The courtyard and 3 pools were nice and mostly clean.... although some parts non operational, and the oversized games (chess, checkers , connect 4) would have been entertaining, except they had broken parts... Full of mucky water... and dry rotted playing "boards"... The seating areas and the fire pits were extremely nice although useless in 106° weather...
The rooms were old... Outdated... And lacked anything useful... The pictures advertised were rooms being remodeled that were not available for any of the rooms you can select... No smart TV, only an ancient outdated flat screen without so much as a working scrolling guide... And no way to connect a device for better selections. The hotel was under construction, not disclosed to us ... So our view from the so called balcony... Was dumpsters full of critters and trash and a huge line of storage containers... The balcony itself was so small only one of us could go out at a time.... and when we did the 2 provided chairs were Iron with Zero cushions provided, and for something that was in full Texas sun 10 straight hours was not remotely ideal.... they were unusable except at night. The WiFi in our original room... Didn't work... The LAN cable... Didn't work... So they moved us ... And the new room,. Also no wifi and no working LAN after all the trouble of being convinced to move. The ice machines.... not a single one working on any floor.... Microwave and Safe missing from our first room, which we had to go get ourselves from another room... The list goes on....And after all this , staff and management who thought none of this was any issue at all and that we shouldn't expect working, modern, or peaceful rooms as Advertised falsely..... The Location in proximity to SeaWorld was good... But unless you plan to sleep out in the courtyard by the fire pits take my advice, stay a bit further away , pay less, and enjoy your vacation anywhere but here.

I did not have breakfast but I had dinner every night. The food was awesome and the waitress was tremendous.

Nice property! Rooms was clean and comfortable. Nice pool and daily activities for the kiddos.
Parking was $17 a day and wasn’t mentioned to us upon arrival. We only had hot water the first day we got there…the other day and half was just cold shower.

I loved how spacious everything was, nothing was cramped together. I loved the outdoor activities and the movie nights outside by the fires. The private parking was also great.
What we really didn’t like was the wifi. We did pay for the premium one to be able to watch things but out the 4 nights and 5 days we stayed it only worked decently good for about 2.
3.5
The pool is good
Cleanliness of the property is poor.

the outdoor area
the rooms are very dated and the bathrooms need renovation

The locations and how fancy it was and elegant
the hotel room was not clean. the tv desk was not clean or wiped. There weren’t no bags in either trash cans. there was items still left over in the drawer from whoever last stayed in the room and there was trash in the other drawer

The restaurant staff were great. Especially the man making the omelettes
No fridge in room. The toilet ran and ran and was loud. The guy the checked us in was a little rude and unfriendly. The coffee maker was messy and dripped everywhere.
3.5
Staff was super nice. The hotel outside of the room was super nice.
For the price the rooms should have been better. bed was not good. the shower leaked so bad that we had three towels to help the water stay out of the room. The little cubbyhole that the refrigerator was in was falling apart. The jet tub was clean but when I started them a bunch of little black stuff came out into the water.

I liked the games that were in the patio around the pool.
I feel like the place is overpriced, they put us in the lower level were they do laundry etc, it smelled so weird. It was technically a basement. The room was nice but no mini fridge, so we couldn’t storage my babies food. They did have cable but no Netflix, hulu, my baby only watches Ms. Rachel on YouTube so she wasn’t happy. The lobby and outsides look very nice but our floor was very disappointing.
Also there was hair in one of the beds when we got there.

There was no room service, no in-room movies, paid $12 to self-park in an open parking lot...
There was a breakfast buffet but there was no sign to tell you where it was.
The window view (wait there wasn't one) was totally blocked by some concrete/metal big very uninviting unpleasant something.....
One would think the front desk would kindly explain what WAS offered and what wasn't.
