Décevant.

Le minimum dans une chambre d’hôtel est que celle ci soit propre. Ce n’était pas le cas.

La chambre ne semblait pas avoir été lavée depuis le (les?) précédent passage. Un faux ongle était par terre sur la moquette, des touffes de cheveux se trouvaient un peu partout. Des traces de saleté se trouvaient sur les portes/ table de nuit/ rebord de lavabo/ interrupteur. Des restes de nourritures étaient présents sur le sol. Un changement de chambre nous a été refusé.

Not great. Needs cleaning and repairs.

Location was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Pool was clean.

Many things were in need of repair and/or deep cleaning. Toilet seat was loose and wobbly. The toilet was not cleaned properly, there were spots of urine on toilet where the seat attaches to the bowl. (Before we ever used it, it wasn't from us). Every morning the water in the bathroom (sink, toilet, shower) would come out BROWN!!! After running it for a few minutes it would go away. I alerted staff, they said someone would come check on it and we never saw or heard from anyone. Something like that is most likely affecting more than one room. The phone in the kitchen was also broken, and again I alerted staff and nothing was done or even checked on. One of the kitchen chairs was extremely dirty, with stains and chunks of food stuck on it. There was a brown drippy mess on the kitchen wall, like maybe it had been splashed with coffee or soda and never cleaned up. I had to go down to the front desk to get things like toilet paper or trash bags because they didn't give us enough, and when I called down for something (using bedroom phone because kitchen was broken) they just never showed up. Also the toilet was very small and low, and the bathroom door was very close to the toilet. There was no lock on the bathroom door, it was hollow as if it had been removed. If you were on the toilet and someone opened the door, it would hit you, so there really needs to be a lock. The closet doors were wobbly and not on the track properly.

Great would definitely stay again

The breakfast was very good, better than most breakfasts included with stay. We were very surprised and pleased. A good assortment of whatever you wanted.

We had a room for 5 so it would be nice if there were enough towels for that many provided at check in. Also Housekeeping only comes every other day which is fine but the linens and coffee should be stocked accordingly. Front desk is helpful, but you might not be able to get what you need right away

Quarto amplo e muito bem equipado.

Um dos quartos estava com muito cheiro de cigarro, e o hotel resistiu para trocar (alegou que não havia outro quarto disponível e só aceitou trocar mediante ameaça de antecipação do checkout).

Definitely a hotel that I will stay at again.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. However- you could try harder to accommodate a receipt

Kids were putting their heads in the hot foods (lifting up the lid and literally out his head(hair) in the food. i was nauseous after i saw that. why couldn’t i watch regular tv?

when i asked for a receipt- in my husband name they acted like they couldn’t do it. He paid for the rooms and they couldn’t type up a receipt? Yes I reserved it, but the reservation was in his name for the sole purpose that he could get reimbursed for his expenses. The manager hs not even called back. I left messages

The location was OK and the price through Booking.com was reasonable.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all when we checked in. She seemed like we were bothering her. Our room was not really clean. The rug in the bedroom is badly stained!

First floor nearby door. My husband has trouble walking, and it made the access to our car more doable.

They didn't give me a receipt. They told me I should get one from Booking.com. this never happened at any other hotel. I would like Booking.com to send me my receipt please.

It was a place to sleep Sheets and and shower were clean

Staff were kind and welcoming

No hot water, ants in room, laundry facility was small and dryer did not work, No air circulation in room led to nothing drying and that led to mildew smell, garbage was allowed to collect in halls. They had only 3 carts for luggage that they never could find . Furniture was old and some was very dirty. Indoor pool facilities were cold and dimly lit. Work out room had almost no equipment. Breakfast was ok but pre made waffles, pancakes were hard as rocks they ran out of a lot of things No places to shop or eat near the hotel

Great place to stay

The size of the room, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel was easy to find.

My only complaint is the room coffee was absolutely terrible. I made a cup, tasted it, and dumped it down the drain. This might not seem like much but it was to a coffee drinker like me
