At that point it was 2:40. Then started asking a binch of questions about my dog. Honestly the whole situation very odd.
I ended up going to the other La Quinta about 4 blocks away. Much nicer, actually and have a noon check out.
The Arapahoe la q. Just lost a VERY loyal customer.

We had a double suite for 3 adults 2kids. Went to get a blanket and pillow for the sofa sleeper, only 1 blanket no pillows. Was given a set of sheets to use as a pillow. Called front desk on day 2 and requested a couple of extra towels, was told they had no h0usekeepers. Around 1230 or 100am, the fire alarm went off, we stood outside around 20-30 mins with no apologies or anything just that someone accidentally pulled it. Day 3 our daughter called and asked front desk what time breakfast was.. 2 times and was told both times it didnt start until 9am. We happened to go down to the pool arund 730am and everyone was in there eating. It started at 6 or 630! It ended at 9am. Once could have been a misunderstanding but she called twice! We decided to check out a day early because we were not happy. I was told charges would be refunded to my card that evening, still nothing or nothing pending! That was yesterday! I called back today and was told 3 to 5 business days! Why was I not told that in the first place! Not good when you are told one thing and have that expectation only to find out different. It was my first stay at La Quinta and i'm skeptical about a second!

I would not recommend this hotel. Room had a bad oder and was out dated. The elevator down button on the 3rd floor was broke so you had push the up button to get it to work. The security door on the S. End of hotel was broke and didn't require a room key to enter.
3.4
There was dog hair all over the room. The first room I got the sheets and bathroom were dirty.
3.4
Very clean
3.4
The wifi was horrible, it basically had dial up speed when it worked, but it then kicked you off every couple minutes. Our bed blanket had cigarette burns in it. The sink stopper was broken. The tub spout dripped. The bathroom fan knob was broken off. It took hours to get some sheets for the pullout and the front desk person was rude.
3.4
Should have listened to the bad reviews. The room was smelly and gross. Stains were everywhere (walls, sheets, furniture). The doors to the bedroom in the suite and the bathroom did not close properly. The pool water was cloudy and off putting. The lobby and dining area were nice, but one of the grossest rooms we had ever seen. We wish we had read reviews more carefully, as we had the same experience.
3.4
smell and bugs in unit had to check out

The overall property was good but when we went swimming, I stepped on broken glass in the pool. In the bathroom, it appreared to have guaze squares taped to the ceiling in the shower of room 1112 and there was trash under the bed.
3.4
Clean facilities and as described. Gym was lacking most equipment and treadmills were broken. But in good shape otherwise
3.4
Friendly and kind staff! Comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, and delicious breakfast daily. Our family of 6 enjoyed this hotel stay.
