I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed linen upon moving in. It was clear that the sheets had not been washed or changed, as they had a noticeable, unpleasant odor. This lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable and greatly impacted my stay.

Theres nothing wrong with this property per se, but there isnt a lot great about it either (and given the price, there should be something a little great!). Staff was friendly so that was good. We had to plan our maid service ahead of time (i was asked at check in). The AC didnt work or wasnt turned on (we picked this hotel bc AC was show as offered). Problem was that our room got a lot of direct afternoon sunlight and the room was unbearable. It made sleeping impossible. Beds were absolutely awfully uncomfortable. They felt like cheap mattresses you find in hostels, not in hotels. I woke up with terrible back pain each morning. In general, from the outside the hotel looks nice. The rooms are very bare bones basic, like those youd find in hotels half this price. Area around the hotel was fine because things are within walking distance. Nothing great there either.

Couldn't fault it - superb location opposite train/metro and bus terminals. Only 10 mins walk to Old Town. Very comfortable with excellent & varied breakfast. Good rooftop bar/bistro which served reasonable cost food quite late. Was very busy - believe fully booked

I had a room with an amazing view of Stockholm City Hall. Room included a decent shower, a sink but little room for bathroom bottles and makeup items. Very little air flow although I realize AC is not a thing in Stockholm. However, it was very hot. No closet although there were some hangers and some hooks on the wall. No refrigerator. The staff was always incredibly helpful with any and all questions, but overall, this hotel is tired. I stayed for 5 days and enjoyed my visit because the hotel is so centrally located.

The hotel is very convenient to the Stockholm sites and the train station. The staff is excellent, we had an early flight in and they stored our luggage until rooms were available. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. We loved the rooftop bar for meeting as a group and visiting at the end of the day. The breakfast is excellent and well stocked.

Great location! Close to train station, bus terminal, shopping area. Walking distance to the tourist attractions. On a minus side, there was no mini fridge in the room. The pool on the roof top is for decoration purposes only.

The Scandic was a lovely hotel with helpful staff and a great location. Breakfast had such variety you didn’t need to eat lunch. Walked to and from the hotel often without any problems. Wish I was back there now!

The room was spacious, good bed and pillows. Everything needed. Room with no windows had plenty of lights and enough sockets to charge. I think I will come here again. Best hotel I visited in Stockholm so far in this price level. Breakfast: As a solo traveller there is no one reserving the table. I wish you had like Scandic Grand Central tags with green free, red reserved. Now somebody was sitting in my table while I was getting more breakfast. Breakfast was good and served in two floors. No queuing, cause there were many food and coffeestations. Hotel is opposite the railwaystation, where buses and train goes to airport. Shopping street and Gamla Stan in a walking distance.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and central location. A short walk from Gamla Stan which has lots of shopping and sightseeing. Restaurants in the immediate area are good. Close to train is a plus. Parking was easy but quite expensive.

On arrival I was upgraded (this turned out to be a disabled access room, which was spacious and clean). Only problem was that the bathroom underfloor heating couldn't be turned down/off, so the bathroom was like a sauna each morning! Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet had a very wide selection. Good convenient location right opposite the central station.

Great location but room was not great & there was a great deal of noise. Having booked a room with window was disappointed to find the window looked out onto the glass fronted lobby where the lifts are located so could not open the curtains to get any natural light as everyone could look straight in when waiting for the lift. Also incredibly noisy with music being played loudly from the bar on the floor above. It’s a shame the room was not great and the noise caused such a disturbance as the hotel is in a great location, clean & had a great breakfast

I loved the stay here! It is very convenient to the metro and buses but the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The bar up top was a fun place to hangout and look out over the city. Super clean and comfortable, I would stay here anytime I'm back in Stockholm.

This was my second stay at this property. It is conveniently located across from the train station and is on a very walkable location. Room was basic but satisfactory. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. No fish or freshly cooked eggs for breakfast. Very rushed atmosphere. After 9:30am they make you go to a conference room set up as a cafeteria instead of eating at the main restaurant area as they prepare it for lunch.

Our stay was very comfortable. It is conveniently located by the central train station. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Taking public transit from the hotel to attractions was a breeze. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive enough to get a proper meal.

Everything was just petfect! The desk crew helped us solve a major problem Rooftop bar was perfect setting for visiting with an expat from USA. Comfortable room, fine breakfast spread. AMAZING location. Smack dab in the middle of food, shopping, transportation, and sights.
