We were able to gather and have one last family night before some of them had to fly back home. We love this hotel because the easy access to the Riverwalk. It’s so nice to have the little soda fountain down in the lobby and the popcorn. the breakfast was great. I’ve stayed there many times before and every chance I get I will continue to stay there. I got the room that had two queen beds and the couch that let out to a bed since there was a big football game on our whole family was able to sit and watch the game together(which was 7 people). Wonderful stay ♥️

Amazing!!! I called to ask for recommendations to have balloons delivered to our room for my fiancé's’ birthday weekend and instead Inelaina took it upon herself to decorate the room so when we arrived it would be a very special welcoming!!! It’s the little details like this that make you want to stay here again! Everything was superb! The check in, cleanliness and the little balcony has a beautiful view of the riverwalk at night with all the twinkling lights made for fantastic pictures! The only negative I experienced was the small elevators and only 2. At times we had to wait for the next one because room service or housekeeping was going between floors with their carts and well there wasn’t enough room to get on with our luggage cart. We missed the social hour but we will definitely be back to check that out!

Right on Riverwalk. Breakfast and the food offered in the evening were fabulous. Happy hour is always a bonus. Clean rooms.

Very convenient to Riverwalk and Alamo. Room was a little small but we weren't there to stay in the room. $25 a night for parking but it was in the building. If you stay anywhere on the Riverwalk you'll have to pay for parking. Very nice stay. We were able to walk to the Alamo and come back for a nap and then go out to the Riverwalk.

This is a charming older hotel in the best downtown location, steps away from the riverwalk. It was clean, and the great staff hospitality gives a more personal touch than other big hotels. It doesn't feel "corporate." In addition to the free breakfast, they also include an evening "kick back" (free drinks and a light supper) at no cost. Here are the negative things they could improve on: (1) coffee in the lobby at breakfast was full of grounds and undrinkable. (2) quality of shampoo, conditioner, body wash was not great. It wouldn't cost much to upgrade those for a more luxury experience. (3) the hotel garage was very difficult to navigate with my rental car. Lines need to be redrawn to give each car more space. I was not able to unload the car by myself without pulling forward of the space, and had a hard time even getting out of the car because the space is so small. While unloading we were almost hit by another car coming up the ramp. If they can't redesign the garage, they should probably have a vallet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Drury Inn. It is our go to whenever we are in San Antonio. The hotel room is always clean. The breakfast and dinner are very convenient and always delicious!

From check-in to check-out our family had a wonderful stay! Everyone was super friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance to downtown attractions (and a quick 20-ish minute drive to Sea World). The parking garage was secure and confident. I would highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites to anyone!

We stayed in room 200 and it was spacious but would rather have a queen beds. The shower head would not tilt downward would only spray straight or you had to remove and use😔.THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Sorry to say I will not return to this Drury do to the parking accommodations.

Everything was amazing besides parking was very tight so be prepared to park or come in a very small car. The hot breakfast is so good and alot of options compared to anywhere we have stayed before! Definitely will come back. We had a show to go to at the aztec and it was literally across the street plus you can walk straight on to the river walk!

The check in/out process and staff were amazing and extremely friendly. They certainly made you feel at home and like they cared. The room was nice and comfortable but it was a little warm. We had lowered the ac before we left and when we got back, it was still warm. Not hot, just warm. It was a little difficult to sleep with a warm room. The bartender was a little rude and not at all friendly like the other staff we had encountered. That put the evening in a little sour mood for a moment. Overall, it was a good stay.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Jeff at the front desk. Breakfast was good - with warm and cold options. Happy hour (drinks and food) was great - generous offerings of tasty treats! Good sized room - clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time staying at the Drury on the Riverwalk and we loved it! We will definitely be staying there again. Everything was phenomenal! From the location, to the food, customer service, the cleanliness. I could go on and on about how great our stay was but I can definitely say this is the place to stay when in San Antonio! I stayed there two different times in two weeks and got to know a lot of the staff working there and everyone was so kind. Food was good. Drinks were good pool and hot tub was great. Everything was very clean. Recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay somewheres that is nice, and makes you feel safe.

This was amazing… The woman we interacted with at check-in was amazing! We saw our several that times throughout our stay and every time she was interacting with people and so pleasant. Everyone was awesome from beginning to end. And food and drink was on point! We will return.
