First of all they called me two hours before I was checking my room to tell me my two rooms weren’t available. How was that? Then they said they upgraded us to a king bed and pull out sofa. First of all the pull of sofa I had to get the sheets and I had to put together. My room had 3 pillows for 4 people. I asked for a pillow and they were all out.

Mine and my family stay was not the most pleasant. First they "upgraded" us to 2 queens to 1 king and a pull out. With our informing us they were doing so. We did not see this as an upgrade due to the fact we had 4 ppl staying and the pull out bed was not big enough nor comfortable enought to sleep .There was also dirty sock in the pull out bed when we did pull it out. We opted to leave it as a couch. The room was dirty. There was something on like brown sugar on the floor and swastika drawn on the bath room mirror. The hall way smelled terrible. The front desk work never seem to at the front desk. This is just a few of the grossness amount the rest of the room. I would advise not staying there for a family trip.

Good place to stay if you’re coming through Burlington. A typical Extended Stay America hotel. My room was clean, the hotel itself is pretty quiet even though it’s located near lots of shopping. The staff was nice, though there was confusion about only being able to exchange your towels M-F 10-3. Grab & go breakfast (muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee) was sufficient. I’d stay again.

If I could give a zero, I most definitely would. I lady who was rude as hell, griping to us that was just her so there’d be no towels( I requested only enough for 4 adults as my reservation stated. Counter was dirty, so was floor and shower in our room. Foul odor in halls and room like fresh unventilated paint. One of people in our party’s eyes burnt entire time. Worst experience of my life. Oh, and every soda machine was not working and stole your 3.75 and we were told there’s nothing they could do about it.

We booked in order to visit Salem and the drive wasn't bad. It was reasonably priced and minus strange hallway smells (maybe residents cooking? I got the idea some people live here long term) everything was fine. I liked having a fridge and freezer and the beds were comfortable. No major complaints at all.

The hotel staff were very nice. The hallways smelled terrible. The room was OK. The room itself was pretty clean, but the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I’m gonna give it a solid three stars cause it was cheap and it’s a great location.

After traveling all day we went to check in at 10 pm and the person at the desk had nothing more to say than 'we don't have a room for you'. No apologies, no effort. You sold our reservation. It was after 1 am before we found another hotel to accomodate us. I'm not sure how that can happen, but it's wrong. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

This place was gross and the service was bad. * There were cockroaches in my room. Some even moving around in the daytime, so you know it's bad. You can see one in the photo helpfully posing on the silverware set * The hallways and common areas reeked of cigarette smoke, despite it notionally being non-smoking. The room I was in was not as bad as the hallways, but even now that I've left my clothing all smells like smoke * Staff did not respond to my maintenance request about a broken TV remote * The website and the card in the picture all say you can call to have dishes delivered. When I called, they made me come down to the desk to request in person and generally acted like this was some strange favor I was demanding and not an advertised service. I'm not surprised that not many people request the dishes, as they were not particularly clean, in keeping with the rest of the place.

All was fine: convenient and clean. My only surprise came when I first entered the room --the heat was going full tilt, in excess of 80 degrees. I soon corrected this. Certainly not management's fault; likely the actions of the previous occupant. Other than this extremely minor (and quickly fixed) inconvenience, my stay was just fine. Thank you!

First off... They didn't have the room available that I booked online. They had to give me a different room that had one bed instead of two. The kids had to sleep on a pill out couch instead of a bed. Then we get to the room and it was DISGUSTING! It smelled musty, stains on the sheets, spiders on the sheets, and what looked like little black spots. The toilet was filthy and empty water bottles in random cupboards. The floor had dried spots all over it! The microwave was nasty inside!

The soda machine did not work until it reset itself. The supposed breakfast was: instant oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, burry muffins and a single thermos of coffee The tub in the bathroom had a sticky control between shower and bath - hard to manipulate The towels in the bathroom were small The left hand drawer in the bureau was stuck so I could not open it There are no kitchen utensils, not even a coffee maker when first checked in When I asked for a coffee maker, the one I got was broken One of the two elevators was broken and when I first reported it to the clerk, they denied it The fitted sheet on the bed does not fit - it came off The refrigerator is noisier than most

For an extended stay with a kitchenette, there was no kitchenware supplied. Not even a coffee maker. I asked for the coffee maker. It was broken. Towels were skimpy. The supposed breakfast was instant oatmeal, nutrigrain bars and burry muffins. With coffee - a single dispenser. Soda machine did not work until it magically did a software reboot. Elevator out of service.

Room was dirty! Bathtub stained with what looked like blood but with a closer look was just scraped off with red rust. Stains on carpet and outlets had broken plates. Left at around 1am because couldn’t stand to stay there.

Checked into our room with my two young children, walked in and a man was eating in our room in bed…. The room was full of roaches and smelled terrible of mold. I will be contacting for a refund… I was turned away at the desk this morning as the front desk staff did not want other guests to hear my complaints. Completely disgusted

OK place to stay one night. Room is clean but a few places need better cleaning. Trash can has a dirty fork. Microwave and burners look old and rusty. Breakfast is big disappointment, no hot food like sausage and scrambled eggs.

Staff was very pleasant. There was a mishap with the door lock. We never were able to unlock our door with our keycards. Staff could not fix the locking mechanism. Room itself was not clean, toilet seat was broken, shower was dingy and appeared like it had not been cleaned. Thank goodness we only had to stay for the night.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and I needed to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to show up. When she did, she told me that my reservation was in the system but that there was no available room. She tried calling people with reservations who hadn't arrived yet (which wasn't very confidence-inspiring) to see if they were still coming. She told me "This has been happening all day" (which was even less confidence-inspiring.). Then she found that there was an available room and showed it to me, to make sure it was okay (it was). But when we got back to the front desk to check me in, her boss called and told her to save the room for another guest. She then told me there were no available rooms (even though I had a reservation!) and that my credit card would not be charged. As of today, a week later, I have yet to receive a refund for what I paid for this room.
