We came to relax and love the suite had a full kitchen a dinner table for 4 and a huge bathroom and two big queen beds.

I like the location it was 4 miles from Elf Acres which was great for the kids.

Todo esta muy bien todo muy limpio el desayuno espectacular.

Bueno algo mal es que abra unas cucarachas grandes y la televisión no funciona..pero nada del tiro mundo si regresaria..

Great stay otherwise

Everything except housekeeping took bag of dirty clothes and threw away with trash. No help to retrieve and put we had to go with security and retrieve the bag from dumpster.

great stay, staff really helpful and polite.

clean and close to sea world and that area is close to shopping centers and restaurants.

parking parking parking!!! parking lot is way to small for the building. not enough parking spots so you have to park outside on the road.

just an ok stay

very clean

the property was fine it was the service, we took their shuttle to sea world and said to call them 30 minutes before being ready for pickup, we called and called for over an hour and no answer. we finally had to walk back to the hotel, the hottest day, I guess about a mile or little over, wouldn’t have been so bad but had 2 children and a senior citizen and crossing freeway and in the heat of the day. staff simply said they weren’t aware of phones down and couldn’t do anything, but offer us a cold water. it was upsetting, hot and frustrating.

Superb

We arrived in the morning as we had a night flight into San Antonio, once we arrived at the hotel the Manager and staffed greeted us. They were able to find us rooms that we available and we were able to sleep a few hours before heading to my sisters for my Mother’s 90th birthday celebration. Everyone was friendly, the hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a great stay.

It was ok, great front desk staff ALL OF THEM!

The front seat staff were really nice and helpful. when we got there it was nice and clean and breakfast to me was amazing. IT WAS FREE!!

I didn’t like that I could hear my upstairs neighbors kids running like crazy all late at night couldn’t really sleep. I did tell front desk and they did inform them but it didn’t work they continued to be loud running like crazy. I didn’t like how lazy room service were. We ask could they clean our room while we go out for the day since we been there for 3days already. they said yes. came back from our outing and they didn’t even change our sheets and told us that they did. only thing they did was vacuum the floor. They did give us towels we had to go downstairs to get them.

Definitely booking again for the summer when we go to Sea World.

staff was friendly when we arrived. I forgot her name but she is so welcoming about all the amenities of the hotel. It was amazingly clean. Quiet and far from the craziness of San Antonio downtown.

A Great Place to Stay- you could even live there

The staff was really nice and the room was so comfortable. It was nice to have a full kitchen with a stove top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It even had dishes for guest use.

The only complaint I have is that the staff did not prepare enough food for Sunday breakfast. Breakfast is from 6:30-10:00, and by 9:00 there was hardly nothing left. Thank God I was able to have my morning coffee and leftovers from the night before.

Pleasant stay, would recommend.

Good location for our needs. Desk staff and the breakfast attendant were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The entrance is not clearly marked and the main door is perpendicular to the parking so it’s a little confusing the first time you go there.

The location and the place including the customer service very attended 😀 👌

I was not happy with the Breakfast, sorry but need to add more variety, toast, waffles, to call it like more breakfast food. That's my opinion.

Excellent Facilities

Everything! The facilities are very clean. I loved the room, super cleaned. I'm impressed with the kitchen supplied with utensils, small electric stove, and tableware, among others. A modern and supplied bathroom. Spacious room. Easy and fast check in and check out. I recommend it.

May improve the variety of breakfast, As recommendation, it would be great if they extend the breakfast hours.
