Indulge in a stay among the dunes and pines of Pacific City in Seahorse, a bright, spacious home with loads of wonderful amenities nestled in the quiet Shorepine Village neighborhood. It’s also an easy walk to the Pelican Pub, Stimulus Café, and Meridian Restaurant, not to mention a local market that often sells a selection of fresh fish straight from the dory fleet that operates off the beach. You’ll relish time in this beautiful home, with its light woodwork, vaulted ceilings, inset lighting and upscale furnishings. The buttery leather sofa and chairs in the great room make lounging in front of the gas fire and TV especially comfortable. You can dine on some of that fresh fish in the windowed formal dining room, whether you cook it in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas grill in the garage. All three gorgeous bedrooms have their own TVs. The king primary suite has windows to the vaulted ceiling for extra light. Gaze at the dunes and pines from the back deck, grab a bike from the garage and explore the neighborhood, or walk the boardwalk to miles of flat, sandy beach and breathtaking views. We loved this house. It is in immaculate shape and very well kept. Clean and easy to feel comfortable in. Loved the extra little details like shampoo and soaps in the bathrooms, new sponge in the kitchen sink, great bedding on the beds and extra throw blankets in the living room. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes. There wasn't any saran wrap/ziplocks available and it could probably use an extra spatula, but those were our only complaints! It is extremely close to the beach access and access to Ocean Drive so it is a like 5 minute walk from restaurants and coffee etc. Overall it is a lovely little house and we plan on staying again in the future!

Took 2 80-year old relatives to the beach to celebrate a birthday. House was like an oven, windows in main part of house don’t open. Beds were HORRIBLE except master bedroom. View was gorgeous & house was clean, though so we made the best of it.

Although there is no ocean view, a short walk up a wooden path takes you up hill to a wonderful view of the beaches and Haystack Rock. Our weather proved to be warm enough that we took beach chairs out and tanned ourselves from there. At night the benches at the end of the path were perfect for viewing the billions of stars in the sky. The Pelican Pub is a short walk on the beach from the rental, but an even shorter walk on a trail that goes behind the house. The home had a bath and bedroom for each of us who stayed there. We loved that and found the bedrooms to be very comfortable. There is a nice gas fireplace in the small living room that joins a small dining area. Lots of games to play. Bicycles in the garage. Cons: The tv’s proved to be the most frustrating part of our stay. A note said we would be charged $50 for any disconnected cords. We did not but can see why people try that. Tv would go out and then after a time come back on. Many things wrong with that. Don’t count on watching tv unless you have an AV person with you. WiFi worked good though. One bathroom has a perfectly round little hole that my friend found very suspicious and I wrote to the company about it and did not hear back. Stories of hidden cameras came to mind. May be a good explanation for that hole but it was curious. I’ve been arranging trips for me and my friends for years and there have always been issues of some kind that made our stay a bit less than perfect. This place pleased everyo.

What a great location in PAC! Short walk out the back door to the boardwalk and beach. House was comfortable, clean and had plenty of room. We were looking for a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got . The back deck was perfect and had lots of sunshine ( and warmth) during the day. House offers quick walk into town and bikes if that’s what you want to do. We enjoyed every second before the mad rush of “back to school” and will be staying again.

Needed a spot to bring everyone together. This location and home worked perfect. Although beach access over the board walk is a haul, the Dory access at Pelican is only a short walk. We were able to easily drive our fire wood and s’mores fixings down for a night on the beach. Lovely.

Everything was perfect!!!! We had celebrated Easter here before headed to families homes on the coast. It was a magical morning and pur kids loved it! We loved our many walks to and from the beach! Great distance to Pelican and the market!

From the time we checked in Until leaving we had everything we asked for and all our questions were answered .. it was a perfect location to the PelicanBrewery and beach . The weather was perfect and a picture of a view … just breathtaking and spectacular. We hope to com back and stay again at Pacific City!

This home had all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway for our family. We backed up to a trail with a short boardwalk that led straight to the beach. We walked down to the Pelican Brewery area every day and got exercise running up and down the dunes. The rental company and staff were nice and easy to work with.

Nice house! Beach access was a little bit challenging scrambling back up over the dune, and there’s no view of the ocean from the house. But we loved our stay here and would definitely choose this house again.

The property was so clean, well stocked, and beautifully furnished - beyond what we expected even looking at photos during booking. The neighborhood was very nice and we'll maintained. Nice walkways and a great boardwalk up to the beach. We will definitely be back...to the same property and the same address!
