You would think it be busy traffic noise BUT no it was pretty muich silence outside. The staff is always nice and anytime i had a question ring ring and front desk would answer. Dont have a lot to say but every time i stay ...i stay at that MOTEL 6 !!

Let's start by making it clear - I have had a positive experience and would not hesitate to stay at this Motel 6 again. The staff was gracious, helpful and forthcoming. The room was clean and organized well. for an under $100 stay for one night in Rancho Cordova, I more than got my money's worth. Some things to be aware though: The rooms are very lightly furnished even for Motel 6 standards - my room had no way to heat water for coffee, neither a coffee machine nor a microwave. There was a bath but there was no way to plug it so while I could take a shower, I couldn't take a bath. The one big detractor is the area. It seemed to be permeated with the smell of cannabis smoke, both around the motel and in the surrounding area - not the fault of the motel in any way but something to be aware of.

Our stay was fine. Besides the electrical issue we were having in the room. We could not use the iron or hair dryer it kept tripping the breaker, and it was frustrating as we were trying to get ready for my nieces wedding. I honestly think we should be refunded or get half off at least. Electrical hazards should be taken serious and hopefully they were addressed.

Staff was friendly but not a good Motel 6 in my opinion. The high star reviews have to be fake. Room smelled like dog and floor was filthy. The dog smell is burned into my nostrils. Hard, lumpy bed and two of the three pillows were lumpy beyond comprehension. There was the usual cheap motel shady activity in the back of the property but my room faced the front so no problem with that. Stayed two nights but no room keeping during the stay. Unfortunate for the cleaning staff because I had left a decent tip in the room hoping for some good cleaning service. I was surprised to see the money still there and room dirty upon my evening return to the room. I regretfully have to say I will not stay here again. I have to shake my head thinking about this place. On the upside, the plumbing and air conditioning were in good working order. “Pets stay free” advertisement on the sign. If you have dogs it seems to be a dog friendly location . I would recommend this place to dog owners.

Wi-Fi is not working at the area facing towards the street. Asked front lobby guy, was not nice at all when I talked to him about the issue, even asking me to call apple to fix it while it is clearly stating “wrong password” while the same wifi working at the front lobby area. Not recommended.

Clean, comfortable room with good water pressure in the shower and a nice, firm bed. Office staff was very easy to deal with. Only issue, I could not get into the WiFi from my room. But my mobile hotspot was fine.

Our room is remodeled, new paint, vanity, toilet, tub…but the bathroom still smelled bad even we closed the toilet lid maybe because our room is downstairs at the end of the building?

First night was okay second night the power went out. And there was no cable TV The cable went out for two days. And the place had cockroaches. Would not recommend this to anybody else

Good location, helpful staff. 1 problem is i requested ground floor Ist. Night was difficult (I walk with a cain) Next morning we were moved to a ground floor room, otherwise everything went smoothly .

After traveling 8 hours with two toddlers, this location felt safe and it was quiet. Just the room wasn't too clean, such as no sweeping was done as my kids socks were covered in animal fur. But other than that we had a great time there, will be going back again !

WiFi didn’t work, toilet seat was up and there was tissue on the bathroom floor. When I called the front desk about the lack of WiFi I was told it just happens. I NEVER had a connection.

The best Motel 6 I’ve ever been at. Super clean, cute aesthetic, and amazing service. The location is perfect as well. There’s a target, Marshall’s, Ulta, Walmart and even more, all within walking distance around this location. 10/10 definitely recommend.

When I arrived to check the front desk male was rude and when he would give my id back he tossed it and said “if you don’t like it then you can leave” after I had already paid for the reservation. It was just a horrible experience. Room smelled really bad. Bed had bed bugs.

This is a Motel 6, so I'm rating it on that basis. It's not a high end facility so you get what Motel 6 promises: a clean, fairly quiet place to stay. When I reserved, I'd requested an accessible room. I'm recovering from spinal surgery and have an injured knee. The placed me upstairs, but once I get my suitcase up, it's okay. Except the AC in my room doesn't work. I called the office, told them I'd reserved a room on the ground level and need AC. Within minutes, I was in a new room. No arguments, no problems at all. For being in the middle of the complex on the floor, the room was surprisingly quiet and private. The bed had a very hard mattress, but that is fine with me. Everything in the room worked fine. The motel itself is within close proximity to stores, restaurants, shopping centers, and the freeway. It was nice to have an inexpensive stopover on my trip.

Worst motel 6 ive ever seen. There was construction workers removing an exterior wall in the office when we showed up at 3:30pm. The office was completely covered in stucco dust because they were using a sheet to seperate the work being done from the front desk. Then someone ,who i presume was on meth backed its car into my truck. After that the people at the front desk told me they only had one room left and it wouldn't be ready for another hour. I told them to just cancel the room and we went somewhere else. Dont stay here.

The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and it was taken off and never replaced. We did not get room service. There was no Wi-Fi service and could not complete my work. The lady that was being trained had a bad attitude.
