Nothing, except the location
Not clear, bad communication from the staff, sofa bed is not good for human to sleep, very bad experience, i will not go there again even if it is FREE

The location is in an upscale area.
The place is filthy. Everything is dirty. The walls, sheets, couch, towels, carpet, hallways, etc. There are cigarette butts all over the building exterior. The patio area is disgusting. The room has a musty smell.

Our stay was ok, so i will try best to give a fair and objective evaluation;
What we liked:
Proximity to burlington mall and supermarket and eateries
Washing laundry facilities
Friendly honest staff
Free popcorn and coffee/tea/lemonade on the weekend
The general location area
Water pressure good
Clean linen
Honest and fair billing
Gym and good area for brisk walking
Near a Best Buy and other decent shops
1.We were placed at the extreme end of hotel, there was some noise from some neighbouring installations at night ie room 201.
2. The property needs some work..we like that there was communication to this effect on the carpet replacement but this renovation needs to be fast tracked.
3. Being our first time in boston and this area, we expected a higher standard especially on general external cleanliness. Hopefully this will improve.
4. The elevator needs work
5. The cleaning staff don't speak English and seem uninterested in the term customer service or lack this training there in.
6. Cleaning only once a week meant the other six days had us doing the cleaning
7. The Sonesta Select in Woburn offers better value, at least till these renovations are made.
8. The grill area needs to be regularly cleaned.
We are from the so called developing world but our cleanliness standards are absolutely first world, this was the overall shock if I am to be honest. Cleanliness and Excellence is something I believe the property will get to. But for now, substantial improvement needed.

not clean, many characters always around the building that didn’t make us feel comfortable. The room across ours always kept their door open via latch, noisy with people yelling overnight. Overall didn’t feel safe with crowd staying in hotel and around it
3.0
It was a fairly nice room.
The room smelled like dog which made some of my clothing have a weird stench.

clean and everybody was nice n helpful
nothing

The one bedroom suite has a small sitting area and a kitchen for preparing meals. It is comfortable and a good place to feel at home away from home. Staff is attentive and friendly.
Though I reserved a one bedroom suite a month ahead of time, and called the day of our late arrival to make sure it was available for our late arrival, the suite was not available until the following day. Staff was helpful in resolving this.
The hall carpets are worn out and stained.

Having easy access to a simple well equipped Kitchenette enabled us to have the specialist breakfast we need to have. . Access to Coffee 24/7 from the "store" was a bonus.
The bathroom was spacious, clean and a pleasure to use.
Within walking distance of Burlington Mall and the surrounding restaurants was a plus.
The elevator was slow and temperamental, but then I remember it was that way 15 years ago when I first stayed here. All in all I guess it is probably in better condition than I am all those years later.

Staffs were polite and friendly.
In general the hotel was dirty, my room had an unbearable smell of cigarettes and the carpet was sticky.
0.5
I was first placed on the first floor. The people in the room above me were very loud, so I was moved to the 4th floor. the next day, the elevators broke and we’re out of operation for my entire stay. Very inconvenient.
it has also been over 2 weeks since I checked out, and I have still not had my $75 security deposit go back into my bank account.

the location was perfect. right next to the mall and about 20 mins from the city. the staff was super friendly! i loved it and would definitely go back
4.0
Excellent value, stores nearby, highway access.
3.5
The area of this hotel is great! The front desk guy was nice, and the room itself was a good size and comfortable. Overall, stay was fine.
Elevators were down the whole time we were there. Our room smelled pretty bad.The sink was clogged, and water got all over the bottom of the sink. You can hear your neighbors upstairs if they're moving around or walking.
