Registration staff was excellent . The hotel had several dirty areas . Our hallway had trash on the floor and was not cleaned up from Friday to Sunday . The door to the elevator room was propped open with a bucket our entire stay . The sofa in our room was also worn and very dirty. The breakfast bar was good but very crowded and they couldn’t keep up with having food available. The hotel is in a good location to Innsbrook and Short Pump .

My day was fine but this evening December 8, 2024 at approximately around 8 or 9 PM the person that was working the front desk was very unprofessional very disrespectful. I had an issue with her dealing with two beverages I brought, but as I hand her my money, I expect the same courtesy when someone gives me my money back when I give it to you on your hand, you give it back to me in mine not put my money on the counter. That’s very disrespectful and unprofessional so I asked for the manager. The young lady told me but first we got to dispute where I asked her to give me my money back and give it to me in my hand and then I asked for the manager. She told me she don’t give the managers personal number to the guest that’s OK but then I asked her for the corporate number and she sat back in the chair and made like I wasn’t even in front of her. I stood there for a few more minutes or a few more seconds to say and I asked her again ma’am may I have the corporate number because I’m not gonna tolerate this from no one, especially being rude and unprofessional so the manager came downstairs, she told the manager her side story and I told the manager my side of the story, but she gonna be on the phone telling the manager she want meput off the premises because of her respectfulness and her unprofessionalism. I’m the one that’s wrong. She has a job to do and she’s supposed to cage to the guest. I’m not saying go out of your way, but how she handled the situation was very unprofessiona

Front desk staff not friendly and unconcerned. Bed was comfortable but on elevator wall tile loose and juice machine broken. The breakfast attendant was friendly, but Would not stay again at this one. Questioned cleanliness! But was the cheapest at time so got what I paid for.

Room need a good cleaning and updating. There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging your towels. The shower curtain was falling down and there was mold in the shower corners. The room entry door was getting stuck and not closing properly.

We were on the 5th floor and the elevator went out on the 2nd day of a weeklong stay. The ice machine was also broke on our floor and apparently all other floors as ice was only on the 1st floor. They didn't charge hotels.com right for the room the first day, said nothing about the discrepancy, and ended up charging my card instead. So I had to call and ask why they charged me another day on a fully prepaid reservation. They sent me two blank folios, no days, no charges, just name, dates and room number and told me I had to square up with hotels.com. The lamp was broken in our room. Fridge freezes things. Bed was amazing, A plus on that Location also amazing. Breakfast was decent.

The place on the outside is fine however inside is a complete dump. Not working elevator. Breakfast was gross and area was uncleaned. All hotel smelled like weed. Rooms were gross, bathrooms were not maintained

Hot water in sink did not work . At Least one employee on each shift at some point was either arguing on the phone or arguing about something or another . The since of urgency lacked very much and the breakfast is trash . Not to mention half their did not work!

Place is a bit rundown - upholstery in dinging room is peeling. We had a terrible time with the lock, had to get front desk folks to open the door twice. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and nice

elevator took forever. parking for handicap taking. breakfast not as advertised . no waffles, no pancakes, and toaster not working. looked over by server to make sure you did not take too much. only good thing beds were comfortable. toilet paper less than 1/3 on roll with 3 persons in room.

The hotel was easy to find and easy to get into. It was close to restaurants and shopping. All staff we interacted with were very friendly ad helpful. We just loved the gentleman who was in charge of breakfast.

Overall it was well. I am not a extrovert so I have some personal things to deal with always making it hard for I to interact with or accept others. I would have liked to be more entertained yet I don't know how and have interaction issues yet the property was well kept and orderly. Again I never find it to fit in.

My family and I travel and been to many hotels, this has to be by far the worst hotel we’ve been to. First, when the receptionist gave us the key card I walk over to my room and there were already people staying in the room. When asked she said it must be our coworkers. Second, as soon as we walk into our new room, we were hit with the smell of urine in the room and bathroom. On top of that, the rooms are infested with ants and spiders. I must say the gentleman working in the morning for breakfast wish the star of the show and the lady who let me change rooms.

. The shower was missing a liner to stop water and the tub was on a slope. So much so that you had to brace yourself when showering. The water pressure was virtually not there. Also this is the second time we have stayed here in the last couple months. The first we could not use the pool because it was green and they had a sign on it that said under maintenance. So the kids could not use the pool and that ms one of the reasons we chose the hotel. This time the pool was the same green with no sign saying not to use it.

It's affordable to reserve a room, good customer service but downside is that they need to fix the elevator especially they have so many people are reserving room, need to fix the laundry room and hopefully to put more instructions because we were trying to use coins but there is no instructions or anything where to insert the coins, also need to clean the laundry room, need to fix the 5th floor ice machine because honestly, its too hassle to go down and up just to get some ice. Also, need to clean the pool and i don't know if its safe to swim because the water is greeny. Lastly, they need to put AC on the gym and wipes for cleaning.

Worst experience since having to stay at a roadside motel due to inclement weather. Staff encounters were less than engaging, black mold throughout the bathroom, clapped out mattress, dingy smell, need I go on!

Came from NC and stayed at this establishment. Upon arriving, front desk staff was not very welcoming. Looked uninterested. We recieved out room key for the 4th floor. We got to our toom and the door was open, tv on, trash everywhere, bed had no sheets. Looked as if someone had just checked out. So we recieved another room key on the third floor. Room was much smaller than what I had paid for. Dirty. So dirty. Couch was disguisting. The bathroom was God awful. MOLD in the shower all over the ceiling and looked like the ceiling was developing a hole from it. The decorative pictures behind the toilet also had black mold as well. No A.C. So we recieve another room yet again. This time much better. Still a bit dirty. Dirty handprints all over bathroom. Tub not clean. We did not use shower or tub at all. Elevator was cery scetchy. Tape over buttons and took forever to “work” we gor in once and immediatly got out due to how hot it was and garbage juice all over the elevator floor. Made weird noises and took forever to open back up. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Especially with children like me. If you care about cleanliness. Will not stay here again. Not worth the money.

We stopped here on our trip because they had a pool. When we went down to the pool the pool area smelled like a swamp, the water level was low, the pump wasn’t running, the water was so green you couldn’t see the bottom, and they had it open for guests to swim in. The pool is a health hazard. Our room was ok but the bathroom had wallpaper peeling off the walls and the room was very damp. Overall the hotel needs a major facelift. Will not be staying here again and do not recommend. We didn’t even try the breakfast as we just wanted to leave. Only one elevator worked as well. Front desk staff were friendly as well.

Everything about my stay was great! The room was clean, spacious and quite. I left an item when I checked out and called this morning. Margarita took my information and called me back to say that my item has been found and they will hold it for me. She left me the option to arrange for it to be mailed, but I will likely drive to Richmond this weekend. Please thank your housekeeping staff for their honesty and their good work.

The service was superb. The bid was so comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. It could have been better. I had a great day great company. Some of the hotel looked not up-to-date and a little rundown but other than that I had a wonderful stay and the lady at the front desk helped me out so much and she was definitely a light in my day.
