Hotel was under construction. Room was clean and nice. Hallways were with old carpet and smelled horribly. Expierence wasn’t the worse but could have been better.

The bed sat on top of a somewhat tin bottom, in which I though was going to fall in. The bathtub was peeling. You have to run the water in the tub for a while to get hot.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was horrible not friendly at all Once we check in and went to the room, the room smell like smoke so we traded out for another one and it smell like smoke. The sheets has stains on them, and there was no towels and the restroom. When we called to the front desk to get clean towels, the manager said that they did not have any thank God that was a Walmart down the street. I had to go and buy towels if this room was not paid for an advance. I would have found another one. The brochure said newly remodeled, that was a lie No continental breakfast and the pool was dirty. When we were checking out I ask for my deposit back and was told that I had to speak to management that does not come in until 1130 after checkout time. I didn’t receive my deposit back. I would never come back to this hotel again. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone or their dog.

When we checked in the room that we were given had blood on the blanket, mold in the bathroom ceiling, and the tv looked as if it was punched. We were moved to another room that was better but the people next to us were fighting

Notes on hotel say it was renovated in 2022, unfortunately it's already gone down hill. Homeless people sleeping in the parking lot, one door doesn't even lock, so anyone can come and go without a key. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

The hotel rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Super clean rooms!!! They have not yet renovated the hallways and elevator, but the rooms are way better than I thought!! I am a picky person and was weary, but just needed a place to rest and yes I would go again.

The whole place is dirty, towels were stained with brown spots all on them like they were just used by someone who just came from muding, carports were very stained, sheets and pillow cases were also stained and dirty, bad overall!!!

Awful, awful, awful. And completely unsafe! Al the outdoor exit doors were broken so the building was not secure. The exit door RIGHT OUTSIDE my door kept banging all night with people coming in and out. I finally got up at 3:30 and left since I wasn’t getting any sleep anyway. Also, there were a few dead bugs on the floor. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the sheets!

It was supposed to be smoke free there was cigarette burns in the bed then the bathroom smelled like pee and half a roll of toilet paper then no smoke detector and not light in the hall then drug dealing going on in the back more

Horrible place! The office smelled horribly plus mixed in with the marijuana did not help’ the shower curtains had mold! Did not even shower! Had 1 towel it was two of us. Rebuild this place please

First day i stayed at this location i took a shower and slipped and fell in the shower due to the fact the there's nothing to stand on. The tub is very slippery once wet. Istayed for 4 nights didnt get any towels brought to my room not once so I'm glad my wife packed some for the trip.

The only thing that I liked about the property is close to all the events that I was attending but the room itself was not clean water was coming up at the floor we step on the tiles and I had to let them know I wanted my room clean daily and when they did clean it they only replace the towels but did not wipe the countertops down or clean the tub they change the sheets swept the floor and it was molding the trim molding in the room was coming off down the hallway walk into the office it was a hole in the ceiling I just said I was not happy at all with that property this was not happy

The room smelled so bad... The cigarette smell was so bad, that we had to sleep with the window open all night.. Microwave didn't work, the bathroom door doesn't close or locked.. I traveled a lot and this is one of the worst hotel's I've stayed!!

The outside of building looked to be newly painted but the ant invasion was not addressed. The pavement in front was black with filth. The carpet in hall could have been steam cleaned. The side entrance door had a broken lock and was black with dirt. Somehow the room was updated and didn’t compare to the hall and exterior.
