Everything was good the breakfast in the morning was good the only thing I didn't like is the fact I had to pay $3 for a can of soda

We had a very pleasant stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach. The staff were professional and friendly and made the visit especially nice. The hotel accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. Comforts included updated beds and bedding with a good seating area in the suite. Important for a slightly older building: it is in good condition physically, with attention to upkeep such as a bright and clean stairwell.

Our stay initially had some issues which were immediately taken care of by Carol ( the manager). Everyone there worked hard to make our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Room is fine with amenities such as fridge, microwave and coffee pot. They provide coffee and tea 24/7 which isa plus. Bed was comfortable & room was clean although could use a little more attention in the unusual spots (ie: shower door frame, area where wall and floors meet).

Room was small but decent. My only observation was dirt on one of the bedspreads. Didn’t use it so it was an easy fix.

The staff was wonder and welcoming. We could smell how clean the hotel was as soon as we enter the building. The only complaint I have was that the pillows should be a little more firm lol. We will definitely be back.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but the person before us was definitely smoking...and the way it's dealt with is to spray lots of lemon spray everywhere. I had a headache by the next day when we checked out.

Located in very busy, commercial area. Room was clean but smelled stale, like wet dog. Could use a refresh. Beds were on the soft side. All foam, no feather pillows. Staff were wonderful and price was great.

Very Good facility, Friendly and Helpful Staff. A couple of negatives for me would be that the sofa in the room was useless as you could not sit on it and see the television. The room had a very nice large wall mounted Television, but they paired it with an after market remote control which prevented you from changing sources so you could not access the HDMI ports so you could not connect a firestick or similiar device to use any of your steaming services e.g. Netflix, Prime movies etc.

The entrance door off the breakfast area was never locked...not even after hours. The indicator on the door showed red, but it was not locked. Room smelled like a pet had stayed in it previously.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Sleep Inn and Suites. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet and located right off Route 1. The hot, full breakfast saved us time and money and it was wonderful sitting outside to eat. The pool area was tidy, inviting, modern and clean. The area behind the pool even had a gated green area with a grill and games. Located right by Cape Henlopen, we spent an entire day enjoying the State Park, museum, lighthouse pier, observation tower and beaches. My only complaint is the size of the doubles room was very small. We had a room with two double beds for two adults, and the room was barely big enough for both of us to put our stuff, no counter space in bathroom, etc. Overall, a great deal and really nice place to stay! Thank you!

My whole family and I were very happy with this hotel. Very nice front staff, good breakfast, very clean and it felt safe. Nice pool area with a kiddie are with a slide. Also a small area with a large connect 4 game. It was pet friendly so when we go again next year, my daughter is going to bring her dog.

I booked this property because the ratings were excellent. I did not find that this was excellent at all. The room was shabby and musty. The furniture was old and worn looking. The shower dripped all night which meant that we couldn't sleep until we wrapped a towel around it. The air conditioner didn't work correctly and we finally turned it off. I went to the desk for customer service and had to wait while the front desk person booked a room with someone on the phone which I thought was rude. She should have taken care of the two customers that were right in front of her instead of making us wait for at least 5 minutes while she went through an entire booking with someone on the phone. The breakfast was adequate and the bed was comfortable and quite frankly that was the only positive experiences we had at the property.

Very nice place! From the moment you walk in, it smelled so good, the staff is incredible, every department was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, good selections. Plenty of dining options for lunch and dinner. Extremely convenient to the beaches and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!
